The staff were dilligent, patient, and creative in finding a way to get our $100 cash deposit back to us when my family had a mixup during a split check-out. They contacted my by email and came up with and used WhatsAp to coordinate getting it to my son's family via the hotel's airport shuttle. Great customer service!

Positivo: El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación céntrica, y segura. Todas mis diligencias en el centro de Panamá las pude hacer cómodamente a Pié. Ofrecen distintos servicios inclusive bicicletas y el transporte privado hacia y desde le aeropuerto. Negativo: Las almhoadas y sábanas estaban muy sucias. Se necesita trabajar la limpieza. El internet en el piso 6 no era muy bueno El colchón era muy duro. Algo ruidoso La limpieza del hotel lamentablemente opaca la ventajosa ubicación.

I have stayed at Hotel Terranova several times this year 2023 it is two star hotel that I really like it for many reasons like for example the location is excellent as it is close to everything like banking, businesses, the metro station, night entertainment, restaurants, etc. The personnel is very friendly, respectful and always helpful. The restaurant breakfast and meal choices are excellent. As to the cleanliness there's personnel doing daily cleaning and they are always caring for you. Best hot shower of Panama, no doubt about it, but the shower pan on all rooms need some renovations. I have mentioned on previous reviews that the hotel needs better illumination on all rooms. Air Conditioning is excellent as well. The hotel offers bicycle rentals and transportation service for a fee to and from the airport.

I have stayed at Hotel Terranova several times this 2023. Very well located at walking distance from Calle 50 in Bella Vista. Near restaurants, at walking distance to the El Carmen Metro station, just near everything. The pool is great and well kept The restaurant is good. As to the illumination of the room they need improvement as rooms are too dark All rooms need a refrigerator. Air conditioning in every room is amazingly cold. The shower area in all rooms need better maintenance. I have used in the past the parking which I find a bit tight but extremely secure. There are no safe boxes in the rooms but reception offers rental safes in the reception. The safe boxes are bank type, very secure. The entire personnel is respectful, courteous and attentive.

ADEQUATE ROOM, hated the step up to the bathroom, bed fairly comfortable, tv too small for the size of the room. Great walking location for bella vista. Staff freindly, breakfast too expensive for what you get, cannot recommend. Lots of other food options nearby. Parking lot a litle steep incline and very tight. All in , a decent place for the value.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but I feel it is a very good value for the price. Easy check in, rooms are clean, and the restaurant has a limited menu but gives tasty meals. I also feel the Flan is excellent. The hotel has a pool on the roof, that lets you have a pretty view of the city.

The first room that was given to us smelled musty. It made me feel sick, my chest was hurting from the awful smell. Then when they changed the room it smelled like the locker room of athletes. The exterior wall on the building had a large hole. Property has potential. Need some upgrading and maintenance.

Easy check in, the restaurant serves good food, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is older, but seems well maintained, and the price is very affordable. And I don’t need super new and shiny to have a comfortable happy stay.

YOU WILL REGRET STAYING HERE! The property was dirty, as were the rooms, which were moldy and caused me respiratory issues. I couldn't sleep at all the first night, left that morning bright and early, demanded a refund and no response was given to me. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I love the location of this hotel, it is close to alot of things like, hospital, food places malls supermarkets and a park. I would definitely recommend this place. My only problem is that there is no iron available for use, but other than that it is awesome and the staff is welcoming.

Its exactly what you can expect for the price. Photos does it justice and the placed looked exactly as pictured. The room had a really weird smell between sewer and humidity but my nose got used to it pretty fast, nonetheless it was really clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. The room itself was spacious and the views were really nice.

Da vi ankom til hotellet kom der en mand der tog vores bagage med ind på en vogn. I receptionen blev vi mødt af en receptionist, som kun sagde det mest nødvendige, og på et tidspunkt stod vi alle blot og ventede, men vi vidste ikke på hvad. Da vi var færdige, måtte vi selv håndtere vores bagage fra vognen, og vi fik ingen info om, hvor vores værelse var, så vi måtte selv prøve os frem. Der var ingen service, og hver gang vi gik gennem receptionen, blev vi mødt af den samme receptionist, der hverken udviste venlighed eller et servicegen. Desuden var vi næsten alene på hele hotellet på trods af, at det er ret stort. Vores værelse var ret stort, og egentlig fint nok, men beliggenheden var elendig. Der var ikke meget i nærheden.

The customer service was great. Everyone I encountered were very nice and helpful. The receptionist even help to coordinate a Tour to San Blas Islands for me.

I arrive late and I went to the room and dropped the bags then I went to front desk and I complained that the room smell like paint and since I was heading out to meet with friends I requested a new room but when i came back the only answer was that there were no rooms available, I couldn't sleep with the strong smell of paint Next day after checking out, we requested if we can go to the rooftop and they declined since we were already checked out Worst hotel, bad staffing (front desk)

I. have been going twice a month for over 2 years and always checked in around 1pm, even though check in time was 10am. At the end of September the check in time was changed to 3pm! As usual, I was there at 1pm and was told 3pm is the new check in time. I.was visibly upset and was able to get my room at 2pm. The driveway and steps to the lobby has been under construction for more than 6 weeks. It's noisy and dusty as well as hazardous.

Nice check in. Air conditioning, TV and WiFi work well. View of beach from room. Room very spacious but no dresser for clothes. Wonderful pool on the roof with great view. In elevator PB means ground floor so don’t get lost. Close to restaurants and night life, Great front desk

I have stayed at Hotel Terranova several times this year 2023 it is two star hotel that I really like it for many reasons like for example the location is excellent as it is close to everything like banking, businesses, the metro station, night entertainment, restaurants, etc. The personnel is very friendly, respectful and always helpful. The restaurant breakfast and meal choices are excellent. As to the cleanliness there's personnel doing daily cleaning and they are always caring for you. Best hot shower of Panama, no doubt about it, but the shower pan on all rooms need some renovations. I have mentioned on previous reviews that the hotel needs better illumination on all rooms. Air Conditioning is excellent as well. The hotel offers bicycle rentals and transportation service for a fee to and from the airport.

Easy check in, the restaurant serves good food, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is older, but seems well maintained, and the price is very affordable. And I don’t need super new and shiny to have a comfortable happy stay.

The hotel is in an ideal position for those who do not have car, as there is a lot of traffic. It has its own restaurant with decent service except that two young servers were not as friendly as the girls at the reception. The hotel should provide them with better customer service training.

chambres un peu vieillottes, mais propres pour ce cartier huppé plein de grands hotels, c'est vraiment le meilleur prix pour demeurer dans ce bel endroit et le resto est bien convenable et dépanne, mais il y a pleins de très bons resto tout proche. Et le personnel est fort aidant.

ADEQUATE ROOM, hated the step up to the bathroom, bed fairly comfortable, tv too small for the size of the room. Great walking location for bella vista. Staff freindly, breakfast too expensive for what you get, cannot recommend. Lots of other food options nearby. Parking lot a litle steep incline and very tight. All in , a decent place for the value.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel, but I feel it is a very good value for the price. Easy check in, rooms are clean, and the restaurant has a limited menu but gives tasty meals. I also feel the Flan is excellent. The hotel has a pool on the roof, that lets you have a pretty view of the city.

I just love this hotel because it’s such a great deal, and it’s is super clean and even the most economical room is very spacious. The area is fantastic with at least 5 coffee shops within a 5 minute walking distance, and the fantastic Carbono gym is around the corner. You can pay per day, week or month. You can hire a personal trainer for such a reasonable price. This hotel is the best deal in Panama City!
