Really no amenities other than a small apartment. Coffee maker available but no coffee or sugar, etc. it’s rather sparse. Oh and you have to take out your own trash or face a large fee.

There is an air conditioned space near reception to relax, and a bathroom available before check-in, which is handy. The location is perfect for the train station. There is also a nice park nearby, and a pleasant square with bars offering drinks and tapas. You can also walk to Camp Nou in about 30 mins.

We enjoyed the central location to transpotacion hubs in the city and the friendly and helpful staff at reception. Having parking available was a plus even though there was an additional charge for this amenity.

It is very close from the Sants Train station so moving around the city but also from there to other cities and even to the airport is very convenient. There is also plenty of restaurant options around it. The touristic bus has a stop just there, so it was very easy to get around. I was a little disappointed that we were asked to bring our own trash outside the hotel at the end of our stay.

Alles im allem sehr gut erreichbar mit der Bahn. Auch mit dem Auto möglich. Sicherer Parkplatz, wenn Parkplätze frei sind. Zur Metro nicht weit. Würde ich wieder buchen

We loved staying in this apartment. It was very clean and well kept. The location was very nice and close to the metro line, train station, and lots of activity. The views were also nice. Our only complaint was the shower was very messy, with water all over the floor.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt gut funktional, hell und angenehm. Ich war allerdings Ende November für 5 Tage da und der Raum war trotz Klimaanlage teilweise sehr frisch. Der Service war leider mangelhaft: die Bettwäsche hatten Haare, daher habe ich von Bekannten eigene organisiert. Nachdem ich die 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier aufgebraucht habe, habe ich Bescheid gesagt, dass ich welche brauche. Die Antwort war, es gibt's gerade keine und ich müsste selbst welche kaufen. Für das Geschirrspüler gab es nur 2 Tabs zur Verfügung, so dass ich teilweise selbst abgewaschen habe und mir überhaupt nicht mehr die Mühe gemacht habe nachzufragen. Die Küche ist auf das absolut Minimum ausgestattet. Auf Anfrage wurde die beschädigte Bratpfanne für eine Person gegen einer (ebenfalls beschädigten) etwas größeren ausgetauscht.

Lovely, huge apartment with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very modern and clean, two bathrooms and a kitchen with everything needed. We booked this location as it’s only a 5 minute walk to Barcelona Sants train station so a great location! The only negative I could say is it was quite loud in the twin room on the night we stayed with music from through the wall, don’t know if it was other guests or a bar downstairs somewhere so we moved the kids’ mattresses to the lounge floor. This could have just been a one off though.

The staff at the front desk was friendly. The maintenance is far from perfect...half of the outlets are not working, no hooks for towels in the bathroom (you get them for your stay, how and where to dry them?), dishwasher rack was rusty, bedside lamps are not working, closet doorsin the hallway are of center, can't be open, get caught on the floors. We had two bedroom apartment with two twin beds. The two twin bedroom was falsely advertised. It was soo small, the beds were touching. The room contained one twin bed and one cot/no headbord. It was a closet not a bedroom. So small, that you can't open your suitcase ( we open them in the hallway, no storage/closet in the room, and balcony door can't be open bc of the bed. Outlets were at the head of the cot bed, only one of them worked.

En general nuestra experiencia fue buena, la atención en la recepción, la habitación limpia, la accesibilidad del hotel, lo único que no me pareció correcto es que en la aplicación se mencionen dos camas, cuando en realidad es una cama y un sofá cama, habría que hacer esa aclaración. Yo seleccione una habitación con dos recamaras y dos camas individuales y una matrimonial, pero al llegar no fue así, me vendieron dos cañas cuando en realidad era solo una, y un sofá.

Overall good hotel and a fantastic location. Staff very helpful and apartment generally good, well decorated and clean. Plenty of storage and well equipped kitchen. Would stay again, however did have a few things that could be improved * the window seals were poor and one of the windows were missing a handle, meaning it couldn’t be properly closed. Sants is very lively at all hours and due to the window issues, it was quite noisy during the night. * the mixer tap on the bath was broken therefore you could only use the shower as the tap wouldn’t switch over to fill the bath. *the window in the downstairs bathroom had no covering (blind) meaning that apartments on upper floors could see in. * all of the blinds in the apartment were very thin, meaning as soon as the sun rises the apartment is ‘fully lit’

The front desk staff was top notch! They even were kind enough to store our luggage while we travelled to Madrid for the day. The proximity to the train station is perfect for those with plans to train to nearby cities. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5! Thank you for having us stay with you!

We have stayed for one night, the front desk staff was inattentive and had poor customers skills. The window in our unit was open to the street and was high enough that we were unable to close it for the entire night, which brought all the street noise into the room. Mind you it’s a party city on the street below. We hardly slept the night prior early morning to the airport. Regardless of requests the staff never came or close the window. This is not a convenient location at all. Would not recommend staying in this area, especially if you have limited time in the city.

En gral bien, pero no te dejan ni una cápsula para el café...no se especifica que es un loft en algunos casos y entonces no hay una separación de la habitación. La actitud del personal para ver si tenían un cambio de habitación fue muy ruda y tajante...Solo porque la chica de los siguientes días que estuvo en recepción nos atendió de maravilla, pero si no, hubiera calificado fatal el servicio.

HORRIBLE!!! Nuestra caja fuerte se quedó trancada con los pasaportes adentro y NADIE podía abrirla porque el UNICO chico que dejaron SOLO en el lobby no tenía llaves y tampoco tenía la clave maestra, el personal de mantenimiento nunca apareció por igual los directivos para hacer frente al problema. Lo peor es que eran las 2 de la mañana y nuestro vuelo salía a las 6.00 am, por poco perdemos el avión.

It was within 20 minute drive from the airport and cruise ship port. It was right next to a stop of the hop on hop off city bus tour. They called us a taxi when we needed one. It was close to downtown shopping and many good restaurants and a nice park.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement proche des transports. Le quartier sympa. L'appartement est propre et vraiment agreable. L'accueil à l'arrivée tres sympathique sauf: -Vue du balcon sur un grand mur noir -Tres bruyant surtout la nuit -Pas de petit dejeuner -Peu de communication avec le personnel rencontre qui ne parle pas français et qui acquiesce à nos propos
