Family of 3 (with a 21-month-old toddler) We had a really lovely stay! The hotel itself is great — the pool, restaurant, gym, and parking are all excellent. The location is on top of a hill, so getting an Uber is the easiest way to get into town or to the beach (it’s only about €3–5). The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the beach (it’s a car, not a bus), which is super convenient. Walking isn’t really an option since there’s no proper path. The restaurant food — especially from the daytime and evening menu — is fantastic, and breakfast was also good. Our room was a bit dark, and on our last night the water pressure and hot water stopped working, which was a shame. For families, there’s a small kiddie pool (though it was quite cold) and a kids’ room, but not a ton of activities for little ones. It would be amazing if they added a small playground and more water features in the kiddie pool — that would make it perfect for families with toddlers! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back — especially if there were a few more kid-friendly features ☺️

Great hotel to stay at in sesimbra! The hotel has a shuttle to the main town every 15 min which can be booked in advance which is SO convenient, especially to avoid the steep walk uphill!

The rooms are okay. The pool was green, so we didn`t use it. The portier on the reception was very kind and conveniant. The breakfirst each day was really fine.

Un bon séjour avec le buffet du petit déjeuner très bon, des chambres insonorisées, une grande piscine et un personnel très aimable, surtout Antonio du buffet. Les points négatifs : on aurait aimé savoir dès le check-in qu’il fallait réserver la veille pour bénéficier du chauffeur pour les allers/retours à la plage ; le système des fenêtres compliqué à ouvrir ; le temps d’attente de plus de 15 minutes pour accéder à la salle du petit déjeuner et il manquait de personnels (deux personnes n’auraient pas été de trop pour faire les œufs etc au petit déjeuner). Enfin, c’est dommage, aucune petite attention pour l’anniversaire durant le séjour.

Hotel ok, not really value for money in my opinion, the breakfast was good but could be a little better, hot food is a little lukewarm. What does makes the hotel good are the staff, who are very friendly and helpful. Hotel no longer has free mini bar, so that needs removing from the description. We found the rooms to be spacious, and very clean, but also quite noisy, metal door into corridor slamming very loudly often early and late at night. Free shuttle, tried ringing as instructed, told we needed to book so would have to wait 2 hours for a lift back! We didn’t try again. Pool area is nice, good reasonable bar service, nice sunbeds, very cold pool.

Poderia ser melhor ! Quarto com muito bolor, como sou asmatica fiz um pedido para ver se podiam melhorar a situation. A unica solucao que encontraram foi ligar o airco todo o dia ,ajudou pouco ou nada . O cheiro no quarto era horrivel à humidade e as paredas da grande porta estavam todas cheias de bolor ,resultado passei as 4 noites quase sem dormir. No espaco piscina muito barulho das criancas,alguns pais faziam atencao enquanto outros gritavam tanto como os miudos. Outra situacao que nao e nada agradavel ,e o facto de fumarem em todo o lado .Pensamos que o hotel deveria interdir de fumar nous espacos comuns . Estarmos detendidos na piscina e termos que mudar de lugar devido aos fumadores e o maximo.

We got a room with a strange smell (smelled to us like some water mold but werent sure) there solution was to only spray some air refreshner cause that is so healthy. We had a shower with mold on it that wasnt fixed even a day later. After a lot of complaining we finally got a new room that at first "wasn't available" in that new room we had sheets on our bed with some red stains so we had to complain again. And after all that complaining and all those issues we never heard either just a sorry or got some compensation for the state of their rooms we only got looks like we weren't taken seriously or like "oh no there we got those people again". It was overal a very dissapointing hotel in terms of overall service.

Great location and a clean hotel with a friendly staff. We had a fantastic sea-view from the balcony. Room was huge with a space to chill on a double sofa as well as quiet balcony. Queen bed good to share and everyone will have a good night sleep. Plenty of options for breakfast, including healthy choices like fresh fruits or chia seeds for healthy eaters. Hot breakfast included in price (fresh omelettes and pancakes made while you wait). Hotel staff was very friendly however at busy times unable to serve all for breakfast and on some occasions some food/plates/mugs/cutlery etc were missing. No options for HB or All inclusive but they have restaurant on site. One negative part was that hotel was situated on top of the hill so to go to the beach or restaurants it is a bit of the climbing so not for all abilities nor children.

Num âmbito geral correu bem, unicamente o sofá casa onde dormiram os meus filhos é do pior que existe, colchão extremamente fino onde se sentia as ripas e a ranger toda a noite com o mínimo movimento. Tive que tirar na noite seguinte para o chão mas resolver o problema do barulho irritante

O que menos gostámos: quarto atribuído não tinha varanda e estava virado para uma estrada. O ar condicionado desligava sozinho, tornando o quarto muito quente durante a noite. O espaço exterior é muito agradável, como se verá pela foto. O quarto é amplo e decorado com gosto com área de estar e disponibilizam águas chás e café a preparar no quarto. O pequeno almoço é agradável e com boa diversidade. Os ovos são muito bem preparados (os melhores que já comi em Hotel). A área da piscina estava limpa e com muitas cadeiras disponíveis. Há hipotese de adquirir bebidas.

