Fortunately, this was not an issue, as the front desk staff were delightful and handled everything smoothly. The room was immaculate, exceptionally clean, and smelled fresh. We requested additional coffee supplies, and they were promptly delivered to our room. The hotel’s location is excellent, with a shopping mall and numerous restaurants conveniently nearby. The spa facilities were spotless and provided a relaxing and refreshing experience. Overall, I cannot fault this property. The high standards of cleanliness, excellent service, and convenient location made for a very enjoyable stay.

The rom was a bit too tight for 2 people. The pillows were only one each for us, it was not good enough. Otherwise, it was ok overall.

It’s a nice hotel overall. The room is quite small/tight, but I guess that’s the norm in Japan. Besides that, it’s in a good location with a train station right next door. The staff are very nice. They also have traditional Japanese baths which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but that’s a huge plus! The free breakfast was decent. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I’d recommend it to others when visiting the Tokyo area
