Our experience at this Mimaru location was wonderful. The front desk staff were not only helpful and knowledgeable but also genuinely pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. The accommodation was conveniently located near several train stations, and having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was incredibly handy. Additionally, the on-site laundry facilities were a great bonus and worked perfectly, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.

This place is great, especially for families, with large, well-designed modern-equipped rooms with all amenities (TV, kitchen, washer & dryer). Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a family restaurant accessible from the second floor (Saizeria) and a convenience store on the first floor.

The facility was very clean, rooms are spacious (compared to typical hotel Rooms in Japan), and a 7 eleven at the bottom floor. Rooms are VERY quiet despite being located in a metropolitan area (Tokyo station east location). 6 washing machines and dryers available to reduce luggage. Only issue are other patrons using multiple machines and dryers but that’s not Mimaru’s fault. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Japan. Worth the added cost of an apartment hotel, well worth it for a family of four (two young children). Thank you Mimaru for a wonderful stay!

Booked one of the connected two-unit rooms with a total of 4 bedrooms. 7 adults shared the 2 rooms. Small, but enough space especially for the amount of time spent in the room. Property was convenient to get to from HND, really friendly & helpful staff. Public transit options close by, as well as tons of restaurants & a 7-11 on the lower level of the building. Overall very impressed with the property & had a great stay. My only negative would be the size of the bedrooms - not really any space to unpack luggage or even store the larger bags. Basically had to live out of the suitcase & stack/pile them in the corner. Would still highly recommend especially for a larger group.

Front Desk personnel were friendly and spoke English. Very helpful. Also, there is an area to securely store your luggage before and after checkout. We were able to sleep 6 adults easily. Excellent hotel.

Our family traveled throughout Japan, but Mimaru was by far our favorite property. With a larger square footage for our family to relax in between our sightseeing activities to the laundry machines, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a little convenience store downstairs and a restaurant - which helped us with storing food in our kitchenette. The front staff was super helpful from booking our taxi to the airport, and much more.

The hotel offers a safe luggage storage with cables to lock it. The apartment rooms were clean and decent in size. The small kitchen area had all the amenities needed to cook and eat with. The only thing I did not like was the hallway accessing the elevator, it was so hot due to all the AC units fuming out hot air.

Room: 8/10 Additional Shower head holder should be installed directly in bathtub too to ease showering in bathtub. More hooks for hanging clothes should be installed either behind door or wall in the toilet. Housekeeping every 4th night but still consider acceptable. Daily touch up of bedsheet and change of towels and trash bags. Room is spacious with living room, sofa and dining table. If possible to include a washing machine and ironing board. Great if Laundry service to provide same day washing and delivering. Also comes with air purifier. Dishes and kitchen accessories are all well equipped. Comes with microwave and mini oven. Knives, dishes all provided. However no complimentary bottled water citing environmental reason. Location: nearby to most metro line but if need to use JR pass, can walk few steps further from Hatchobori station. Comes with 7-11 shop

Great location in a quieter area of the city. It is walking distance to 2 metro stations and 2 different metro lines. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5, especially knowing what Tokyo accommodation usually entails. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear the guests staying below and above us. We really appreciated the insuite laundry.

Very well maintained property in quiet location but not far from subway and Ginza. It is spacious in Tokyo standard. The pillows are not supportive. There isn’t shelves for clothes to store, but lots of hangers.

Nice idea to have a family friendly hotel. But poorly executed. (1) There was no closet in one bedroom. No place at all to hang clothes (2) No space for luggage anywhere. If all ended up open on the family room floor. (3) The master bedroom bathroom lacked a toilet. What the heck? How stupid is that?

We love that they have a room that sleeps 6 very comfortably, with a washing machine, a comforable living area with a microwave, stove, a large refrigerator and cooking utensils. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and personable.

Location is good, close to Tokyo Station and an easy trip to Tsukiji Fish Market. Rooms were small and the picture showed a washing machine, however there wasn’t one in the room. They did have a coin laundry in the building.

Amazing customer service! Staff were super friendly and always made us feel welcomed. Rooms were cleaned everyday and overall it was a comfortable stay. Staff also helped us with retrieving lost baggage that we accidentally left on a Shinkansen. Will recommend to others and come back to stay again.

Saddled between two subway lines, approximately 1-2 blocks in either direction, this Mimaru is intuitively equipped, clean, and friendly. I haven’t been to other Mimaru locations so I can’t compare. The front staff was well versed in English, although there was a hiccup when we asked for a taxi. Initially, we were told there would be no issues, but then the time came and we were informed that because we were a group of 5, all taxi vans were already reserved until the evening, to my horror. Saddled between two subway lines, approximately 1-2 blocks in either direction, this Mimaru is intuitively equipped, clean, and friendly. I haven’t been to other Mimaru locations so I can’t compare. The front staff was well versed in English, although there was a hiccup when we asked for a taxi. Initially, we were told there would be no issues, but then the time came and we were informed that because we were a group of 5, all taxi vans were already reserved until the evening, to my horror. Location is great for travellers who’ll take the Shinkansen for the next journey of their trip. Having a konbini with a currency exchange machine is very convenient. The staff responded to our inquiries and requests at a timely manner. Property is well-maintained. The pics in Mimaru’s website show a good representation of the suites we booked.