Wenn man nur eine Nacht bleibt und bekommt trotz unterdurchschnittlicher Auslastung des Hotels für € 145 ein Zimmer mit Blick zur stark befahrenen, lauten Straße, direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl mit einer Zumutung von Badezimmer (Duschvorhang!!! Keine Ablageflächen), Klimaanlage nicht in Betrieb, dann weißt Du, dass Du nicht wiederkommen möchtest und sie das wohl auch nicht wollen. Service und Frühstück waren ok

A casa de banho do quarto não está à altura de um hotel 4 estrelas. O quarto é bom e a cama ótima mas a casa de banho é de um hotel 3 estrelas. A água do duche não sai muito quente, as toalhas são mínimas e falta algum conforto. Fora isso tudo ótimo! O hotel é muito simpático e confortável. O staff muito simpático e disponível. The room had no functioning AC and it was very hot. Desapointment considering the price we paid for the room. Although the staff at reception was very kind and helpful. Some staff at the restaurant were not very friendly or attentive and seemed annoyed everytime we needed something. They seemed much friendlier with Guests who spoke portugese. We are canadian and we recieved not in the same fashion. Dinner buffet was very expensive at 32euros for the food that was there.....it was not quality food and always the same every night....also the price didnt include water to drink. Overall the resort, pool and the room for very nice. But all the rest was average.

Place is very nice, lot of space and floorish; same goes for the restaurant with very kind staff. Easy free parking. Room is not at expectation for a 4star four winds! Both rooms had the same issues: bathroom little outdated, soap has not been refilled, hot water in shower - with very low preasure for winter time, took 10 minutes first day, watercloset system malfunction and worst, balcony door did not close. When asking for repair, it took hours (we have been obliged to stay in the room given it was open). First badges didn't work , we were even stuck in the lift! Hotel ok, not really value for money in my opinion, the breakfast was good but could be a little better, hot food is a little lukewarm. What does makes the hotel good are the staff, who are very friendly and helpful. Hotel no longer has free mini bar, so that needs removing from the description. We found the rooms to be spacious, and very clean, but also quite noisy, metal door into corridor slamming very loudly often early and late at night. Free shuttle, tried ringing as instructed, told we needed to book so would have to wait 2 hours for a lift back! We didn’t try again. Pool area is nice, good reasonable bar service, nice sunbeds, very cold pool.

Had to wait well beyond the check-in time of 4pm for our room to be ready, which when you’ve been travelling feels like a very long time. Our biggest issue however was our room wasn’t cleaned once our entire stay, and when we asked the cleaner to clean it, she just threw some towels at us. We were never allowed to put any drinks or room service against our room and forced to pay everything up front which was quite inconvenient. When we checked out, the receptionist sat there on the phone for a while without acknowledging us at the desk, and we eventually just had to discreetly leave because our taxi for the airport was waiting outside

The room quality is very, very good and the hotel itself is beautiful. But the real stand out is the staff! Especially the restaurant staff. They are so helpful and accommodating. I truly felt important to them and they took very good care of me and my family. The game room is amazing as well, my daughter met some new friends there and had an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!

The room had no functioning AC and it was very hot. Desapointment considering the price we paid for the room. Although the staff at reception was very kind and helpful. Fantastic hotel, ever helpful staff. This is a beautiful property, elegantly laid out. Do not miss out on the fabulous breakfast. Restaurant also v good if you don’t fancy venturing downtown. Handy shuttle service to beachfront. Loved Four Points.

The service was great, the check-in was smooth. The rooms where clean and really nice. The A/C worked well. We used the shuttle to the beach offered by the hotel and that was not the most efficient service. One of the driver didn’t seem to enjoy his job and was not offering a good service. We also had to get a taxi(bolt) from the beach to the hotel because the shuttle was not available, like they told us. They also seem to be more accommodating if you speaked Portuguese. The last day we where there, we took the shuttle and got another driver, he was really nice and made sure everything was perfect. I would of hope to have this last driver for all my rides. Beside the shuttle service that was not on par with the rest, everything was great. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was excellent.

The property was great and we would've had a great stay, however the fire alarm went off at 6 in the morning for like 20 minutes straight. It was awful. Our 2 young kids were terrified and we had NO idea what was going on. We were on the 5th level and the elevators weren't working because of the fire alarm. No staff came to check on us and let us know what was happening. After 20 minutes we finally found out from a staff member who happened to be staying on our floor and was also woken up, that it was a false alarm. We just happened to run into him, otherwise we never would have found out what happened. Again, nobody checked in on my family and we weren't compensated in any way for the inconvenience. Nobody even mentioned it when we checked out. It seems like they were not prepared at all had that been a real emergency. We were disappointed to say the least.

