Sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Sehr kleines Frühstück gratis in der Lobby…Family Mart unten im selben Haus… Zimmer ( Betten) werden nicht automatisch gemacht, jedoch Bad wird geputzt… alles in allem super gelegen bei Hamamatsucho JR Staton..

竹芝駅目の前なので、雨の日でもほぼ濡れずに行けます。そして、1階にはコンビニがあるので、欲しいものもほぼ手に入ると思います。 ホテル自体はすごくシンプル。 機械でチェックイン/アウトするので、スマートです。そこで、部屋も自身で選べるのもいいですね！ そして、ロビーにスリッパ、ルームウェア、歯ブラシ、クシなどが置いてあるので、自身で持っていくスタイル。 コーヒーやお茶もあり、便利でした。 エレベーターは、ルームキーをタッチさせると自分の部屋の階のボタンが付くようになってます。 部屋は、ベッドと小さめのテーブル、イスがあり、テーブルの上に保冷出来る入れ物(？)がありますが、私は使いませんでした。 小さいスーツケースなら、イスを畳んだ状態で広げられるかな？ぐらいのスペースがあり、ベッドの下にスーツケースをしまう感じでした。 ただ2個広げるのは難しいかと思います。 海側の部屋を取ったんですが、景色も綺麗でした！ トイレ、シャワーですが、シャワールームはカーテンで仕切るのではなく、ドアタイプなので、それは良かったです！ シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ドライヤーも部屋にあります。 朝はロビーに手のひらより小さめのパンが個包装で置いてあります。 また、お味噌汁もお湯を入れるタイプでおいてあります。 とても簡易ではありますが、もともと朝食付きではないので、十分です！ チェックアウトも機械にルームキーを入れるだけで出来るので、従業員の方とはチェックイン→チェックアウトまで1回も会話していません。 それぐらい気軽？に泊まれる感じです。 また機会があれば、値段も安いので泊まりたいと思います！

Staff was very friendly and check in/check out was easy with additional perks such as check in early/check out late when signing up for their program for free. Towels and trash was replaced once a day with free cleaning every 3 days and multiple activities within the lobby. Amenities are available, but they’re self serve. Would definitely check in again with Hotel TAVINOS in another time.

Very easily accessible, walking distance to the metro, nice and clean building, nice choice of books to read and free drinks and amenities. Safety and privacy is a value there. Have to walk a few minutes for closest restaurants but 7/11 is right inside the hotel and is very convenient. Would recommend.

This was a nice cheap hotel in a convenient location. It is right next to one smaller station and 7 mins walk from a larger one. Also near the port for trips out to the bay. The staff were very nice. Also the 24hr Family Mart downstairs was very convenient. My only minor grumble was that the coffee machines aren't switched on until 8am. We're were left by then. In fact with jet lag I was sat eating breakfast from the Family Mart at 3am most days. It is a good hotel for the price and the room was fine. There was a little fridge in the room to keep some water cool. The shower was amazing, very powerful and there was lots of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All was clean. Heated toilet seat. All in all it was spot on!

Hotel is adjacent to Takeshiba station. There’s a convenience store on the 1st floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out are so easy. If you arrive before your check-in or still have time to stroll Tokyo after you check out, the luggage storage is free and very easy to use. Rooms are clean and themed rooms are awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho! Generally clean and comfortable. A couple of comments, we did have what looked like a blood stain on the manga blanket, but we didn’t really use it on the bed. Second thing was that the only lighting is in the bathroom or the overhead light, both were very bright, a bedside light would go a long way. We would definitely come back though!

The room was SPOTLESS! Staff was super helpful and one of the staff members also has a free tour that is available on Saturdays. The fact that the hotel takes you out into the area to explore and teach is a really awesome touch that I really enjoyed and was grateful for, considering it was my first time in Japan.

While the room and bed is big and pretty soft, the cleaning service is terrible. house cleaning did my room twice and everytime I found tons of disgusting stains all over the covers, blankets and even the towels. And the rooms are insanely dusty even when you open the windows. Not a fan of this hotel for the cleanliness alone.

I loved my stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently close to several train stations and a shopping area with plenty of affordable restaurants. The staff were wonderfully helpful, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the cleanliness was absolutely top notch. Thank you ! I’m m already looking forward to staying here again!

fair pricing. easy access. plenty of local shops for food and other necessities. however, corners cut when it came to room cleanliness. stains on wall in room and bathroom that were easy to wipe up and missed.

It's a 6-7 minute walk from the nearest station, quite pleasing if you don't have to push big luggage. Overall it's a nice little hotel near the seashore, and easy access to many food options and a convenience store. What we didn't like was the disappointing cleanliness of the bedsheets: there are visible strains of small hair / furs on the sheets, and even inside the quilts, I would not call it clean. Same with the carpet - wasn't sure what's on it. The bathroom was clean and the staff was nice.

An excellent choice for travelers just hitting the ground at Haneda and needing a night to recover or catching the ferry? Right across the street. Great restaurant choices to numerous to mention within easy walking distance, shoping etc. Close to Hammamatsucho station for easy access from the airport direct monorail and JR systems. Easy access all way around. Perfect for the passer-through. Rooms are tiny, efficient, and sufficient, impeccably clean and quite. No nonsense and no frills, just a very nice place to stay coming in or headed out. **Note** Do not believe Google maps! Take the Central Exit, turn right after the turnstile, down the elevator out through the construction area, at the first major intersection (1-chome) turn right go straight to next interection (about 450 meters, Tokyo Bay), turn right and you are there.

