Don’t let the Hilton name fool you. This hotel was beyond horrible. One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in. As far as maintenance, lights didn’t work, mold in the shower, old and not attractive. Amenities were nothing to be proud of. The little things make a huge difference. For the price, I expected more. I will never start again.

The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The only problem I had and it was a very big problem when I got charged over $600 where someone charged my room for their big fun that night. Shout out to Becca who was a great help in sorting this out for me. She should be commended for being a special employee.

Stayed there to visit family that lives in STL. There are 5 of us total. kids ages 3. 5. 8. Our first room was extremely hot. We had to call maintenance and he said he was going to have to get on the roof to fix it. Let's just say it did NOT get fixed so we had to change rooms. Next issue was the parking. The QR code never let my husband out of the garage when he went to go get the car. The parking is not free but they did comp it because it happed about 6 times. He would get to the gate to try and get out and the QR code would not open the gate so he would have to back up, go park again, walk across the street to the hotel front desk to have them reset the QR code. NOT FUN. Breakfast was okay and had a decent selection. Missed the build your own omelet so I definitely would have taken advantage of that. All in all I would not stay there again with all the other options/choices.
