Dette er absolutt ikke et 4 stjerners hotell, og det blir veldig misvisende. Men super beliggenhet, hyggelig betjening, hard seng, dårlig aircondition. Grei nok frokost, bra at det var treningsrom, selv om det var lite og lite utstyr. Hadde balkong på rommet, som var helt topp. Soltaket var også greit, selv om jeg ikke fikk benyttet boblebadet.

The pictures listed do not represent the property. The spa was cold and dirty. And the sauna in the lower level had used towels laying around and the spa there was also cold. Very unmaintained and not well kept.

The room was too warm, AC did not work properly. Jacuzzi tub did not work. They sent someone to fix it, but could not get it fixed. Roof top tub was closed, it’s only available in the summer. Check in took a while. They could not find my reservation in their system.

No functioning hot tub or spa as advertised - it was clear it was not working for quite some time!

Morgenmaden var dårlig grundet småt udvalg, kaffen smagte dårligt og morgenmaden var tør fx var æggen helt tør.. jeg ville ikke komme tilbage til dette hotel. Det lever ikke op til et 4 stjernet hotel. Derudover var der beskidt under sengen.

Stay away from Hotel Garbi Millenni !! They claim to be 4 star but it should be 2 star . We had to relocate 3 different rooms during are stay because of various issues. The manager was rude with his arms crossed in a defensive position when I addressed my concerns with him . First room had bugs and was noisy . We could hear water flowing in the walls and people talking from the street . As previous reviewers mentioned the beds are uncomfortable hard as a rock and pillows are flat as cardboard . 2 nd room did not have WiFi and was very small . The location is great close to everything but I would look elsewhere for a stay .

Närhet till det mesta med bra service och frukost. Tyvärr väldigt dålig ventilation i ett litet rum så fuktigt och dålig luft med svårighet att vädra givet högsommarvärme. Bristfälligt städat.

Pros: front desk staff was always extremely helpful, special shoutout to Eduardo. The bathroom had great water pressure for both the sink as well as the shower. The bed was comfortable and I was even able to get an extra pillow for added comfort. Plus, there are light switches on both sides of the bed so my girlfriend and I were able to turn off the lights without needing to leave bed. The hotel is located in a great spot that is a short bus ride from many attractions in the city, as well as the beach, and was good for walking many places. Finally, the room had a small refrigerator for keeping our things cool. Cons: I think the plastic in my water bottle is thicker than the windows of our room (that was facing the street) because I was able to hear every car, electric scooter, personal conversation, and pigeon fart. This made it difficult to sleep at night unfortunately. The design of the shower is poor, as it is impossible to take a shower without getting the bathroom floor absolutely drenched. We arrived one hour before the check-in time, but were not permitted to check in early, per the hotel’s guidelines. This was strange, as the room was already cleaned and vacant. The AC in our room hardly worked, making sleeping difficult at times as the room would get quite hot, and there was no fan in the room to move around air. Finally, with linens, we had many random stains on our pillow cases and bed sheets even after they had been changed out by housekeeping.

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, only under the beds wasn’t cleaned. Overall great experience. Location of this hotel is perfect!

Our experience at this hotel was excellent! Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful with all our questions about getting around the city. Our room was very clean and quiet. Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel. It is very convenient in getting to the Metro, local buses and many restaurants in the area.

Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima. Mijn kamer rook echter muf, leek erop dat de vloer vochtig is of is geweest. Laminaat vloer voelde ook week en hobbelig aan. Vraag me af hoe gezond mijn kamer was voor langer verblijf. Airco / klimaatbeheersing werkt voldoende, het was heel niet warm, maar zeker niet koud genoeg op mijn kamer.

Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen klein, das Bett für 2 Personen viel zu klein, und die Matratzen völlig durch gelegen. Unter dem Bett war schon jahrelang kein Besen mehr zu Werke. Und zur Begrüßung beim einchecken dürften wir gleich mal 2 Silberfischchen willkommen heißen. Das einzige Gute ist die Anbindung an die Metrostation Parallel.

The staff at the check-in desk were extremely rude and impatient, but the other staff were nice. The hallways smelled of dampness and moisture, and the place was not clean enough. The location was not bad. Breakfast was average, with little variety but good quality. Overall, this place is not up to four-star hotel standards — it’s more like a two-star hotel, at best.

Sentralt og bra i forhold til våre gjøremål for turen. Veldig skittent på rommet, utenom de mest synlige flatene. Forferdelig dårlig luft på rommet til natta - ble minimalt med søvn pga. det. Burde definitivt stått en "oppskrift" på nattinnstilling på ventilasjonen, for det funket overhodet ikke.

The property was clean , the room was so small I could hardly move around the bed . The view from the window was a solid wall approx 8 feet away. Dark wood in the rooms made the room seem oppressive . I would not recommend this property and would not expect it to be offered by any company

Was pleasantly surprised with this property Out of the really crowded touristy areas but with walking distance to many areas Dining options within a 10 min walk in any direction Felt safe walking around I can’t remember exactly but think it was about a 20 min walk to the old port where the marina is with shopping and food and beautiful board walk. Staff were amazing and beyond helpful Only dislike was the bed. Hard as a rock. Need to update mattresses

Excellent and helpful staff, good location, room was clean but in need of refurbishment.

Breakfast was sufficient. Staff were friendly. The bathroom was a great size. Location was close to metro and shopping. Room was too hot even with the AC on and bed was very hard/could feel springs.

The wifi in the room is really no good. 90% of the time we couldn't get connected. We need to go down to the Reception Area to get connected.

