There is no parking at the facility. Your choices are public parking or use the valet. When I pulled up to the valet with my car full of luggage I told the valet I was just checking in and they told me I couldn't Park there. They weren't that busy they were not full in the valet parking area and I just needed to unload and get my luggage to my room. Instead I was directed to go across a very busy downtown Street and it took three trips for me to get all my stuff to my room jaywalking back and forth. When asked where I could park I was told anywhere on the street and they would not tell me any places to go other than that. The street signs clearly state 3-hour parking only so that would not have worked. I figured it out on my own,making multiple trips and was just put out by the attitude of needing to pay and tip the valet or otherwise I was going to get substandard service. The next day I asked the front desk if I could pull my car up to valet and load up my car and they said yes. This just confirms the valet and the front desk person the previous evening are in some sort of kahoots with trying to grab extra money or they're going to send you across a busy street to walk back and forth. Not cool for such a nicer hotel. Other than that the place is great. I did get charged $35 extra and use no incidentals. Finally I did ask if they were pet friendly and they said it's $75 non-refundable for pets. Just FYI.

Overall great experience. Hotel is clean and has a beautiful aesthetic. Close to TONS restaurants and bars of various varieties. Valet service was great and quick when car requested. However, valet is an additional cost and there is limited parking nearby. And none at no cost that I saw. Staff was friendly, however there was no staff at the front desk overnight. I waited for quite some time and politely shouted towards the area behind the front with no luck. Didn’t try the bar or restaurant in the hotel but atmosphere seemed great besides being open to the the main hotel lobby. Overall good experience!! Would stay there again.

The property was and room was attractive, clean and in good repair. The room was so quiet! It is located close to the free train on Main Street, making getting around fantastic in that area! Staff checked us in no problem. I gave them the keys to my car at the desk for valet parking. Here is where the only hick up happened. I had driven in from out of state. My car windows were up. A little while later my car app alerted me that my passenger window was down. My car is brand new. This is the first time I had driven out of town. I had never received a notification like this before. I went to the desk and asked if they could check on the car. The woman who had parked my car was there and let me know that she had unrolled the window while parking and had rolled it back up. I refreshed the app and it still showed it was unrolled. She said she would check on it. She did offer that I could go with her, but I did need to leave for dinner reservations. My car kept sending me the alert about my window all night through dinner and the concert. When you receive a valet parking ticket that states the hotel is not responsible for any damage to your car or any items stolen from it, it’s concerning that staff leaves the window down. The next morning when the car was brought to me, the window was down a few inches. Car was fine, no harm done. I could have relaxed a bit more on my trip if the staff had gone with my key and ensured the window was up. That being said, I would stay here again.

Indigo in the crossroads district is a great stay. Room was clean with spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Pleasant that our room's windows were clean with 2 layers of retractable window shades which were in perfect working order. The lobby has a nice bar with above average inventory of liquors and Boulevard beers on tap. front desk staff was efficient and professional.

Firstly, our room was clean and the styling was contemporary and classy. The woman at the reception was pleasant and kind. If you are needing a hotel in the crossroads area, it is a nice hotel. But be aware of area and the parking situation, it is valet only. We paid for on site parking ahead of time, but had i known that valet was our only option i would have chosen a different hotel. If you dont use the valet your other option is finding parking on the street which could put your car at risk for a break-in. This brings me to the area.... Its sketchy. If you go 6 blocks or so north you run into the t-mobile center and a nicer area. But this little stretch on grand st between crown center and t-mobile...... our guard was up. Just be aware.

The hotel itself is a nice property. The problem is their staff. Despite pointing out our room had not been cleaned, it was still only cleaned once in our 4 nights there. We certainly do not want our towels replaced in a short stay, however, when you are spending so much, we do expect bins to be emptied, bed made, coffee replenished, etc. There was a payment issue with our stay and the staff were dismissive and unwilling to deal with the issue. They just kept fobbing us off and saying to speak to someone else another time. It did not get resolved and we have been overcharged approx. $500 to date, with no resolution. Expedia are blaming the hotel, the hotel are blaming Expedia. Neither seem willing to check their own records to resolve the issue, I have to do all of the work to resolve the matter. Also, we checked out early on our day of departure. The member of staff was unable and/or incapable of properly dealing with this.

