It was close to the train station and lots of restaurants around. 7/11 and Lawson were also very close by! They have free sake tasting and green tea options in the evening for guests. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great spot for an overnight stay! Also they have doggy props for dog owners to take pics with. Super cute

2nd time- came back since the staff was amazing! Forgot to mention the great amenities! Very good green tea! And a special treat after a long (HOT) sight seeing day is the welcome drink! SAKE! Arigato!!! We are coming back!

Honestly, this hotel took my husband and I by surprise. We have been to Japan 3 times, and this is the very first hotel that had all staff speaking fluent English. All staff can speak multi-language. Cleaning lady comes everyday dead on time to ask if we want more towels, bed change etc. The hotel is dog friendly, no bad odor at all. There a dog modeling picture area, dog buffet and dog menu, and dog wash station! Staffing Triple A, Cleanliness Triple A, size of room with the price is amazing for Tokyo! We always get a shoe box, but this hotel for the price i got a spacious room that can put 2 luggage side by side comfortably. Location is literally 2 min walk to station, with plenty food area. One stop away from Electric Town, walkable 20 mins. Everything just amazing with this hotel. When we are back, we will Definity book this hotel again.

This is a great travel hotel! The staff are WONDERFUL! FYI this is a dog loving hotel. Small dog paradise. They have dog foto booths, dog pool, kibbles. The works. Wuth regard to the rooms it was very comfortable, great air conditioning, modern bathrooms. The free breakfast is American-Japanese basically open sandwich. I will return!

Very nice looking hotel with a few quirks that could be overlooked given the excellent price and location. Nice room, good A/C, comfortable beds, strong/hot shower, but shower curtain horribly smelly (mildew). Additionally, there was a constant "buzzing" noise in our room that sounded at irregular intervals throughout our stay -- as if a neighboring room was receiving constant text messages while their phone was on vibrate. We don\'t believe this was the case -- that instead it was pipes. It was odd. Laundry facilities excellent but you have to move quickly due to only to machines being available -- a constant queue!

The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the JR and Asakusa Line. The Asakusa Line has a direct train to both Narita and Haneda Airport. It's also about a 10-minute walk to Akihabara. We stayed on the highest floor in a corner room that had a view of the city. The room is spacious for a 3-star hotel and has everything we need. The beds are big and comfortable. There's also a coin laundry so it's very convenient. It's a pet-friendly hotel so there are some cute dogs at the pet-friendly cafe. The hotel doesn't serve buffet style breakfast and the opening hours of the cafe is like 10am on a weekday.

This mini hotel is impeccable. Well equipped. Well kept. Modern inside and out. At the lobby there’s a coin laundry, a foreign exchange machine, a mini cafe, and a well stocked mini beer fridge. Staff is remarkably courteous and helpful. The hotel is dog-friendly: some photo spots are set up for dogs. I’m not a dog person but that’s cute nonetheless. Location is fine: 2 minutes walk to JR Asakusabashi station for east-west direction, 7 minutes walk to Asakusabashi subway station for north-south direction. Many local izakayas are around the hotel. We stayed for 7 days and it was an unforgettable experience. 10/10.

Good standard on the rooms. Good service with very polite staff. But the cleaning was not good. The bedsheets and linens seemed almost like they had been used previously that day. The beds were made but once we went to lay down we noticed long black hair everywhere in the bed. Absolutely disgusting. And the linens didn’t smell fresh. It smelled almost like some kind of perfume.

A caring multilingual 4 star service staff whom r also great with dogs cats .the location is excellent close to jr train grocery , 7-11. The area is an artisan hub .great eating foodie area .The staff r intelligent to make ur room changes seamless, welcoming and loving , excellent observation and minute tidying , pricing can change usually IcI becomes cheaper, so one can rebook and cancel previous more expensive rates. , the pricing is higher than most , the cafe is rather depressing as thee breakfast is light almost like a snack ,. As. It has 2 floors for dogs ..if u love canines this IcI is it . IcI has a lousy staffed sister hotel mondays..avoid that one , IcI has great welcoming House keeping but common areas in high touch areas r pretty dirty , the air filters r rather laacking in cleaning .