If you are lucky enough to get a room on the 9th floor of higher and on the side that faces the water you will have a great view. Everyone was nice and helpful and patient with me.

Small rooms. Good location close to Hamamatsucho Station. Daimon Station to Narita Airport nearby. Monorail to Haneda airport nearby. Lots of restaurants around. Familymart on the ground floor is excellent for drinks and snacks (egg sandwich is excellent).

Hotel is basic, small room , big bed. Shower is big and tidy. - close to hamamatsucho station, 30 min Ueno or 30 min Shibuya - Shop is next to hotel. - 3 ramen place nearby, first opposite the hotel other 2 is 20 min walk. The hotel location is perfect for those peoples who wanna discover Tokyo.

This is a no frills hotel with everything that you would need for a hotel stay. The rooms are small and may get crowded with anymore than 2 people in the room. The best thing about the Hotel is the location (20 min train ride from airport, and a very central Tokyo location) and it was cheap. My only gripe is the beds are not comfortable at all.

This hotel is in an extremely convenient location for the Haneda Monorail making travel back to the airport really easy. However the facility itself is just OK. Checking in was a hassle as I had booked two rooms under my name and when I got there was advised they couldnt allow me to do that and one reservation had to be changed. The rooms were all extremely tiny, like smaller than the average hotel so if you have a lot of luggage this hotel isnt for you. The sheets on our bed were very yellowed and had splotchy stains. Also, dont expect any amenities other than a toothbrush and pajamas that are available in the lobby.

Amazing location and very clean hotel! Check in/check out was easy and staff always ready to help. The location cannot be beat if you want to be close enough to major hubs of the city but also feel the calmness near the water. Lots of places to dine nearby with a bridge connecting to either the train or big office building with shops. Room is a bit small but honestly for the value and location and service I would stay here again. So beautiful to walk around outside near the water with great views of rainbow bridge and Tokyo bay!

I loved our stay at Hotel Tavinos Hamamatsucho! The room was perfect, it was small but had clever storage under the bed which was very convenient! We were there for a full 13 nights, the room could be cleaned regularly if you wanted and was always spotless when it was. The staff were also really helpful when we requested extra pillows and the connected Family Mart was very useful for everything else! The location was perfect as it was a 10min walk from a busy train station and there were plenty of fun food and drinks places in the local area.

Towels and trash was replaced once a day with free cleaning every 3 days and multiple activities within the lobby. Amenities are available, but they’re self serve. Tavinos was so nice and clean - thank you! We loved how close it was to a well-connected station, especially for our final ride to the airport. We had a serendipitous waterbus ride to the Skytree when we had time to stroll across the street from the hotel. What a fun area!! Our room was so tiny but it was great overall and we’re glad we stayed there. Thanks!

I loved my stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently close to several train stations and a shopping area with plenty of affordable restaurants. Walking distance to two big train stations, as well as one that takes you across to the island at your door step, also walking distance to the monorail to Haneda airport. Great view of the water. Lots of food options, coffee. The hotel room itself is small but exactly as expected. I would definitely stay again.

If you like a longer walk, Azabudai Hills, Ginza, Roppongi Tsukiji are nearby. Good places to Eat nearby and convenient transport options. Second time staying her and would definitely stay again. I took the ferry to Miyake Jima. This is right next to terminal and short walk to monorail station to airport. Very easy and convenient. Room is small but fine. Clean. Quiet. Shower was great.

Hotel is adjacent to Takeshiba station. There’s a convenience store on the 1st floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out are so easy. If you arrive before your check-in or still have time to stroll Tokyo after you check out, the luggage storage is free and very easy to use. Rooms are clean and themed rooms are awesome!

Wonderful location with good links to the rest of the city from Diamond Station. Helpfull and friendly staff and a Family Mart next door. Go to Blue Bottle Coffee shop nearby for the best coffee and waffles of your life.

The water front view and accessibility to the transit was really nice! The hotel also provides coffee and morning pastries which is very kind. The mattresses are quite firm compared to western mattresses so not the most ideal for people who don't like a firm bed! The family mart being attached and overall location in proximity to so many things but being relatively quiet was awesome.

Very easily accessible, walking distance to the metro, nice and clean building, nice choice of books to read and free drinks and amenities. Safety and privacy is a value there. Have to walk a few minutes for closest restaurants but 7/11 is right inside the hotel and is very convenient. Would recommend.

This was a nice cheap hotel in a convenient location. It is right next to one smaller station and 7 mins walk from a larger one. Also near the port for trips out to the bay. The staff were very nice. Also the 24hr Family Mart downstairs was very convenient. My only minor grumble was that the coffee machines aren't switched on until 8am. We're were left by then. In fact with jet lag I was sat eating breakfast from the Family Mart at 3am most days. It is a good hotel for the price and the room was fine. There was a little fridge in the room to keep some water cool. The shower was amazing, very powerful and there was lots of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All was clean. Heated toilet seat. All in all it was spot on!