Nice enough hotel. Room had lots of dark brown hairs everywhere and the shower wasn’t clean, went back over it everyday. Front desk staff was very nice and enjoyed the 24 hour front desk. Restaurant and bar were nice enough. Did the job for this stay.

The property was amazing! It was beautiful, very clean, and the staff was great! The only thing I didn’t like was the noises outside. My family and I aren’t use to that so it was hard to sleep but overall this property was amazing!

It looks just like the pictures, pretty, but in person you can see that it's rather slapped together. The bathroom tile grout was so dirty that it looked black in the middle of the room but in the corners you could see the light grey color it's supposed to be. It was very noisy at night on the street side of the hotel, don't know if the other side would be that loud. I was woken up early by some loud banging sounds from above that sounded like someone moving furniture and dropping it. There isn't a parking lot near the hotel so valet was the only option for me. Overall, not the best experience but not the worst, a lot of "meh."

Best and easiest valet check-in ive uad in Kansas City. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. The only downside I didn't consider was the proximity to Union Station and railroad tracks. We could hear trains passing by all through the night. The walls all also paper thin... our neighbors gave us quite a show (and vice versa).

Great location. Clean. The staff on arrival (Ozzy and Alberto) were outstanding. My room (on the backside so I’m told) was subject to the noise of passing trains all night long. The staff on the day before my departure were not so gracious nor the barman who wanted to charge me $25:00 for a small bottle of wine from the concession kiosk. But, other than this I would stay here again but in a room on the front or middle.
Great location. Clean. The staff on arrival (Ozzy and Alberto) were outstanding. My room (on the backside so I’m told) was subject to the noise of passing trains all night long. The staff on the day before my departure were not so gracious nor the barman who wanted to charge me $25:00 for a small bottle of wine from the concession kiosk. But, other than this I would stay here again but in a room on the front or middle.

We were going to the Simone Bikes GOAT show at the T Mobile center so wanted to be close. We were less than a mile away. Check in was easy and quick and staff was super friendly. Used valet to park my car. Checked in to room 101. Loved the exposed brick and high ceilings. Room was super clean and beds were comfy. Did not use the restaurant but there is one on site and food looked fabulous. Woukd definitely stay again!

This property is absolutely stunning. An attention to detail is present in every element of the property. The ONLY reason I am not giving this beautiful property 5 stars, is due to noise. The hotel itself was quiet, extremely clean, and comfortable. However, I was pretty disappointed with the Suite, as it was on the ground floor with floor to ceiling windows. It did have blackout curtains for privacy, however, the street noise seemed like it was echoing within the concrete structure. While I completely understand that street noise is not the hotel’s fault, it did make for a sleepless night after two days of traveling. If I were to stay here again in my travels, I would definitely request a higher floor room to hopefully buffer some of the loud street noise.

The hotel was super clean and well kept. The staff was excellent. The biggest complaint we had was that the hotel was super noisy! The room creaked all night, the walls were so thin could hear the loud music someone was playing down the hall. I think we were near train tracks because every hour there was this tremendously loud noises that sounded like a never ending plane going by. We could hardly sleep. Other than that, we truly enjoyed the room and bedding was comfortable. The shower pressure was fabulous too! But for sleeping, the noise was unbearable.

There's no parking on site; it is strictly valet parking. After checking in, they gave another couple our room keys, and they walked in shortly after we arrived in our room. They also seemed to get the car keys confused for the valet parking.