Great location and a clean hotel with a friendly staff. We had a fantastic sea-view from the balcony. Room was huge with a space to chill on a double sofa as well as quiet balcony. Queen bed good to share and everyone will have a good night sleep. Plenty of options for breakfast, including healthy choices like fresh fruits or chia seeds for healthy eaters. Hot breakfast included in price (fresh omelettes and pancakes made while you wait). Hotel staff was very friendly however at busy times unable to serve all for breakfast and on some occasions some food/plates/mugs/cutlery etc were missing. No options for HB or All inclusive but they have restaurant on site. One negative part was that hotel was situated on top of the hill so to go to the beach or restaurants it is a bit of the climbing so not for all abilities nor children.

We stayed two nights here at the end of our 10 day trip, mainly to relax and get ready for the drive into Lisbon airport. It was absolutely perfect for that purpose. The room was adequate and spacious with a small patio and a small grassy area overlooking the pool. If you like space, I would recommend this room, which was not one of the more expensive ones. The complimentary breakfast was expansive and delicious. It is a bit of a walk to the center of town, so you might want to take an Uber. Although the walk up to the top of the castle was awesome.

Family of 3 (with a 21-month-old toddler) We had a really lovely stay! The hotel itself is great — the pool, restaurant, gym, and parking are all excellent. The location is on top of a hill, so getting an Uber is the easiest way to get into town or to the beach (it’s only about €3–5). The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to the beach (it’s a car, not a bus), which is super convenient. Walking isn’t really an option since there’s no proper path. The restaurant food — especially from the daytime and evening menu — is fantastic, and breakfast was also good. Our room was a bit dark, and on our last night the water pressure and hot water stopped working, which was a shame. For families, there’s a small kiddie pool (though it was quite cold) and a kids’ room, but not a ton of activities for little ones. It would be amazing if they added a small playground and more water features in the kiddie pool — that would make it perfect for families with toddlers! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back — especially if there were a few more kid-friendly features ☺️

No pequeno almoço, falta loiça que demora a se reposta, faltam produtos que também temos que pedir e demora... E a senhora que está a fazer oss ovos estrelado, omeletes, panquecas, tostas mistas e afins... Num domingo estar sozinha... Coitada... Muito ela faz... Nesse espaço deviam estar pelo menos duas pessoas. A porta da wc do quarto A407 está sempre a fechar sozinha pelo que o meu marido até se magoou nas costas por pensar que a porta estava aberta mas está estava descair para fechar sozinha. De resto tudo muito bom.

Hotel ok, not really value for money in my opinion, the breakfast was good but could be a little better, hot food is a little lukewarm. What does makes the hotel good are the staff, who are very friendly and helpful. Hotel no longer has free mini bar, so that needs removing from the description. We found the rooms to be spacious, and very clean, but also quite noisy, metal door into corridor slamming very loudly often early and late at night. Free shuttle, tried ringing as instructed, told we needed to book so would have to wait 2 hours for a lift back! We didn’t try again. Pool area is nice, good reasonable bar service, nice sunbeds, very cold pool.

Was not acknowledge at check-in even though 3 staff members were not dealing with anyone, had to ask. No greeting or hello. People skills need to be improved. Room good size but bathroom a bit small. Balcony good size but view not great. Buffet breakfast with a good selection of food & drinks. During busy times a bit chaotic but on whole okay. Location is on a hill & is very steep. Hotel offers a free shuttle but this a car & only takes 4 guest. Maybe they should consider a mini-van.

At check-in 4 staff at desk, 1 dealing with guest, the others heads down, had to ask if one of them could assist. Not very welcoming. Eye contact & a smile are important on arrival. Better training is required. Room good size, with good AC, but bathroom small. Breakfast, good selection of food on offer but at times chaotic. Ryan, in restautant, made guests feel welcomed by being friendly & interacting with a smile on his face. Wished more staff had been like him!

EXCELLENT Hotel !!! … perfectly located high above Sesimbra!! … really spacious rooms (we had a 2 Bedroom with terrace and seview), VERY clean, very well equipped, good beds, great terrace!! .. the best was the staff: ALL extremly helpful, friendly and very professional !! … made our holiday an extraordinary experience - CHEERS!! … Sesimbra is a very nice village with a great beach and tons of Bars, Restaurants and little shops! … the Hotel offers a free of charge pick-up/drop-off shuttle to/from the beach … up the hill: VERY helpful!!..;-)) … the area around Sesimbra is also great (btw parking garage in Hotel is also fro free!!) but you need a Car… Bar-Service at the sunbeds around pool is just GREAT … again SUPER friendly staff .. we WILL come back
