Apartment was generous and well proportioned. Good basic amenities but as the pool and restaurant were shut we were a little stuck. It is within walking distance of Schladming but it's a long walk back up hill. Shag pile carpet a little odd. Clean rooms, well laid out and equipped.

We loved the pool and sauna. The apartment was spacious but the heating was on and we couldn’t control it. It was extremely hot and not all rooms in the apartment have a window, so we couldn’t sleep. We were told their system was old so once they turn it on its central.

Die Buchung entsprach nicht den vorgefundenen Tatsachen. Vor Ort wechselten wir in ein größeres Appartment problemlos gegen Aufpreis von 95€. Die Balkone waren unglaublich verdreckt, Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer durchgelegen, Liegestühle stark verdreckt, ungepflegt. Die "Nachbesserung" erfolgte sehr oberflächlich. Als Gast sollten WIR die Unsauberkeiten alle dokumentieren, Fotos per Mail senden an den Hotelservice! Ist das UNSER JOB? Bei Anreise erfuhren wir, dass der Frühstücksservice und das "Alpine-Restaurant" ab 15.05- 30.05. zu ist, bei Abreise ging die als " saisonale Schliessung" ausgewiesene Info im Hotel auf Zetteln schon bis 30.06.24! Unsere Email vom 18.05.24 mit Ankündigung aller Aufenthaltsannehmlichkeiten enthielt nur, dass das Schwimmbad zur Zeite renoviert wird. Im Hotel hängen Zettel: "Eröffnung Juli",online nichts! In der Online- Beschreibung steht es als mit "rollstuhlgerechtem Eingang" drin! Das Hotel war im Zeitraum vom 20.- 26.05. eine Großbaustelle, täglich von Mo- Freitag mit Baggern, Betonmischern, LKW\'s, weil es dort zur Zeit umfassende, aufwendige Sarnierungsarbeiten drinnen und draußen gibt. Dadurch ist eine Erholung, ein Ausschlafen im ständigen Baulärm nicht möglich gewesen. Der angepriesene Wintergarten ist Vorbau vom Schwimmbad, somit auch nicht nutzbar! Der 30€-Gutschein ersetzt keinen entgangenen Erholungseffekt in diesem Haus! Fucht täglich nach dem selbstgemachten Frühstück- bis Abends- anders nicht aushaltbar! PoalenWTransparWon.0esserung

Very good staff took care of a complaint I had about room being too hot solved issue. Great amenities especially in kitchen, spacious layout, great balcony. I would stay there again. Lots of parking, near town.

Vores værelse var med opredning i sovesofa, det var vi klar over - men det var ærlig talt ikke en opredning der var hverken børn eller voksne værdig. Den var super hård og ikke plan, så ingen tommel op her. Vi nævnte det for personalet og fik lagt en topmadras på, det hjalp lidt! Altid venlig og imødekommende betjening fra personalet, også da vores opvaskemaskine ikke fungerede. Den blev udskiftet dagen efter. Fin pool og dejlig sauna, samt generelt gode og pæne fællesarealer med pool, bordtennis, dart, flippermaskine, fitness med pæne/nye maskiner samt vaskerum. Derudover udendørs tennisbane og legeplads. Hotellet ligger et stykke fra byen, op af bjerget - så det er en forholdsvis lang og hård gåtur frem og tilbage, det er derfor at foretrække at man er i bil. Generelt god oplevelse, sengen/opredningen er primær årsag til de ikke får 5 stjerner!

Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse, men poolen var under renovering, det gjorde ikke noget da vi kun havde en overnatning. Fint hotel, god service og fine værelser. Restauranten var ok, men heller ikke mere end det. Børnene var glade for at de kunne spille bordtennis, alm. Tennis kostede 10 euro for en time

Appartement war neu renoviert, super sauber, sehr gemütlich. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, deshalb können wir die anderen Einrichtungen nicht beurteilen. Brötchenservice konnte man bei der Rezeption am Vorabend bestellen und in der früh bei der Rezeption abholen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geräumig. Auch das Hallenbad war für uns sehr schön. Der Saunabereich war sauber und gepflegt. Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen wieder. Danke.

Amazing view of the mountains! Wish our room faced them instead of the woods. Pool was under construction. Restaurant was in a different build and had to be booked ahead of time. Not very convenient. Elevator needed an upgrade. No air conditioning despite that being advertised. No ice.

Het verblijf was prima. We verbleven 2 nachten met 6 personen. We kregen bij aankomst te horen dat de kamer was nat geregend, omdat er een deur/raam open had gestaan na vertrek van de vorige gasten. Dit was erg jammer en er was geen alternatieve kamer beschikbaar. Verder was het overal bloedheet in de kamers en was het water in de badkamer met bad ijskoud of bloedheet. Hier was niets fatsoenlijks van te maken. Ook de kraan in de keuken was bloedheet. Hier kwam geen koud water uit. Verder was het prima. Prima gegeten en gezellig heel de avond op het terras gezeten bij het hotel-restaurant. Nadeel is dat je hier niet kan pinnen. Vind ik niet van deze tijd!!!

Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly while others were rude and unhelpful. There was limited tea , coffee and sugar provided and no milk. This is not much to supply given where the hotel is located and cost. Overall a good stay however being from another country did not feel overly welcome here.