The hotel itself is a nice property. The problem is their staff. Despite pointing out our room had not been cleaned, it was still only cleaned once in our 4 nights there. We certainly do not want our towels replaced in a short stay, however, when you are spending so much, we do expect bins to be emptied, bed made, coffee replenished, etc. There was a payment issue with our stay and the staff were dismissive and unwilling to deal with the issue. They just kept fobbing us off and saying to speak to someone else another time. It did not get resolved and we have been overcharged approx. $500 to date, with no resolution. Expedia are blaming the hotel, the hotel are blaming Expedia. Neither seem willing to check their own records to resolve the issue, I have to do all of the work to resolve the matter. Also, we checked out early on our day of departure. The member of staff was unable and/or incapable of properly dealing with this.

We stayed here in December during the Hallmark Christmas Experience event. The hotel offered a great location for walking to all the events. The hotel staff was amazing. They needed to change my room type last minute. This created an issue as I was traveling with my mom and best friend. Andrew at the front desk made sure to accommodate us and comp’d us an extra room to make sure we were satisfied. Ray (the bartender) makes exceptional drinks. Make sure you try an espresso martini or an Old Fashioned. They were delicious! I would stay at this hotel again!

When I arrived they informed me that one of my nights was canceled because my card wasn’t accepted. Mine you, it was accepted for the first night. I had flown from Pittsburgh to Kansas City and had booked the room in July. They were awful. I was in town for Monday night football and had no room. They offered no explanations and were very dismissive. Horrible experience.

Absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I have stayed at this location before, which is why we chose it again. Although we live in Lawrence, KS, we were volunteering for early morning shifts at PCKC 2025 and wanted to stay close by, but in a little less crowded area. This hotel is only a mile away from the KC Convention Center and Bartle Hall and a block or two away from the street car that will drop you off a block away from the convention center. We did end up walking to the convention center one day and that only took 15 minutes from this hotel. The hotel is clean, the beds feel like hybrids and are comfortable, the pillows are soft, the water pressure is great, art is everywhere and the customer service is phenomenal here! We were pleasantly greeted and checked in quickly and when we went to the bar to watch some tournament basketball near the end of the night, the bartender was great at "reading the room", he chatted with us during commercials and left us alone while the game we were into was on. He was very friendly and attentive. Check out was a breeze, with a friendly and polite thank you and goodbye. We will definitely stay again.

First time in KC! Would definitely stay here again, & here's why: LOCATION: The hotel is only a block or two from the free tram. It is walking distance from attractions such as Union Station, the WW I Memorial & Tower, and Crown Center. Also walking distance (one block) from 2 awesome jazz clubs, The Black Dolphin & The Green Lady! It's in a bit of a weird area, kind of industrial but also residential with some brand new apartment buildings. It was very quiet. During the day, you can hear trains go by on the nearby track, but we didn't hear them during the night. FACILITIES: The hotel is nicely decorated with a modern theme. The rooms were very clean. They have a great made to order breakfast. STAFF: Front desk staff were very friendly & personable. They welcomed us back every time we left & returned. We had a night cap with Ray the bartender each night we were there. The waitress Arwa was a delight!

The property & staff were great!! Didn’t love the location. But, it was close to Crown Center & Power & Light District, which was convenient. It was a bit of a deserted area especially considering we were there over a holiday weekend. However, there was loud street noise late at night! Luckily, it quoted down after 1:00 am.

The was a great place to stay. The neighborhood is still up and coming so even though it is a short walk from the Power and Light District the area around the hotel still seems a little iffy but safe. Don't let that distract you however, because the experience was five star with a friendly and helpful staff.

Firstly, our room was clean and the styling was contemporary and classy. The woman at the reception was pleasant and kind. If you are needing a hotel in the crossroads area, it is a nice hotel. But be aware of area and the parking situation, it is valet only. We paid for on site parking ahead of time, but had i known that valet was our only option i would have chosen a different hotel. If you dont use the valet your other option is finding parking on the street which could put your car at risk for a break-in. This brings me to the area.... Its sketchy. If you go 6 blocks or so north you run into the t-mobile center and a nicer area. But this little stretch on grand st between crown center and t-mobile...... our guard was up. Just be aware.

