Don't expect a lot from this hotel. The rooms are really small. Early check in not allowed. We arrived at 1:30 pm and were told to wait until 2:00 pm as that is when check-in opens. There is no lobby to sit and wait. We had to sit outside where there were few benches. Luckily weather was okay. The beds were clean, but the floor had dead flies and had not been vacuumed properly. The shower worked well - although you have to watch out for a sudden burst of extremely hot water. The TV channels are extremely limited. Other apps - Netflix, PrimeVideo just wouldn't connect to internet. The internet speed was a joke. I finally gave up and used my hotspot instead as it was taking 3-4 minutes to load a page. Since we stayed for only 1 night, I would say overall stay was okay for the price we paid. If I had to stay longer, I wouldn't have stayed here.

J'ai trouvé le tarif un peu élevé (~100€ la nuit). Pas de clim, un matelas très raide et une douche avec un rideau de douche qui vient se coller au corps. Pas de soucis avec le personnel que j'ai croisé. Souriant.

Service terrible, the staff was rude and we have breakfast include in our stay but their deny that. our room has a bad odor all the time. The place is a 35 minute from Town is not a good service here. The lady told as to wait in the burger king because we was early in our first day.

Habitación y baño bien aprovechados para tres personas. Espacio justo para dormir y asearse. En definitiva, habitación y baño muy pequeños pero bien aprovechados y en buen estado. Las camas cómodas. Para pasar una o dos noches como máximo. Atención muy correcta y amable. Aparcamiento exterior y zona tranquila. Muy cerca del casco antiguo en coche.

Un première classe complètement restauré, chambre pas très grande mais grande salle de bain et grande douche . Petit déjeuner plus cher que dans les autres alors qu il n'y a qu'un peu de jambon et fromage en plus. Plus de 3 euros en plus cela me semble injustifié. Sinon, c'était parfait.

Ils offrent le déjeuner à 9 eur mais la machine à café était hors fonction et pas grand chose à manger. Chambre très écho. Propre mais on ne doit pas payer trop cher et on doit prendre l’auto pour aller à la vieille ville car c’est trop loin à pieds. Au moins 30 minutes avec des traverses de grandes artères .

Good points. Parking and staff. Bad points. Room adequate, but shower awful (too cramped, no shower soap, shower head holder broken) no plug in sink. Bed was clean and big enough. Floor was covered in dust. No amenities in terms of kettle, cups or glasses. Only small bath towels no hand towels. Breakfast was adequate but cramped and felt very low rent. Although the hotel was relatively cheap (around £80 per night), a premier inn at 2 thirds that price give you space, cleanliness and amenities. Still a good half hour walk to Lac Annecy, across some very busy roads so not even location gives it credit. Wouldn’t go back unless I was paying about £40 per night.

The hotel is a little out of the old city, therefore you need to walk or use an Uber. The hotel itself is just fine for sleeping. The room was clean but cramped, not easy to move in with only one window. It did the job because we were just sleeping, but if you look for some comfort, try elsewhere.
