They need more food choices in hotel like cheaper breakfast options for instance....also the pool is outdated and not easily accessible especially for elderly, they did have some ancientlooking lift thing for handicapped maybe but here are no steps just ladders built in side of pool, there should be steps Also my car was damaged in the valet parking process..i will update if that is handled quickly and efficiently...we woke up to busted glass right outside our door that had a wet floor warning sign on it but was still there 5 hours later when we checked out.....i will say this though the entire staff we dealt with were great...all very friendly and helpful

Elevators were an absolute nightmare waiting at least ten minutes. To use rooftop even as a hotel guest it had to take the elevators all the way down to the lobby and wait in line.

This hotel is right across from stadium and unable to handle the families checking in after game. Waited over 30 min to check in in line and then over 30+ minutes to get on elevator. Had to use stairs to get to and from room 11 flights. Son in law and family had 20 flights

Location was great - steps from the stadium and the arch but the hotel is showing its age. The bathroom in our room wasn’t in great shape - stained sink, tub, and cracked tile. The pool is very small and was packed the whole time. The elevator situation was awful - waited a very long time to go up and down (no stairs as an option either). We wouldn’t stay again.

Great ballgame location. Lobby is great. Small elevators that cause long waits. Frustrating. Rooms were clean but small with really small bathroom. Probably just the norm for an older building. For convenience - a home run. For the cost - would expect a little more from the rooms.

It's close to the ballpark, but that was about the only plus. There was hair in the bathtub. A thick layer of dust on the coffee pot and sprinkler. It was extremely loud at all hours of the night and a strong smell of weed lingered in and out all night also. For the amount the room cost, I would expect much better conditions.

This was not a cheap hotel by any means so I expected so much more. The room was filthy & housekeeping never came. I had to call for clean towels. The final straw was when the a/c in my room quit working. The manager acted like she could care less & was in no hurry to help me. I got angry enough that my room charge was refunded.

There was blood on the curtains in our room, the showers had no water pressure and the room was 75 degrees and we had it set to 68. Other than that it’s a decent play the pool was to cold to use and the carpet was coming up in my room

Room wasn’t clean. Food in the floor when we entered the room, stains on wall, hairs all over bed and bathroom sink, bathroom door frame was rusted, sink knob broken, water leak in ceiling woke us up, part of ceiling fell on the bed, room was outdated, the view I wanted wasn’t available until after 4pm. Stayed at hotel for convenience of being close to Ballpark, surprised with a $50 valet fee or $40 to park myself…this place was way overpriced. Will not go back! The positive of the stay was management worked with me with all the problems and was very professional. Customer service was great.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The first morning of our stay we found a man’s dirty worn sock. Also the counter in the room had leftover dried pizza sauce or ketchup. The bathtub was dirty looking and the corners of that room were not clean. Also the door in the bathroom was very worn and dirty at the bottom. Also when we showered the fire alarm would go off. For almost $300 a night, I expected better than that!! Some comping for the cost of our room would be nice!

On Saturday, after being out all day, we find out tub is not draining and toilet is backed up. Called maintenance and while my family went on to continue doing things within Ballpark Village, I stayed back waiting for the maintenance. He did come up quick after my call and he did fix the issue. Got in late in the evening before so temperature was cool. Once it got hot during the next day, so did our room. The AC could not keep up with the heat so it stayed muggy the whole day into the evening. Called the front desk for help only for maintenance come up and say that it was not cooling our room down because we had the unit set to high and not auto. We were confused and when we asked more questions he said the AC unit is as old as us and shrugged it off. We dealt with it at night even though we were uncomfortable and got up the next day for more activities. After being gone again all day, we come back to the room worse than before. Call front desk again and got maintenance back up to our room. Two guys came and said some switches were wrong and the compressor was not on. They “fix” it and we go off and swim for a couple hours and get some food hoping the room would cool down. After we got in the room was still muggy. Called the front desk again and right away they offered us a new room. We get moved down to the new room and it was night/day difference. I also have to point out that the staff between Saturday and Sunday were so much different. Sunday’s staff seemed like they

The listing showed a view of a different room than I got. Upon check in they mentioned that there was a separate set of rooms to get the view that I thought I was getting for a higher floor overlooking the baseball stadium. Overall I felt I overpaid for what I was given which was an 11 floor room instead of one much higher with the view I thought I was getting when I booked. Overall disappointed, not a bad hotel but the elevator situation was terrible (especially after the game) and I didn't get the view/room I paid a lot to get.

Check in was rough, we waited in line for 20 minutes to be told our room wasn't ready yet. When it finally was ready, we had paid for a room with a view of the baseball field, but it couldn't actually be seen because we were only on the 6th floor. Rooftop bar was nice and had a view of the field though. The room was clean and the stay was fine, but I was overall disappointed considering the price we paid for a room with no view

This property is in need of some updating. The hotel is starting to look dreary. We had no cold water in our room. Even the toilet had hot water in it. You could not take a shower for fear of being scalded.