Great little place in downtown. If you are a light sleeper the traffic noise at night will keep you awake. Nice to have a bar inside, but wish they served food more than breakfast. Every employee interaction was polite and friendly . Super clean

Nice place, I would stay again if in the area. Surrounded by properties that need work but no concern in walking around. Nice restaurant on corner, Rock Hill Grille. Breakfast at hotel, very good! Room very nice and different, staff over the top, very helpful and pleasant. Shout out to Claude, Andrew and Jerome!

The location to Union Station and Crown Center was convenient. We walked to dinner at Jake Stack which had delicious BBQ and there was an Italian restaurant next door to the BBQ place The hotel had great decor in the room. The only thing I was disappointed with was you had to call the front desk to adjust the temperature in the room. I kept putting the thermostat up because it was freezing in the room. The heater never came on so I contacted the front desk and was told they would adjust it. The biggest disappointment was we stayed on a Sunday and one of the reasons I stayed was because it had a bar/restaurant on the property. I was planning to get dinner, drinks and watch football. When I checked in the informed me that there was no bar service on Sundays. The hotel descriptions needs to be updated to reflect that.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Everything on the breakfast menu is very delicous (charged separately though). I loved my room overviewed the dog facility next door.. Very clean, well decorated and maintained.. Wish they had a bigger/more options kitchen for dinner/snacks/roomservice but it's alright. Staff was so nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Indigo in the crossroads district is a great stay. Room was clean with spacious bathroom and comfortable bed. Pleasant that our room's windows were clean with 2 layers of retractable window shades which were in perfect working order. The lobby has a nice bar with above average inventory of liquors and Boulevard beers on tap. front desk staff was efficient and professional.

The front desk staff, valet drivers and service workers were amazing and very nice to deal with but..............the old grumpy guy at the bar was very disappointing. My wife and I were the only two at the bar to begin with and he seemed very reluctant to come over and even acknowledge us. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but we remained polite with him. The 1st round of drinks he immediately became angry because my wife asked for an Old Fashioned and I had a simple whisky on the rocks. We tipped him generously and enjoyed the drinks at the bar and then a second couple came over and asked could they sit at this small table right next to bar and order drinks. He loudly and aggressively told them "NO, if you want drinks from the bar, then sit at the bar" Mind you the table was literally to the right of the bar within 2ft. The look of shock on both their faces were well understood and they just left. Now, when my wife and I ordered another round of the same drinks, he completely lost it and started slamming things around the register. I then paid again for the 2 drinks and DID NOT tip him this time and he started saying what I assumed to be negative things about us and shaking his head, he bought my change over and dropped it in front of me on the counter and stormed off out of the bar completely. We didn't even finish our drinks and we left after that very distasteful weird encounter. The "free" breakfast was nothing to write home about and the coffee 👎
The front desk staff, valet drivers and service workers were amazing and very nice to deal with but..............the old grumpy guy at the bar was very disappointing. My wife and I were the only two at the bar to begin with and he seemed very reluctant to come over and even acknowledge us. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but we remained polite with him. The 1st round of drinks he immediately became angry because my wife asked for an Old Fashioned and I had a simple whisky on the rocks. We tipped him generously and enjoyed the drinks at the bar and then a second couple came over and asked could they sit at this small table right next to bar and order drinks. He loudly and aggressively told them "NO, if you want drinks from the bar, then sit at the bar" Mind you the table was literally to the right of the bar within 2ft. The look of shock on both their faces were well understood and they just left. Now, when my wife and I ordered another round of the same drinks, he completely lost it and started slamming things around the register. I then paid again for the 2 drinks and DID NOT tip him this time and he started saying what I assumed to be negative things about us and shaking his head, he bought my change over and dropped it in front of me on the counter and stormed off out of the bar completely.
