reception area was like a building site with dust sheets hanging down to cover where the work was being carried out. Restaurant closed until June/July No restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel Had to get the tram into centre of Clermont First room offered was too dark so next room overlooked the cemetery! got into the room, and building works were being carried on somewhere in the hotel but we were told that would stop in about an hour!!!

Hôtel correct par rapport au prix. Chambre un peu étroite pour 3 personnes ( un lit double et un lit superposé) mais propre. Point positif: un resto courte paille au pied de l hôtel. Point fort: le personnel d accueil très gentil et serviable! Merci à vous

You know what to expect from an Ibis. Simple but good for the price and convenience. This Ibis was not good at all. Service was really poor. I asked for a quiet room at reception and we were given a room next to the lift. Very noisy. I went down to get this changed and waited a long time as nobody was on reception and nobody came when I rang the bell, in all 3 times. We had decided to eat in the Courtepaille and get an early night. Our waitress made lots of f mistakes and we waited ages as she was the only one serving until later. Breakfast was ok and the 1 man serving it worked hard but tables were left uncleared. The coffee was awful even for machine coffee. I was asked if everything was ok when I checked out and I said no and explained what was wrong. I have no confidence that my feedback would have been passed on. What is the point of asking the question if nothing happens to the feedback. Accord Group. I hope someone there is reading this. Deborah Cardwell

Very disappointing. Stayed here before and it was OK. This time was different. Air Con did not cool room anywhere near enough - very warm. Most of car park unavailable (taped off) so had to park in VERY tight space. Toilet positioning weird - seat cover could not go upright as shelf overhanging the bowl - so pushing on your back when sitting on throne (!). Also, loo paper positioned behind you so you had to be a contortionist to reach. Staff variable. Morning guy was great. Night guy had obviously not had enough training. Very uncertain about what to do. Had to call colleague at home to get advice. Tried to charge me for room when I’d already paid via Expedia

Le sejour etait bien mais par contre il est intolerable d avoir une ouverture de fenetre de 2 centimetre je viendrais plus dans cette hotel je vien et je paie chere une chambre d hotel pour une liberte totale et non pour une chambre limite de prison américaine

Nous étions 2 avec chacun sa chambre . Une avec vue ville et montagne,l'autre avec vue cimetiere et montagne mais pas de souci ;-) Bon accueil ,propreté ++++,chambres confortables ,wc séparés, salle de bain taille très correcte ,eau bien chaude. Petit dejeuner pris a côté à Ibis , nourriture très variée ,pour tous les goûts.

Vue sur le cimetiere mais au loin les volcans. La chambre avait l air propre mais le sol etait sale. L odeur est désagréable dans les chambres. La salle de bain est minuscule... Et plus de savon dans la douche. Un seul rouleau de papier toiletttes deja tres entamé. Petit dej cher pour des produits industriels. Pas de choix non plus et le bonjour de la réceptionniste le matin est en option. Une nuit pour depanner ca peut passer...

Hotel sympa, chambres un peu vieillottes et la mienne avait une odeur de moisi dans la salle de bain. Mais ça reste correct et le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Le quartier n'est pas très animé mais il est calme du coup!

Séjour agréable. L’hôtel est bien situé près du tramway et facile d’accès. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. La chambre confortable même si une douche aurait été mieux qu’une baignoire. Nous pensons y revenir pour notre prochain séjour à Clermont.

Chambre médiocre, normalement dédiée aux PMR. Pas de gel dans la douche, absence de télécommande pour la tv. Visiblement chambre attribuée à l’arrache pour hôtel.com. La réceptionniste m’a avoué que si j’avais réservé via le site Accor avec ma carte, j’aurais eu une meilleure chambre qu’un rdc derrière la réception, à côté de l’ascenseur et du stockage de linge! Vraiment pas ce que j’attendais d’un Ibis. J’aurais sûrement mieux fait d’aller à l’Ibis budget, la porte à côté.

You know what to expect from an Ibis. Simple but good for the price and convenience. This Ibis was not good at all. Service was really poor. I asked for a quiet room at reception and we were given a room next to the lift. Very noisy. I went down to get this changed and waited a long time as nobody was on reception and nobody came when I rang the bell, in all 3 times. We had decided to eat in the Courtepaille and get an early night. Our waitress made lots of f mistakes and we waited ages as she was the only one serving until later. Breakfast was ok and the 1 man serving it worked hard but tables were left uncleared. The coffee was awful even for machine coffee. Very disappointing. Stayed here before and it was OK. This time was different. Air Con did not cool room anywhere near enough - very warm. Most of car park unavailable (taped off) so had to park in VERY tight space. Toilet positioning weird - seat cover could not go upright as shelf overhanging the bowl - so pushing on your back when sitting on throne (!). Also, loo paper positioned behind you so you had to be a contortionist to reach. Staff variable. Morning guy was great. Night guy had obviously not had enough training. Very uncertain about what to do. Had to call colleague at home to get advice. Tried to charge me for room when I’d already paid via Expedia

reception area was like a building site with dust sheets hanging down to cover where the work was being carried out. Restaurant closed until June/July No restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel Had to get the tram into centre of Clermont First room offered was too dark so next room overlooked the cemetery! got into the room, and building works were being carried on somewhere in the hotel but we were told that would stop in about an hour!!!

Vue sur le cimetiere mais au loin les volcans. La chambre avait l air propre mais le sol etait sale. L odeur est désagréable dans les chambres. La salle de bain est minuscule... Et plus de savon dans la douche. Un seul rouleau de papier toiletttes deja tres entamé. Petit dej cher pour des produits industriels. Pas de choix non plus et le bonjour de la réceptionniste le matin est en option. Une nuit pour depanner ca peut passer...

Hotel sympa, chambres un peu vieillottes et la mienne avait une odeur de moisi dans la salle de bain. Mais ça reste correct et le personnel est très sympa et serviable. Le quartier n'est pas très animé mais il est calme du coup!

Séjour agréable. L’hôtel est bien situé près du tramway et facile d’accès. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. La chambre confortable même si une douche aurait été mieux qu’une baignoire. Nous pensons y revenir pour notre prochain séjour à Clermont.
