Great for access to volksparkstadium. Great bar with nice cocktails. Very confortable overall

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. We had a kitchenette with a cooktop, mini-fridge, sink, cabinet space with some pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Each floor has a washing room. The is a bus station near by, 3 grocery stores, a bakery. Not far from the airport either.

Solides Hotel, gutes Konzept. Leider etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt. Aber mit Öffis und Auto alles gut erreichbar. Gut für einen Konzertbesuch in der Nähe geeignet. Besonders gut ist, dass die Zimmer eine Mikrowelle, Geschirr und Besteck haben. In der Lobby gibt es außerdem einen kleinen Supermarkt mit fairen Preisen.

Great room, great facilities. Clean and nice. Parking on premises. It was very close to the stadium. If you are looking to explore Hamburg may be a little on periphery, but I would definitely stay here again.

Fijne, schone en ruime kamer met keukentje en grote mooie badkamer met lekkere regendouche! Rustig hotel in rustige omgeving. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk geholpen. Bar helaas gesloten op zondag, maar wel optie tot kopen drankjes in lobby. Prima en niet duur parkeren. Goede bereikbaarheid vanaf snelweg. Bushalte in buurt, metro wat verder lopen (12 minuten ongeveer).

Eigentlich war alles super. Leider wurden uns zwei seit monaten abgelaufene Flaschen Bier verkauft. Als ich das Personal am nächsten morgen darauf hingewiesen habe gab weder eine Entschuldigung noch sonst eine Reaktion. Das war unangenehm.

A fine hotel, the room was a nice size and the toilet was bigger then expected. Everything looked very clean and neat. The room has cabinets for your items, a safe, and some dishes to use with a kettle and a coffee machine. The hotel has a little shop, with a great soda brand and some great snacks and food items. The morning buffet was great, but be sure to get to it before 10-11 as it will have less and less items to choose from - the food served was great! We stayed at the hotel for a concert held close by, it was an easy to navigate and nice walk through the area, we also walked to the nearby zoo, that we cal also recommend going to. This is not the last time we will be staying at this hotel :)

Super service, godt værelse, god bar, god kiosk. Hurtig indcheckning. Alt var perfekt.

Schnelles Check-in/out, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, kleine gemütliche Zimmer in denen man wirklich seine Ruhe genießen kann. Noch dazu haben die Zimmer eine gute Ausstattung und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch gut.

Under bed space was not cleaned.Coffee sachets only for one time.In the gym a German lady pushed me from the equipment as she said that it is her turn,Germany is her country and tourists should go back.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr nettes Personal, super Frühstück, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Grundsätzlich eine nette Unterkunft. Apartments sind ausreichend groß……aber: es ist sehr heiß in den Zimmern. Fenster öffnen ist möglich…aber nur wenn einen die sehr niedrig überfliegenden Flugzeuge noch stören. Grundsauberkeit des Zimmers war ok…..allerdings die Fenster waren extrem schmutzig. Was auch noch sehr negativ war…..das Fenster im Bad hatte nur im unteren Bereich eine Sichtschutzfolie…und diese hatte auch noch klare Stellen, so dass man quasi im Freien steht. Ein Vorhang oder Jalousie fehlt mir da an dieser Stelle. Verkehrsanbindung ist gut.

Very clean and serviceable hotel, walking distance to the soccer stadium and some restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is fine, but it is the staff that really make it shine. Incredibly polite, and helpful beyond just good customer service. It’s a great team over there !

Fin og rummelig lejlighed, men meget støj fra børn på 1. sal, som virker indrettet som familieetage. Børn leger og larmer på gangene. Senge og puder er desværre af dårlig kvalitet. Der blev heller ikke gjort rent eller skiftet håndklæder efter fire dage, hvilket trækker ned.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und liebevoll modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Wirklich ein tolles Hotel.

Fint værelse, gode senge, ikke prængende morgenmad. Ankom fredag kl. 15 og rejste mandag kl. 8 der blev ikke gjort rent ej heller blev der fyldt wc papir op eller Rene håndklæder. Ellers meget hjælpsomme med spørgsmål

Ich kann die Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen. Besonders gut fand ich die eigene kleine Küche und die Lobby n der man 24 Std. kleine Dinge wie z.B. Snacks einkaufen kann. Das Personal ist super nett, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, alles super.

Alles war guy, aber die bett war zu klein

Great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Staff was professional. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi was not very good. It was spotty reception through the building and I had to continually log back in every 15 minutes or so. Quite annoying.

Morgenmaden var ikke specielt god, men værelset var meget stort og rent. Desuden var der et ret veludstyret mini-køkken.

Flot værelser, gode senge og fine forhold. Dog rigtig meget støj da vi boede over køkkenet og ud til gården med affald hvor lastbiler kom og tømte tidligt om morgenen. Personalet røg udenfor hvilket gjorde der ofte lugtede af røg hos os. Ligger super praktisk i forhold til lufthavn og HSV stadion. Der er indkøb meget tæt på. Hotellets personale var meget imødekommende

Expensive parking for very small spots, no airco so very hot in the room and opening the windows wasn’t really an option because of the noise outside. Fridge regularly made a lot of noise during the night.

Sehr entspannter und unkomplizierter Aufenthalt, Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Einziger Mangel sind vielleicht die 1,40m Betten in den Primary Apartments, die als Doppelbetten verkauft werden, für 2 Personen ist das schon sehr eng

Rigtig fint sted til prisen. Der manglede ikke noget. Værelset er temmelig stort og meget veludstyret med både køkken, spiseplads, køleskab osv. Morgenmaden var okay, uden at være prangende.

