This was a hidden gem that started our vacation on a wonderul note. The staff were friendly, incredibly helpful and the room was breathtaking. A perfect cental location to everything with stunning decor and a lovely bar and restaurant. The espresso martinis were amazing- Nina put grated chocolate on top for an added touch. She was so friendly and kind that it made our stay feel so welcoming. 10/10 will be back- highly highly recommended

Every detail of this hotel and attentive service by the staff is just phenomenal. The rooftop pool was such a lifesaver for the European heat wave as well. The hotel is located at one of my favorite spots, Sant Felip Neri Plaza, which is a serene and sacred spot in the middle of bustling Barcelona. The Restaurant A offers one of the best food in Barcelona. Enjoying a glass of wine or cocktail from the restaurant, looking at Sant Felip Neri is one of my favorite things to do in BCN. I can't praise how amazing this hotel is!

Excellent stay. From the 1st class car service from airport, the welcome glass of Cava on arrival, beautifully appointed room with all the details and luxury you expect at a 5 star hotel. The Neri is an old palace that was renovated and is in the Gotica (Old Town) of Barcelona. It is a beautiful space. The location is great, surrounded by places to see and shopping. The hotel has a wonderful staff, and the restaurant is top-notch. I have been travelling to Barcelona for years and always stayed here.

It is nearly impossible to drive right up to the hotel which is not necessarily a bad thing, but was a little nerve-wracking to have to walk down an alleyway at 1am when I got in and 4am when I left the hotel for my flights. The rooms were very nice, although there were essentially zero toiletry amenities in the room, like not even a small shampoo. There were some snacks and wine, although oddly not a pricing menu, so it was not clear if they were "gifts" or for purchase. The staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious! Overall a lovely, interesting place to stay, with just a couple of small odd things amenities-wise.

Beautiful and historical property in the center of Barcelona. Lacking some amenities and level of service that we would expect from a 5 star hotel, particularly from the Relais & Chateaux group. Running out of hot water after 1 person showers (10 min) is unacceptable. 2 out of 5 days the “please make up our room” sign got “flipped” and the room was not cleaned. No amenities in the room like cotton swabs or shower caps etc. And refillable containers with out a dispenser spout meaning you have to stick your hand inside to scoop out your lotion of conditioner presents a contamination hazard.

特筆すべき点はスタッフがフレンドリーだった事。ロケーションもよく、屋上のコモンプレースものんびりするには最高の場所だった。結果お勧め出来るホテルだったと思う。2つだけ残念だったのは、バスルームのドアが閉まらなかった事。常に若干開いたままだった事が残念だった。もう一つは、サグラダファミリア教会の予約時間のため、割と朝早くにモーニングコールを頼んだが、完全に忘れられた様子だった。たまたま自分で起きたからよかったが、寝入っってしまったらと思うとちょっと怖かった。総合評価は４としたが、４,５位な感じだった。

Incredibly helpful staff, perfect location, amazing space. Stayed with my wife and sone in one of the Neri Apartments and it couldn't have been more perfect. Apartments are a good size, well appointed, clean, lots of closet space, and surprisingly quiet.

Lovely room and perfect location. Quite surly staff which was a little surprising for a 5* hotel. There was also some inconvenient drilling outside the room after 10pm one night and again at 6am the next morning - whilst we appreciate that this was outside the hotels control it would have been appreciated if they had provided some notice or apologised for this.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. Worth every penny. Since the second we got there, we felt welcome. Dario was so welcoming and so sweet. The rooms, the aesthetic was on point. Breakfast was so good. And the location maybe a bit tricky to get to by taxi but it is the best location. You walk and get lost in the gothic quarter, such a gem!

From check-in, to perfect rooms thoughtfully prepared, to recommendations of what to do and see, to our delicious dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Special thanks to Thomas, who made us feel as though we were guests of an especially gracious and interesting multi-lingual friend. When our taxi to the station was late, he bounded out of the hotel with our luggage to snag us a cab in the street. Above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I felt underwhelmed with my stay, I paid a lot of money for the terrace room but it wasn’t worth the price at all. The terrace was overlooked by construction work and during the day I had no privacy as the construction workers would be looking down on the terrace. The terrace was also so bare and not what I’d expect from a five star hotel. The room service was okay but again, nothing outstanding for the price. The saving grace was the service from the doorman. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for a luxury experience.

Really lovely hotel tucked away in the Gothic district but well Located. The best part of the hotel was Tomas. He was such a friendly, comical, and lively gentleman who helped us with anything we needed. When we first walked in it felt very homey and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, well decorated, and as cold as you wanted them to be at night. Very unique hotel for Europe and we loved our stay.

The Hotel Neri was a stunning place to stay. The rooms and reception area were beautiful, concierge very helpful and knowledgeable (excellent recommendations and actually walked us to the restaurant). Thomas greeted us and was very warm and responsive. Safe and quiet but right in the heart of the gothic district. Overall, highly recommend.

Awesome hotel in Gothic district! Staff was absolutely amazing....so friendly and helpful....could not have been better! They arranged transportation, made dinner reservations for us in a local tapas restaurant...so good!!!!...and their bell and restaurant staff were top class. Breakfast was included and was surpassed our expectations. Recommend this hotel for sure and if ever in Barcelona again we would stay here!

Thoma who coordinate my luggage and taxi was terrific and 5 star service. Checking in and out smooth, 5 star.The food was delicious. However, the molten chocolate dessert took close to 45 minutes and was horrible. Much too sweet badly baked and with half a tea spoon of crème fresh. I complained to the waiter. Suggested that he bring it back for the chef to taste as he should be aware of what is leaving his kitchen. It made the dinner experience a disappointment and certainly not what to expect from a Relais and Chateau. I will not be dining at their restaurant agsin. Brings the whole place down. Apart from the dining experience, I would have given staff and a higher ranking.
