We stayed in an 'Urban' room which was 19 sq.m. We found the room a bit small for a 3 night stay. The Urban Plus 22 sq.m. or Superior Deluxe 26 sq.m.would have been a better option. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. The Spa cost €16 per person. The location is very central, but you need to be wary if walking from La Rambla to the hotel after dark.

Folkene var flinke, morgenmaden var rigtig god, værelset var godt og placeringen skøn. Poolen var direkte ulækker. Det var gammelt vand, hvor der flød hudrester og negle rundt. Der var ikke skiftet eller renset længe. Man kan ikke se sine ben igennem vandet.

We had a fantastic stay. Great location right next to Las Rambalas and the water front. Great quality hotel, not that expensive. Only complaint the pool is part of the spa. You have to pay to go into it. Otherwise excellent all around.

J’ai réservé un séjour en pensant profiter de la piscine mais au lieu de ça j’ai appris à mon arrivé qu il fallait réserver et que c était complet. Sans parler des chambres qui ne ressemblait pas au photo et de plus dés qu on ouvrait le robinet il y avait une odeur d’égout désagréable. Par contre le personnel était parfait rien à dire mais cet hôtel par contre correspond plus à un 2 étoiles que un 4 étoiles je sais vraiment pas comment ils ont pu mettre 4 étoiles sur leur mur…

Virkelig snusket og hele hotellet lugtede slemt af klor. Der stod der var motionsrum, hvilket var et enkelt løbebånd og motionscykel. De krævede 60 euro for 50 min pr. Person i wellness afdelingen, hvilket var i elendig stand. Der var generelt snusket og slidt i alle kroge.

Basic hotel with friendly staff in a run down area of Barcelona. Lots of homeless people around the outside who didn’t bother us but made the area feel dangerous l. View from room staring at flats which wasn’t pleasant and limited food choices in menu. However, clean rooms with comfortable bed and ample space. Je voyage beaucoup dans toute l'Europe et donc voit de nombreux hotels. Je suis en général pas quelqu'un de très critique mais ici cet Hotel est vraiment décevant.. Premierement, la qualité des chambres laisse à désirer, un coup de frais ne leurs ferait pas de tord.. La chambre n'était vraiment pas nettoyée, le sol de la laisse de bain était tout plaquant (un oubli peut etre...).. Des poils dans l'évier et dans la baignoire.. Lorsque je voyage j'ai besoin d'une bonne connexion internet. Ici, c'est la pires que j'ai rencontré, impossible d'avoir un meeting sans coupure, finalement obligé de de partager mon 4G.. La nourriture du restaurant n'etait pas mauvaise. Le SPA était agréable, bien qu'il faut payer 15 euros pour 50 minutes.. Malheureusement, je ne retournai pas dans cet hotel.

Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer im 2. Stock (Zimmer Nr. 203). Das Zimmer war nicht sonderlich sauber, im Badezimmer schloss die Duschtür nocht richtig, so dass das Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Ich habe due Rezeption kontaktiert, die meinte, sie schaut, ob das Reinigungspersonal noch da ist, ansonsten kann sie nichts machen. Ich wies daraf hin, dass es überall schimmelig ist und nicht sauber und, dass sie das Problem lösen sollten. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: am nächdten Tag wurde mit dem Manager gesprochen. Er hat ein Frühstück auf's Haus angeboten, was wir abgelehnt haben. Dann wurden 10 % Erlass angeboten, was lächerlich ist. Im Endeffekt hat er nicht mehr als 15 % angeboten. Fazit: Absolut kein Service für 4 Sterne, man hätte zwei Doppelzimmer anbieten können, da die Vierbettzimmer wohl ausgebucht waren. War es dem Manager aber nicht wert, da sie genügend Tagestouristen in Barcelona haben und es ausreicht, wenn man nur einmal kommt. Die Zimmer auf der Homepage wurde bei Eröffnung aufgenommen, das Hitel entspricht an keiner Stelle diesen Bildern. Auch die Vermarktung, dass auf einen Ritaulsprodukte auf dem Zimmer warten, war eine Handseife und ein Dusch- und Shampoogel. Für eine Bodylotion oder Handcreme hat es nicht mehr gereicht.

Hotel rooms are very clean. Hallways could use a vacuum and maybe new carpet. Pretty dirty and worn. Maybe put the room numbers on the door not on the floor. Staff were very nice and helpful. Didn't care for the area.

It wasn’t filthy but, the room floors weren’t vacuumed/swept & it smelled like cat pee. Might have been the city in general because there was construction outside but, wasn’t my favorite stay.

Room was very clean. Staff was excellent and got us in as soon as room was cleaned which was great for a early morning arrival from the US. We had the 4 bed room but make sure you are comfortable with everyone seeing you in the bathroom as the sink is open to the room, the toilet and shower doors are clear glass, and the back shower wall is slightly fogged glass and visible to the whole room.

The Hotel was clean everywhere, the staff was very friendly. Sadly our room was a bit outdated and the furniture worn-out. The fridge didn‘t work. When walking from Metro to the hotel you have to pass each time some strange figures from main street what let us feel kind unsafe. Positve: each day two bottles of water, good position near port and Metro station, luggage deposit after check out.