Great hotel. Close to shopping which is great. There is a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and kettle. Far enough from the busy streets of Hamburg but closed enough to get to easily.. great amenities. Would stay at again if in the area.

I thought that the inside temperature on the room floors was a little high. Overall quite nice would stay there again. however my son who is quite large found the sofa bed a little uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was very European. I liked the selections very much.

Ich hab ein zimmer gebucht mit bett und einem schlafsofa, ich bin davon ausgegangen das wenn ich einchecke,dass das sofa auch bezogen ist mit bettwäsche ,dies war leider nicht der fall. Wir sind dann zur Rezeption gegangen und haben darum gebetwn während wir nochmal unterwegs waren das man das sofa zum schlafen einrichtet. Nachdem wir spät wieder zurückwaren war leider das sofa noch immer nicht fertig und wir sind wieder zur Rezeption, man hat uns dann nur bettzeugs gegeben umd wir mussten das sofa eigenständig zum schlafen vorbereiten

11 Uhr ist check out, Zimmer konnte bereits ab 10:45 nicht mehr geöffnet werden, Personal über Telefon schwer erreichbar. Lieferando parkt einfach vor der Parkhauseinfahrt, kommt somit nicht rein. Unterkunft über Telefon nie erreichbar!

Fantastisk ophold – kan varmt anbefales! Jeg havde et helt igennem dejligt ophold på sylc. Fra jeg trådte ind ad døren, følte jeg mig velkommen. Personalet var utroligt venlige, hjælpsomme og professionelle – altid smilende og klar til at hjælpe. Værelset var lyst, rent og moderne indrettet med en rigtig behagelig seng. Rengøringen var i top, og der var små fine detaljer som opvaskemaskine køleskab/fryser og kaffe maskine. Badeværelset var rummeligt og veludstyret med gode produkter.

Rather regrettably I was informed upon arrival that my room was no longer available (despite booking confirmation) and I had to move to another hotel in their network that was 45 minutes away by taxi. They offered financial compensation for the inconvenience, but it was very late at night and I was not in the mood to travel further after a long day. The new room was acceptable, but had a difficult process to gain entry as everything was closed and there was no one at the hotel to help.

This place deserves strong 8/10. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights and used garage parking, breakfast, lunch & shop opportunities. Positive: various breakfast, always places for parking in the garage, good powerful hairdryer, spacious shower and fridge. Neutral: cold feelings from the reception (no one smiles), despite I spent some time for online check in, I spent the same time at the reception - pointless online time waste. Lunch time : limited menu but fair price. WiFi is good but be careful, it's blocking some county sites and apps. Negative: only 2 things. Sorry for that, but need to be mentioned. TV is only in German, no Netflix, no other options than local channels. And 2nd thing - broken coffee machine. Next morning after check in, I reported the problem to the reception. And they promised to send me the "guy". Same day in the late afternoon I repeated my concerns about coffee machine and this time no one promised anything. We checked out - machine was still out of service. Question is not about the machine but about not kept promise to fix it or some other solution offer was missing.

Overall we had a good stay at the hotel and the staff were very did sly and helpful, We were here to see a show at Volksparkstadion. It was a convenient location for attending a show at the arena, but there were limited dining options or amenities near by.

Fint och fräscht hotell. Rent och snyggt. Hotellet ligger väldigt off från allt i typ ett industriområde nära motorvägen. Finns absolut inget att göra i området eller se.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr freundliches Personal. Ich war mit zwei Freundinnen dort und wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden wieder hingehen, sollten wir nochmal in Hamburg sein. Die Stadtmitte ist in ca. 30 Minuten gut mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Das Zimmer war super und sauber. Die Getränke an der Bar waren auch sehr lecker und man konnte dort sehr gemütlich sitzen und entspannen.

Das Personal ist super klasse, egal in welchem Bereich. Immer freundliche und hilfsbereit Das Frühstück ist super lecker, es fehlt an nichts. Doch leider kostet das Frühstück 13 EUR pro Person und Tag. Kinder ab 6 Jahren zahlen dies auch. Bedenkt man, dass Kids in diesem Alter gerade mal ein Müsli essen und ein Glas Orangensaft trinken zum Frühstück ist dies das teuerste Müsli der Welt. Auch negativ ist, dass das Apartment während es Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, was ist bei einem Zimmer für 4 Personen bei einem Mehr-Tages-Aufenthalt doch recht schlecht ist, vor allem im Badezimmer. Die Küchen im Apartment sind einfach ausgestattet aber mit so kleinen Töpfen und Pfanne dass es nur zum Kochen für 2 Personen reicht. Bei mehr Personen muss man in Etappen kochen und essen. Das ist schade. Einkaufsläden auch für Lebensmittel gibt es, Fußweg ca. 10min. Die Entfernung zur Stadtmitte ist sehr groß. Wir haben die Zeit gestoppt: von den Landungsbrücken bis ins Hotelzimmer benötigten wir 54 Minuten. Teile des Aparthotels scheinen dauervermietet zu sein. Das ist nicht schlimm gewesen aber irgendwie komisch. die Umgebung war bei uns ok, nebenan sind Geschäfte, aber es ist alles in allem ruhig. Wenn morgens ein Lieferant oder der Wäschedienst kommt wird es mal laut, aber wenn man die Fenster schließt, ist es ruhig. Alles in allem fand ich das Hotel gut aber bei den genannten Minusaspekten ist es den Preis nicht wert. Für diesen bekommst du auch ein gutes Hotel mitten in der Stadt.

Move and functional. Excellent and super helpful reception team. Breakfast was really good, nice variety of options in a spacious dining area.

Personal super freundlich und zu Fuß ist das Stadion super zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibts auch tolle Restaurants. Das Frühstück war auch super.
