Nettes Personal, ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer (es sieht so aus, als hätten alle Zimmer Meerblick). Frühstück war sehr abwecklungsreich. Parken in der Garage umsonst. Trotz Mininbar gab es keien Gläser auf dem Zimmer.

Property had been recently renovated which was amazing and we had a huge double room with balcony and sea view . Sadly the gym equipment was not very good for the standard of hotel and not enough equipment except for dumbbells .

A lovely hotel. Amazing staff. I had a deluxe room, very comfortable bed and a great view. A good internet connection. Spa was amazing. Just an observation; I paid extra for half board and it was not worth it. The special menu is limited and lacks variety. It is better to opt for the al a carte menu.

Visited this hotel in February and booked a deluxe double room but except for the size of the room, i don\'t know what classified it as "deluxe". 1. Two coffee capsules and one water upon arrival, that\'s stingy 2. slippers in the room were the cheapest i have ever experienced in any hotel 3. one of the sinks was moldy 4. toiled paper holder was about to fall off 5. the curtains looked like they have never been washed before 6. the balcony was super dirty 7. the breakfast was very "low seasonish" with only limited choices and only lukewarm scrambled eggs, bacon and beans. Coffee was undrinkable 8. the "gym" consisted of super old-school machines, with no free weights available

We were very impressed with the location of this hotel - front row seats to 24-hour ocean waves. There was a glitch with the water/pipes in the wing we were in and we had to move rooms. The staff was apologetic and amazing in their professionalism to find solutions that worked. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Every room has a balcony I think. The seagulls float in the outdoor pool which is kind of nasty but since it’s January we didn’t plan on swimming out there. The location to local eateries is very close too which is a bonus. The tile work on the walls at floor 0 and up to floor 5 is amazing. I recommend this hotel to people. We enjoyed our stay very much. The village is beautiful. The people and staff are nice!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our room had a great view of the ocean. The infinity pool was great. Parking is included. You wouldn’t want a large car if parking in their garage. Overall spectacular and we definitely need to return.

Loved everything about our stay in the hotel But they need to fix all the missing tiles at the bottom of the outdoor pool. For a 5 star hotel this was very shabby looking disappointing. However the staff was fabulous the room beautiful and the location perfect.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Unfortunately the spa was under renovation so we didn’t get to use it but we did get an upgrade bec of this. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Hôtel magnifique avec une vue merveilleuse sur la mer et la piscine de notre chambre. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et confortables. Spa, Hammam, Sauna et salle de sport grands et bien équipés. Petit déjeuner complet. Belle décoration. Accès à la plage facile et pratique. L'entrée cathédrale du rez de chaussée est impressionnante.

The hotel was ok.Bath room floors were not clean properly you can see when you wipe the floor with cloth. No instructions for AC and one last thing they need to learn how to make cocktail at the bar. Stop making it up.

Excellent location on a lovely wide sand beach. Hotel has well maintained public spaces. Only exception is the corridor carpet leading to the rooms which should be replaced. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms could use some maintenance and upgrading. Our room had a strange smell and as pointed out by others a sewage smell when on the balcony, which was a shame because the view is fabulous. The included breakfast was very good with sufficient choice. Could have been the best freshly squeezed orange juice I have ever had.

Beautiful hotel - even better than pictures on their website. Our room was modern, very clean, and the hotel is very well maintained. staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options. We Loved it. Definitely worth a return visit.

Tinha grande expectativas para a minha estadia mas foi decepcionante a todos os níveis. Primeiro, o estacionamento nas traseiras do hotel não têm qualquer indicação acerca da entrada para a receção que por acaso nem se vê da rua. Segundo, duas torres diferentes, requerem 2 elevadores diferentes para ir do quinto ao sétimo andar. Logística complicada. Terceiro, suite carissima - nem o telefone nem o AC funcionavam. E continuaram sem funcionar até ao nosso checkout. Quarto, as varandas não isolam o som. Estive até à meia-noite a ser serenada por uma sra. que achava que cantava bem. Quinto, o autoclismo só funciona de vez em quando. A decoração deixa a desejar, desde papel de parede descolado, a manchas de humidade, e madeira a faltar em vários sítios. Sexto e último, o pequeno almoço que seria de esperar de um hotel de luxo foi um pequeno almoço corriqueiro. A única consolação foi a empregada do bar: simpática, atenciosa e muito bem educada!

Placeringen findes ikke bedre i Sesimbra, men hotellet er ikke et 5 stjernet luksus hotel. Værelserne er slidte og selvom der stod de type vi bestilte var renoveret i 2024 så passer det ikke. Gulvet der lignede træ var i vinyl og havde sluppet underlaget, så døren havde svært ved at lukke. Døren til badeværelset bandt så meget at den dårligt kunne lukke. Tapetet havde sluttet flere steder og sådan kan jeg blive ved. Gulvet på badeværelset blev vasket en gang på 9 dage. Morgenmaden var ok, men ikke god nok til et 5 stjernet hotel. Ville vil komme tilbage, ja det ville vi nok alene på grund af beliggenheden. Nu kender vi så også hotellet og ved hvad vi går ind til.

Concernant la suite , mobilier et hôtel vétustes . Nous avons pris une suite et elle n’était même pas prête à 15h ! J’ai dû insister alors que nous étions arrivés à 11h déjà . Pas de cadeau de bienvenue pour la suite ; verre de vin ou même corbeille à fruits ou autres !!!! Très déçus par cet hôtel … Vraiment sans plus … heureusement que nous n’avons pas pris 2 nuits ou plus !

The hotel is located right on the beach. Super easy access to all stores, restaurant and beach. The rooms are nice but need some maintenance. They are nice and big with balconies looking out over the ocean. The stay is super nice and accommodating. Would stay there again.

In unseren Augen ein 4-Sterne Hotel. Sehr gute Lage zum Strand und Restaurants. Hotel ist leider Teil eines riesigen und nicht sehr schönen Gebäudekomplexes. Das Frühstück eher durchschnittlich und nicht auf 5-Sterne Niveau. Unsere gebuchte Suite war sehr schön.

Great hotel. Very clean. Spacious, attractive and well appointed room with sea view. The hotel is right on the beach and the lovely oceanfront walk. Funky deco in public areas. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Fantastic to have underground parking. Only downside was the breakfast buffet: all the breads were second rate, and, overall, the offerings were boring. We would definitely return and we’ve already recommended this hotel to friends visiting this region of Portugal.