While this is a slightly more rough and tumble urban neighbourhood, it's a good location (right near Barcelona Metro L3 paral lel station) and it's busy enough with a throng of locals and travellers that youll always feel fairly at ease. The room was very compact but fine for one person or even a couple who don't mind not having too much space. It had a good shower and comfy firm bed I was in room 211 so no balcony but it's a room facing into an internal kind of light well so it's super quiet because it's not facing the street. The only real negative was that being in a corner of the building the wifi was really patchy. Ther is no secruity entrance but the desk is 24 hours so when the doors are locked you can still be out late and buzz in. It was maybe a little on the pricey side for what it is but maybe not for Barcelona which is generally on the priceier side in central locations? The only other negative is that my room security swipe kept losing its charge. Overall it was fine though as a base to explore Barcelona and to immerse yourself into the life of the city.

Friendly staff and a great location, unfortunately the beds we encountered are in dire need of a mattress upgrade, one can count the springs through the sheets. Shame, we'd been here before, and other than the bed, all is fine, but this will make us look for alternatives in the future.

Quarto sem qualquer isolamento sonoro, horrível. Ouve-se absolutamente tudo o que se passa ao lado, em cima ou lá fora. Quarto minúsculo, nunca pode ter uma classificação de hotel 4 estrelas!

Great stay, walkable location to la Rambla. Only downside was the noise from outside early hours that we could hear in room.

Great location in between La Rambla and Montjuic. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff - kudos for that! The hotel does need an urgent facelift and modernisation. The room was spacious but really simple and it could be cleaner. The bathroom was surprisingly big but also needs modernising. The balcony was a very nice surprise

Check-in at Hotel Garbi-Melli was quick and easy, with the option to check in online—a great idea. I was given my room key and pointed to the lift, very straightforward. The staff were very friendly. I’d rate this as a good 3-star hotel, not great, and definitely not a 4-star. The gym was disappointing, with only three cardio machines, but there are gyms nearby. The spa/jacuzzi didn’t seem too inviting. Rooms and bathrooms were very small, but the location was perfect—walking distance from the metro and plenty of restaurants.

The staff were lovely, friendly and all took pride in where they worked. The rooms were exceptionally cleaned and I look forward to staying here again.

Nice hotel in good location, plenty of bars and eating places in the area. Easy walk to La rambla and the harbour. We had to change rooms but hotel gave us bottle of Cava to compensate, special mention for Xavier on reception, nice man,very friendly and helpful. Will certainly book this hotel again.

Staff were amazing.. patient, helpful and kind. The hotel was nice. Location was great. Liked patio area to decompress in the evening and coffee in the morning.

Accueil déplorable, le réceptionniste qui m’a menacé d’appeler la police car nous ne sommes pas compris par rapport à la langue. Il refuse de me donner le clé et nous laisse dehors plus d’une heures avec 1 enfant de 4 ans et un bébé après 22h de voyage. Du jamais vue pourtant mes 3 nuits était déjà payer. En plus il a refusé de me rembourser pour trouver un autre hôtels.

Zimmer sauber, Personal sehr nett und Hilfsbereit, sofort geholfen, als Magnetkarte sich dekodiert hat.

Honestly could not have been in a better location. We weee able to walk anywhere in the city.

Not fancy but staff is super nice and helpful. Service at front desk is excellent. The neighborhood is not high end but safe to walk at night. Family friendly area. Lots of families walking in evening together. Great restaurants in easy short walking distance try La Jabata next door-make reservation. Room small but very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in dining room. I will stay here again.

The neighborhood does not look great. Maybe it is up and coming but you see a lot of graffiti. We had not incidents it just did not look safe

Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Metro ist direkt um die Ecke. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können leicht erreicht werden. Frühstücksbüffet ist gut sortiert.

Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel – man merkt, dass hier auf Qualität geachtet wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das frische und reichhaltige Frühstück, das jeden Morgen mit viel Liebe zubereitet wurde. Ein echtes Highlight war das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal: stets zuvorkommend, herzlich und professionell – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top – zentral, aber ruhig genug, um sich zu erholen. Fazit: Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen, der in Barcelona eine stilvolle und entspannte Unterkunft sucht!

Fantastic location for public transport and in easy walking distance to a few locations such as the harbour, las ramblas and the castle a bit further afield. Front of house staff were very helpful and always with a smile, definitely would recomend.

This is NOT a Four Star hotel. House keeping service was acceptable. Limited breakfast options- no boiled eggs. Not the best neighborhood for tourists. I rate this hotel as a 3 star.

Greeting at the Hotel was really friendly, the Guy on Reception was helpful with bag storage, explaining area around Hotel, and how to get to the main areas. Hotel was really clean, well maintained, our room,303 looked out onto the main street, which was busy and therefore noisy but did not affect our stay. The room was well equipped and cleaned really well each day. One gripe was tea was supplied in room but no milk or coffee. Breakfast had a lot of choice with hot and cold options. All staff were really friendly.I would visit again but ask for a room away from the main street. Thanks for a great stay

There was no variation in the breakfast, every day the same food and that seven days!!!

Optional breakfast was very nice, although nothing hot. Cold cuts, fresh fruit, fresh breads, fresh pastries, two cappuccino machines. Rooms were clean, quiet and a reasonable size for Europe. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Excellent property in the heart of Barcelona. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, great selections and excellent quality. Room was clean and in great shape. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The only downside was the lack of parking, we had to utilize a public garage a couple of blocks away at 28 euro per day.

Check-in was easy even though we were early & they stored our bags for a couple hours. The breakfast buffet was great with a big selection of meats, cheeses, breads, etc. Very walkable to many restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions.