The staff are very nice and welcoming. The place is clean, well-kept, and comfortable. It’s conveniently located near a convenience store, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again.

Excellent location, within minutes to subway line. Clean room and friendly and helpful staff. Very close to 7-11 and a grocery store which was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was compact, as expected. The walls were thin, and there was a gap under the door. Unfortunately, there was construction working going on nearby and a group that was staying in a few rooms on our floor who kept talking in the hall and knocking on doors both early and late. We lost a lot of sleep and were pretty tired. Lovely to see the dog photoshoots happening, and washing machine facilities were great. 3 kombinis nearby and the train station is only a few minutes away. Good launching point for this side of the city.

The hotel staff was always very helpful and the area is great for transiting around Tokyo. Unfortunatly we wernt able to cast movies from our phone but I had my laptop and wifi was available so that solved that issue. Overall I had a positive experiance. Also after my stay i accidently left a few items. The hotel kindly informed me and gave me time to pick my items up which i am very thankful for.

The room is totally functional, super clean and perfectly thought through. The water pressure is great. The toilet with all its features is a delight. I had a single room on the ninth floor. Obviously it’s small and the ceiling is low. But it’s Tokyo.

Rooms are well appointed given the smaller size (western perspective). Absolutely great staff. Did not partake of the in house food options as the 7/11 is across the street. Location is really good for transit. Good value for money. Only heads up is their one bed options are really for one person - not a couple to share - smallest room. They were able to accommodate a room move for us after one night to a twin room which was much better space for two. Not a criticism, just for information for couples travelling - one bed not the option you want.

An amazing Front Desk Crew! A réal Team working together for the satisfaction and comfort of the guests! We felt immediately “@Home”. We could leave our luggage safely until check-in time and after check -out. Very helpful with information and maps. The location is in a very convenient neighborhood! With lots of restaurants, supermarkets and convenient stores. There is a great TEA shop in the alley next door!

- excellent service, they were super helpful and spoke English really well which was helpful because I’m horrible at Japanese - Room was nice, small but well laid out - Beds were nice and pillows - Tea and soup downstairs were great - 7/11 right outside and lots of food options around - Next to subway stations - This was probably my favourite hotel on my japan trip (stayed in 6)

This was my first trip to Japan and I want to thank the staff for their hospitality and kindness. The hotel was located next to a station. There is also a super market and 7/11 within walking distance. Overall I had a pleasant experience with this hotel and the staff was helpful, and friendly. It was close to the train station and lots of restaurants around. 7/11 and Lawson were also very close by! They have free sake tasting and green tea options in the evening for guests. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great spot for an overnight stay! Also they have doggy props for dog owners to take pics with. Super cute

A nice dog friendly hotel. It’s a short walk to the train station. The room I booked was small, but very clean. The breakfast was good, but very limited. The location is convenient to the train, but was confusing to find in a maze of restaurants and convenience stores. There should be some signs pointing to the location from the train station or at least in the area.

Incredible stay at the ici hotel, super kind staff. Clean rooms especially for being dog friendly. Great Japanese breakfast. Love the location, the neighborhood is quiet but filled with local restaurants. Train station is 5 min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again, fabulous and cozy hotel!

A stylish, compact hotel in a neighborhood that’s maybe not the most enchanting for tourists, but is sufficiently well connected with transit, and is walking distance from Akihabara. It’s very dog friendly. I’m a cat person, but it was kinda cute seeing how excited the ground floor staff got over other guests’ dogs. If you needed a hotel for you and your dog in the area, this would be a very easy recommendation. Morning breakfast was great, and good value. It’s a small detail, but the breads/bagels were some of the most fresh and delicious I’ve ever had. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Overall a great stay, though the compactness throughout the hotel may be offputting for some.

It’s close to the train station. The front desk workers were so friendly and helpful. They spoke English and some spoke several other languages. The buffet breakfast was delicious but we were there for over a week so would have appreciated daily changes in what was offered. Although delicious, it was exactly the same everyday. The complimentary tea at night was great! Several convenience stores nearby.
