I can’t recommend this place enough! Comfortable, clean, exactly as described. It had everything you need, shampoo and body wash, loads of towels, all the cutlery and utensils. The air conditioner is amazing!! It’s in every room. We are a family of five in a two bed apartment, could easily fit 6 people. The beds very comfortable including the sofa bed. The staff are very helpful, there English is excellent, they helped us booking taxis and excursions. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The apartment was spacious and clean with all amenities including washer/dryer - the management was excellent- was able to call after hours when left key in room with immediate response and was contacted immediately when we discovered we left an IPad in the room after checkout and arrangements made for picking it up with many options available - would definitely book this property again if we are ever back in Barcelona and would highly recommend it to others!

Well designed, clean and beautiful apartment! Great location in a more local neighborhood but only 10 minute walk to Sagrada Família. The apartment had everything we need for a family of 6. It was nice to have a kitchen to prepare meals, and across the street was a small market. Train and bus access was very easy.

The sweetest staff, very kind and made us stay quite enjoyable. The only thing I wish to let you know is that if you're staying for six days getting towels for €30 is expensive and I wish they would let you know that. Otherwise though everything was absolutely wonderful no complaints and I would definitely stay there again.

This place is amazing. Located 5-10 min walk from Sagrada Familia. Lots of little cafes and shops nearby. Little minimart just a few doors down. Very clean, very spacious- fit my family of 6 no problem. We showed up way early and needed a place to put our stuff. They have lockers if you need. The front desk clerk was super nice and super helpful. The apartment even has a clothing washer/dryer (one machine) which we used and worked great. Perfect spot- couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Muy linda la Decoracion, el apartamento de muy buen tamaño con todo lo necesario en relación al precio siento que está muy bien. No ofrecen estacionamiento, pero para las personas que llegamos por avión está bien. Solo me queda sugerir colocar agarradores en la regadera para sostenerse y evitar una caída.

Excellent place to stay in Barcelona. Walking distance to the basilica de Sagrada Família. Very easy to get taxi. The best part was there is a supermarket across the street that is open from 7:00am till 11:00pm. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The concierge was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Amenities were great. And the location was (8 minutes) walking distance to Sagrada la familia. Lobby and stairs had a slight urine smell. Beds were comfortable. I would’ve rated it higher but found a cockroach in the bathroom!

This is a very nice place to stay in Barcelona. Quite near Sagrada Familia for multiple opportunities to see it (just get there early for Easter service if you want to get in). The apartment is very functional and clean. The neighborhood has bakeries, restaurants and a grocery across the street. Easy metro access too. Check in is easy with person or with machine. Overall very pleasant.

There was plenty of room for our family and a lot of amenities. The only downside was that our apartment faced the back of a neighborhood, and the view was less than desirable, as the building faced people’s balconies. We saw laundry hanging from balconies, and the view was not appealing at all. I felt like I was in a fish bowl.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und gut gelegen für unsere Zwecke. Leider ist der Check-in an dem kleinen Display etwas mühsam, da so viel Information eingegeben werden muss. Hier wäre es definitiv besser vorher einzuchecken und nur mit ein paar Codes Zugang zu bekommen. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Check in process was a disaster. Arrived at 9am and though I knew the check in wasn’t until 3pm, the guy at the front desk was very rude and unaccomodating. Asked if they could possibly clean a 2 bedroom at the 11am check out for previous guests and he said “maybe”. Ended up going out and coming back to wait until 3pm. At that time and not a second before, he grabbed the keys off the desk and handed them to me (letting me know he could have easily granted access before). Stayed at midtown apartments before our cruise and am so disappointed we couldn’t stay after as they were sold out. Ended up choosing this place and it didn’t compare. Asked for an extra towel on day 2 and the same guy responded “we’re not a hotel, wash a towel”. Will NEVER stay in one of these properties again.

Property is in excellent condition. Lobby/reception desk, elevator, stairs were very clean and well lit. Our room looks modern with new dishwasher and washing machine. It is equipped with kitchen utensils and cookware. My family and I did not use them but as I inspect them, they looked very clean. Our check-in was assisted by Julia. She’s very friendly and always with a smile. She gave us a map and showed us how far or near we were to parks and recreation and several must see spots in Barcelona. She's so awesome. For the next couple days, reception desk was manned by Sara who was as wonderful as Julia. She greets everyone with a smile and just very welcoming. Our three nights stay at this property was one of the best in Spain. It is close to a lot of restaurants, bake shops, and small supermarkets. Property is block away to Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau. It is also within walking distance to the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. On our check-out we had problem getting a taxi using a taxi service app. Julia tried to help us by calling some taxi service companies. We were able to get taxi using the app but the extra effort she made does not come unnoticed. Our group consisted of three adults and three children under 10 years of age.

Location is great! Walkable from Sagrada Familia, and Sant Pau. We did not park but public transport was super accessible. It's across the street from L5 Sant Pau metro station. The property itself is nice, a decent size for a family of 4. Great food around too, Cafe 365 across the street, the doner shop, everything is walkable so much

It was located near a metro station and close to the Sagrada Familia. We were able to store our luggage when we arrived earlier than the check in time. The front desk was very helpful too. Glad to recommend it to our friends and family.

Rooms look small, but very practical. We liked the set up. Pretty well located and with a very friendly staff. Subway is just across the street, so you can move around quite easily and safely. Very good option, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of options for dinner and well located to enjoy the city.

This hotel was great accommodations for our family of 4 given 2 bedrooms. The bathroom was a bit small- but worked for our 2 night stay. The area around the hotel was ok, but we wished we would have stayed closer to Ciutat Vella. That area had the best restaurants and vibe.