The location is perfect. However, I was pretty disappointed in what I got for almost $500/night. The first was the absurd noise from the rooftop bar until 11:00 PM (our room was directly below it.) Our entire family including 2 small kids were awake from the sound of tables and chairs being moved. There was no crib for my baby, and I confirmed twice in advance. Had I known, I would have brought my own. I had to call twice for a rollaway bed and sheets. The toilet paper holder fell off bathroom counter twice, and the bathroom door handle fell off. There was very thin scratchy toilet paper. Just expected more for the high price.

This hotel checks the boxes in terms of amenities, location and service. Every single person working there was friendly, attentive and considerate. The location is perfect right by the stadium and the restaurants inside are amazing. The rooms need to be updated, the TV had 20 channels. The bed was not comfortable and didn’t have a fitted sheet? Neither beds had one. The ac was not working to the full capacity and it was hot. The gym was huge and has ample equipment however it was dirty. I’m not sure I would stay here again but it was good for my trip this time

“Check-in starting at 4pm” can easily mean check-in at 7pm once the room is ready. I waited in the lobby for two hours. I was there at 5pm and the room still wasn’t ready. It’s a word game they use to explain away why their rooms aren’t ready at the time of check-in. Every single other hotel I’ve stayed at doesn’t do “check-in starting at” times. The Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark “check-in starting at” leaves them room to take as long as they need for the room to be cleaned by employees. The hotel is clearly understaffed if they can’t follow along with every other hotels’ “check-in at” protocols. Do not stay here. Rooms underwhelming. I expected more from a Hilton hotel and it’s a possibility that you’ll be waiting around for your room if you book here. When I was checking in at 5pm (an hour after my room should have been ready) at the front desk, a couple next to me was also checking in to their room and was also told to wait. They seemed annoyed but accepting. Why can’t this hotel flip rooms for new guests like every single other hotel I’ve stayed at? I ended up booking at another hotel. I suggest Live! by Loews nearby, right in the Ballpark. Nicer hotel, check-in times are accurate, and Live! is superior to the Hilton in all aspects. I was pleased at Live!.

Traveling with kids for a STL baseball game. Check-in was at 4pm. We were here at 3:30 PM and our room was not ready until 5:30 PM. The game started at 6:15 which means we missed dinner and were rushed. The staff did not care one bit and were extremely rude. One lady with the concierge said she was going to check on our room and never came back. Worst service I have ever had at a Hilton Hotel.

I was there at 4 for check in but my room was not ready. Waited an hour but room still not ready. The manager, Jasmine, was very rude and told me I could change room types or cancel if I didn’t want to wait. She said check in had just started and it was from 4 to 11. Are people really expected to wait until 11 pm to check in when they arrive at the check in time provided (4 pm)?! She also told me it wasn’t her fault that the room wasn’t ready. What kind of management is Hilton employing?? Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Hilton property. To make matters worse it was my son’s birthday and put a damper on our evening from the start. We had to walk our luggage back to the car so we could go ahead and leave for our scheduled plans. The room was decent. View was as expected which is why I made the reservation… my son wanted a view of the park before going to the game which we didn’t get because we didn’t get in our room until after the game.

The property is beautiful but it was nightmare checking in. They clould not find our reserfation and it took anout 30 minutes. Then we finaly got to our room with all of luggage and the keys did not work. This trip is to save my marraige and he was annoyed before we even startedd. You would think they would have compensated in some way, even a simple dessert to our room. Very disappointed.

First, the staff from the front desk to the concierge to the elevator security, all the waitstaff and housekeeping, everyone was very helpful and kind! We felt very welcome and our stay was very pleasant. It’s in walking distance to the Cardinals baseball field and the Gateway Arch. Excellent restaurants within walking distance like Salt and Smoke. Book with confidence!

They need a late night venue for food (after midnight). The music at 360 was so loud it was beyond being modern and just absolutely offensive to any conversation. The staff was fine but the environment was sooooo loud I want to scream in your ears to hear how horrible it was.

I really didn't like my super at 360 restaurant. The service was awful and so was the food. Very disappointed. I choose this hotel to have a nice super with my husband. I will not be back at your hotel.

The breakfast is highly not worth it. Most people greeted and talked to during their meal. I didnt know about any vouchers or anything. The food was absolutely terrible. The strawberries still had dirt on them and the blue berries had mold on them. The rooms are not cleaned up to standards. There was urine on the side of the toilet, the shower curtain has some red marking on it. I will not be back nor do I recommend staying there. It is literally just okay. Extremely disappointed.

I had way higher expectations from this hotel but I guess its up on age. The facilities are a little outdated and our room was missing a few personal items like towels and body wash. The staff was a little on the rude side (the younger people, the old folks were super courteous). The hotel has a rooftop restaurant which is nice but underage needs to leave the premises at 7PM sharp so we were not able to have a family dinner. It was an overall average stay.