Der står det er er 4 Stjernet hotel. Men deres restaurant havde været været lukket i lang tid. Og i følge reglerne for hotellerne. Skal man kunne spise på et 4 stjernet hotel. Værelserne var ikke klar ved ankomst. Havde bestilt 2 værelser samtidig. De lå i hver deres ende, der var ingen vilje til at gøre noget ved at vi kunne få noget der lå ved siden af hinanden. Værelserne var ikke redt op til børnene på sovesofaen. Måtte ned tre gange for at brokke mig. Efter tredje gange havde kun redt op på det ene værelse og ikke det andet. Så måtte selv gøre det på det sidste værelse. For deres service personale var gået hjem. Så fik bare stukket noget sengetøj i hånden.

Fint hotel med gode senge og god beliggenhed. Driften af hotellet er dog ikke helt velfungerende. Indtjekning tog meget lang tid og mange var utilfredse da deres værelser ikke var klar. De fik opkrævet forkert turistskat og forsøgte at hæve det på vores kort (og på vores søns, der havde betalt for tennis) uden at informere os. I følge skema skulle vi have rengøring på 3. dagen (ud af 4). Det skete dog aldrig. Til gengæld kom de dag 2 kl. 17.30, men der var vi ved at klargøre til at gå ud st spise. Rengøring kunne vi godt undvære i 4 dage, men det kunne have været rart at få fyldt op med kaffe mv. Vær obs på at alt koster ekstra. Tennis fx 10 EUR pr. time. Det største minus som familie er dog at de ikke er partner i Summercard, der giver gratis adgang til mange aktiviteter. Anbefaler at vælge et andet hotel hvis man rejser som familie.

Apartment was generous and well proportioned. Good basic amenities but as the pool and restaurant were shut we were a little stuck. It is within walking distance of Schladming but it's a long walk back up hill. Shag pile carpet a little odd. Clean rooms, well laid out and equipped.

Vores værelse var med opredning i sovesofa, det var vi klar over - men det var ærlig talt ikke en opredning der var hverken børn eller voksne værdig. Den var super hård og ikke plan, så ingen tommel op her. Vi nævnte det for personalet og fik lagt en topmadras på, det hjalp lidt! Altid venlig og imødekommende betjening fra personalet, også da vores opvaskemaskine ikke fungerede. Den blev udskiftet dagen efter. Fin pool og dejlig sauna, samt generelt gode og pæne fællesarealer med pool, bordtennis, dart, flippermaskine, fitness med pæne/nye maskiner samt vaskerum. Derudover udendørs tennisbane og legeplads. Hotellet ligger et stykke fra byen, op af bjerget - så det er en forholdsvis lang og hård gåtur frem og tilbage, det er derfor at foretrække at man er i bil. Generelt god oplevelse, sengen/opredningen er primær årsag til de ikke får 5 stjerner!

Looked at some other places before I ended up booking this one but glad I did spacious room and the included private kitchenette was a plus. Did not need that but it was cool it was there. Bed was fairly comfortable And the drive down from the hotel into the city was amazing also plus plenty of parking. The towel warmer got the towels. Extremely warm, almost too much and also heated up the room. I just left the bathroom door closed and it kept it nice and toasty in there. I couldn't quite find a way how to lower down but I'm pretty sure if I contacted them and they reached out to me through WhatsApp a couple times during the stay to check in and make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend it and would go back. Hopefully I wouldn't need to and I can get a place there but if not or in the time being I would look at coming back. I see that they're doing renovation. I'm excited to see what more they have to offer

Appartement war neu renoviert, super sauber, sehr gemütlich. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, deshalb können wir die anderen Einrichtungen nicht beurteilen. Brötchenservice konnte man bei der Rezeption am Vorabend bestellen und in der früh bei der Rezeption abholen.

Amazing view of the mountains! Wish our room faced them instead of the woods. Pool was under construction. Restaurant was in a different build and had to be booked ahead of time. Not very convenient. Elevator needed an upgrade. No air conditioning despite that being advertised. No ice.

Het verblijf was prima. We verbleven 2 nachten met 6 personen. We kregen bij aankomst te horen dat de kamer was nat geregend, omdat er een deur/raam open had gestaan na vertrek van de vorige gasten. Dit was erg jammer en er was geen alternatieve kamer beschikbaar. Verder was het overal bloedheet in de kamers en was het water in de badkamer met bad ijskoud of bloedheet. Hier was niets fatsoenlijks van te maken. Ook de kraan in de keuken was bloedheet. Hier kwam geen koud water uit. Verder was het prima. Prima gegeten en gezellig heel de avond op het terras gezeten bij het hotel-restaurant. Nadeel is dat je hier niet kan pinnen. Vind ik niet van deze tijd!!!

Wir haben eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp hier übernachtet zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Es ist eine (grosse) Top-Location, die anscheinend in der Nicht-Saison die Zimmer sehr günstig anbieten. Negativ aufgefallen ist das fehlende Agreement zwischen Hotel und Restaurant: Man kann im Restaurant weder aufs Zimmer schreiben lassen, noch mit EC-Karte zahlen.

Vi havde en rigtig god oplevelse, men poolen var under renovering, det gjorde ikke noget da vi kun havde en overnatning. Fint hotel, god service og fine værelser. The view is absolutely incredible! It is so good to be slightly out of town on a hill to get those stunning, sweeping vistas. I stayed in a two-room apartment, which was lovely. The only downside was the layout of the doors: the interconnecting doors and the bathroom door are positioned very close to each other. Unfortunately, my pinky toe wasn't very happy about this and ended up taking a painful hit! Architectural traps aside, it was a fantastic stay.