The staff was fine. The refrigerator did not work. I could not get through on the phone to the front desk. When I went downstairs I was told they could not fix it -- that person fixes these issues was not there and they could not fix the refrigerator or put in a replacement. We had a room with a patio. Not worth the getting the patio upgrade. The rear view is a courtyard with balconies with laundry and other storage items.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Upon arrival there were two twin beds instead of a queen size, this was not resolved until the next day due to a communication error. As a nice attention for this miscommunication, we received a fresh fruit plate with drinks with it in the room. The rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels every time. Only downsides are the slightly dilapidated state of the hotel rooms, the walls are not really soundproof and the location in a slightly less safe neighborhood.

Je voyage beaucoup dans toute l'Europe et donc voit de nombreux hotels. Je suis en général pas quelqu'un de très critique mais ici cet Hotel est vraiment décevant.. Premierement, la qualité des chambres laisse à désirer, un coup de frais ne leurs ferait pas de tord.. La chambre n'était vraiment pas nettoyée, le sol de la laisse de bain était tout plaquant (un oubli peut etre...).. Des poils dans l'évier et dans la baignoire.. Lorsque je voyage j'ai besoin d'une bonne connexion internet. Ici, c'est la pires que j'ai rencontré, impossible d'avoir un meeting sans coupure, finalement obligé de de partager mon 4G.. La nourriture du restaurant n'etait pas mauvaise. Le SPA était agréable, bien qu'il faut payer 15 euros pour 50 minutes.. Malheureusement, je ne retournai pas dans cet hotel.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early in the day and they were willing to store our luggage until check-in time, however, they were able to make one of our rooms available early. The also were able to make arrangements for taxi pickup for the next day.

Positive - the room was quite nice, a decent size and clean. Negatives - The hotel is a little bit out of the centre and it's really not a nice area. There are also pictures which suggest a pool but this is actually a jacuzzi which is part of the spa and costs €16 / person. The worst part was the staff, very unhelpful in general and if you do decide to stay here (which I wouldn't recommend) make sure you are very careful of your belongings! We left something at the room of value which disappeared (obviously our fault for leaving in the first place so not blaming them for that) but it's not a nice feeling that you can't trust the hotel staff you are staying with. They were also less than helpful about the situation, as we called them multiple times asking them to check the room and each time they said they would call us back but didn't and didn't respond to messages. Overall it's overpriced for not a very nice hotel and unhelpful staff , don't recommend!

The guy helping with luggage’s was very rude to me when I asked for my backpack in the storage. As I was directing him which one it was he came out and told me to stop telling him because he knew which one it was. I then apologized and said the the lady helped with it earlier and he said that it was his job to do and didn’t care who else had done it before him. I was very embarrassed as he yelled at me in front of people. He was rude to a few other guest. I do recommend this place however walk around eggshells with the guy there in the mornings/day. Not okay

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had! Unhelpful staff and reception. Cleaning staff are thieves. I had two expensive pair of heels stollen as well as a bikini. Reception did not help with the situation and gave me a contact that replied they had found nothing. I had stayed only one night and caught an airplane the following day. They also kept saying they would speak to their manager about a refund for me mistakingly booking two nights. The manager never got back to me after one week! PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

They are extremely accommodating with early checkin and if the room was not available they would gladly hold your luggage until the room was ready. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, morgen and comfortable. I definitely appreciated an early communication before our trip from the hotel. I totally recommend this hotel.

All staff were great - friendly and polite but Andrei (front desk) was excellent. Really helpful when checking us in. Nothing was a problem. He helped with some excellent practical tips for getting around the city, as well as good recommendations of places to eat etc. Rooms were clean, fresh and well presented. Rituals products were appreciated. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The selection and quality was amazing. It was regularly refreshed and staff were constantly clearing dishes. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Excellent place if you are looking for someplace close to the cruise port, we stayed after our cruise which we had to leave around 9am and we were in our room before 1pm even with a check in time much later than that, cheap cab fare also. It is also walkable to the hop on hop off stop and was safe walking around after dark with nice restaurants.

We arrived in Barcelona at the cruise port and wanted to stay somewhere with easy access to the port, airport and city sights. This hotel fit the bill location and price-wise. The hotel seems to be in an up and coming area so there is A LOTof construction going on. However, it was very easy 20 min walk to the HOHO bus lines, 2 minute walk to a grocery store and 5-10 minutes from a ton of restaurants. Downsides are that all the rooms, lobby and spa area have been renovated, the hallways are horrible and smell bad. A little more care could have put on the floor in the rooms too. The vinyl had big gaps everywhere. I assume they will be replacing hallway carpet soon. The staff wax very friendly and helpful. Showers were amazing and beds very comfy (I like a firm mattress). They arranged a taxi to airport. It was 50€. It was only 29€ to Sants train station. All in all a decent hotel.

Great location- can walk to La Rambla and the many architectural treasures in Barcelona. A Gaudí tour with Viator was outstanding as was the Wine and Tapas food tour. Great stay and a pass the line ticket to Sagrada Familia so worthwhile.

As wedid not want to go out for food 1 night we decided to stay and eat in the restaurant but when we went for food at 7.30pm we were told all the 3 main dishes were unavailable so we ended up eatinf out after all Location good for la ramblas, airport, and very good for cruise port

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und das Zimmer praktisch eingerichtet. Leider ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unsere Badezimmertür hat ständig geklemmt und ließ sich zeitweise gar nicht mehr öffnen. Das hauseigene Restaurant ist a la carte leider nicht zu empfehlen, das Frühstück ist aber gut.

Second time at this hotel, staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is away from the main streets so it is very quiet. A healthy walk to get to some tourist stops, ladies wear comfortable shoes not strappy sandals the city walks are under construction. Not too far from the cruise terminal... would book again.✅