We love that they have a room that sleeps 6 very comfortably, with a washing machine, a comforable living area with a microwave, stove, a large refrigerator and cooking utensils. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and personable.

The property was fine and the layout convenient for 2 adults + 2 teenagers however the property felt soulless and definitely more like an apartment block than hotel. The name of the property is fairly misleading as this not at Tokyo station and just that bit too far to trek with a suitcase. The closest station line Hibiya doesn't go directly to Tokyo station.

Great sized room for our family of 6. So close to multiple subway stations and 15 walk to Tokyo Station (for bullet train). Good for quick train trip to Disneyland which was great after very long day doing 25,000 steps. A little bit longer to Shibuya but is fine. 7/11 in building. No gym or games room but otherwise good amenities.

Great location in a quieter area of the city. It is walking distance to 2 metro stations and 2 different metro lines. The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 5, especially knowing what Tokyo accommodation usually entails. The walls are a bit thin so we could hear the guests staying below and above us. We really appreciated the insuite laundry.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was reasonably big and clean, with a small table and kitchen suitable for a bit of breakfast (there’s a rice ball and bread shop Kayabaya nearby which is awesome). The location was not great though. There’s the H line subway nearby but that’s not that convenient, and it’s quite a walk from Tokyo Central.

We always stay at Mimaru Tokyo East every time we go to Japan as it has so many options for transport - easy to get to from Haneda (Narita is a little bit more tricky if you have lots of luggage but still ok), walkable to Tokyo station and close to Odaiba. West side of Tokyo is a little far but that’s normal in Tokyo. Property is super nice for family with kitchen and bunk beds and separate twin room with 7-Eleven on ground floor which is so convenient. Staff at front desk are super friendly and speaks great English. All in all, well stay there again for sure!

What a great hotel to stay. Conveniently located nearby train stations, 7-11 right downstairs, and a few good restaurants that’s walking distance. Hotel is very clean, and good size considering for Tokyo. English speaking staff, and very friendly. We will definitely be booking with them again for our next visit.

This hotel and their staff are fantastic!! We really enjoyed our stay. The only negativity is the lcoation is surround by eateries closing early hence requiring a bit of research and 10min walks to find eats!

This place is great, especially for families, with large, well-designed modern-equipped rooms with all amenities (TV, kitchen, washer & dryer). Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a family restaurant accessible from the second floor (Saizeria) and a convenience store on the first floor.

Todo bien solo detalles de limpieza. Por ejemplo el día que tenia entendido cambiarían sábanas y toallas pienso que no lo hicieron ya que dos toallas estaban dobladas y mojadas. Los espacios son suficientes y a 2 cuadras tienes el metro. Hay tiendas y minisuper saliendo del hotel. La comunicación fue excelente ya que me ayudaron a agendar taxi, con traducción para preguntar por una medicina y varias dudas.

We stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Station East for 5 nights. We are a family of 5- with two teenagers and a 10 year old. The room had two showers a bath and two toilets, a small kitchen and seating area. There were two bedrooms -one containing two single beds and a bunk and the other with two singles. While the area is not the most exciting part of tokyo we chose it because it allowed us to easily travel to disney and the other activities we had planned. We were happy with the location and found it incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful and the 7/11 was directly downstairs which was very convenient. The restaurant Saizeriya on level 2 was a good option for dining when we were too tired to walk. We liked Denny’s down the road for a la carte breakfast.

Perfect stay close to Tokyo Station, with eateries and 3 supermarkets meters away! Our apartment was perfect with everything we needed. Check in staff spoke perfect English which was rare in our 3 weeks in Japan! 10/10 stay. If I had to suggest some improvements- the room black out was not good even with blinds and sliding windows. Also though we stayed 5 nights, I’m quite certain no cleaning was done throughout our stay - only towels changed mid-way. So I felt the room getting a bit dusty by the third day. But this was a perfect apartment for our needs and I would choose this again the next time!

Good hotel when travelling with 2 adults and 2 teens. I little out of major Tokyo tourist districts but very close to Subway.. It rains one day when we were at the hotel and due to its open architectural design the water/humidity made the hallway smell very bad.

The hotel is in a convenient location. We were traveling with our Daughter/Family who was staying 8 nights. We only stayed for 3, but wanted to be in the same hotel. It is a bit confined for space. We had the twin room for my wife and I, but you had to coordinate some movements to not run into each other. But, it was certainly better than a cookie cutter hotel room with bathroom. AC unit in main area and another in bedroom, so easy to manage temperatures. Bathroom was nice and very clean. I will only add that because the 4+ floors have an open center atrium, but landings outside the room were a bit dirty. Paying almost double what a regular hotel room rate is, I expected it a bit more in that area. I understand security, but a bit of a bummer that we (5th floor) could not go up to our family's room (6th floor) or them to us. I think if you have a room key you should be able to visit the other floors.
