The modern interior design is executed at a very high standard, but the lighting is extremely low so that a women cannot see herself doing make-up and a man cannot see himself shaving. The showers are in the middle of the room without any separation so that if one guest is taking a shower, his/her partner cannot order any room service as the person taking the shower would be fully visible to the hotel staff delivery the ordered items. The renovation budget seems to have been exhausted when it came to the hotel garden. While the garden area has huge potential, it has not been renovated to a 5 star level.

I did not like the booking policy to use the gym. Also When I went the steam room was close and the sauna was not switch on. The gym has only few equipment, and a bit claustrophobic I would expect more for a 5 stars hotel. Room was great Staff was very good and polite

One of the most luxurious hotels I ever stayed in. Beautiful garden where you could have drinks and breakfast. Very nice looking, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast. I could go on and on praising the hotel and its wonderful staff. Extremely satisfied.

Despite the midnight check-in, they welcomed me very warmly, and all the staff were great for 4 days until the check-out day. The room was stylish and comfortable, and the sauna in the basement spa could be used every day, which could heal the fatigue of the body. The only thing that was disappointing was that the noise of the machine was regular in the middle of the night, perhaps because of the heating, and the water in the shower booth overflowed outside. Other than that, it was perfect. I would like to stay again.

Alma Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was impeccable. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. A true 5-star. The only negative point is the hotel restaurant. The waiters are confused, the orders were all wrong, the food was salty and not very tasty, and the cooking was wrong. They tried to fix it, but the taste was very bad. They didn't change the dish. We ordered it without foie gras, and it came with it. A pitiful restaurant. I will definitely return to the hotel, but never to the restaurant.

The room was a bit small & there was not sufficient space for baggage except on the floor or bed. The design in the shower causes splashing outside of it & will eventually cause damage to the flooring, there was minimal space at the sink for one's toiletries & lighting at the mirror over the sink was less than sufficient. There is a need for instructions for the operation of the lights, thermostat & shower. Except as noted above the renovations were well recieved, modern & beautiful but the lighting is unnecessarily dark especially in the hallways & elevator. The staff at every location was superb, they were friendly, eager to assist, knowledgable, capable & just plain nice people. They made you want to just hang out at the hotel. We may have had our simplest yet best meal in Barcelona at the restaurant here.

Staff is excellent...front door and front desk personnel are the best I have experienced. The common areas are modern and beautiful. We loved the keyless entry to the lifts and rooms. One thing we didn't like, although the mattresses were comfortable, was the bedding. There is not a top sheet and the comforters are very small individual size...too small to cover a person and way too small for a couple. The sheets also felt worn and in need of replacement.

午前中に荷物だけ預かってもらおうと思って行ったら、部屋が空いていたのかそのままチェックインさせてもらえました。スペインに来る度に泊まっているのですが、シックな雰囲気で気に入っています。朝食も美味しいので、おすすめです！カサバトリョなどにも近いので、便利です。
