The hotel was in a great location for accessing the different areas of Barcelona. It was a short walk from La Rambla and Plaça de Catalonya which was a convenient place to catch buses. The rooms were clean and the beds enormous. We had everything we needed. One of the things we loved the most about the hotel was the roof terrace with pool and bar. There were enough sunbeds, towels were provided and the pool was big enough for swimming in. It was also great to be able to look out across the city. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and obliging. We got great service. Would certainly recommend.

Hotel Jazz is very well located and the rooms are modern and very spacious. The rooftop/pool area is a great option, though closed for the season at the time of our visit. The pool is for cooling off rather than swimmings laps due to the size. Many of the rooms open to an interior space and should be very quiet. Ours faced an avenue but with heavy glass and thick, blackout curtains traffic noise was minimal. The staff was very nice, efficient, and helpful.

The area is easily walkable and close to several very good gluten free resteraunts. We enjoyed our last night in Barcelona sitting on the roof drinking Sangria. Lovely.

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a universidade tem bastante bares, lojas próximo , o quarto era espaçosos ficamos no 7 andar , bem silencioso cama confortável mas os travesseiros eram muito altos tive que solicitar a troca , o hotel possui um estacionamento próprio no subsolo bem seguro com um custo de 26 euros por noite, o café da manhã razoável, poucas opções , fiquei hospedado 5 noites e a torradeira estava quebrada durante todo o período da minha estadia, tinha 3 maquinas de café e alguns dias somente 1 funcionava, a mesma moça que substituia o buffet , limpava as mesas , retirava a louça fazia a anotação do número do quarto ,acho que esta faltando gerência.

I had a beautiful stay at Hotel Jazz! The hotel is sleek and modern, and my room was clean and comfortable. Sowohl das Hotel als auch das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig. Beim Frühstück war selbst das Besteck nicht sauber. Im Bad war in den Fugen überall Schimmel. Abgeschlagene Türrahmen, Schränke und versiffte Möbel. Personal war recht freundlich. Aber das wars auch schon. Würden nicht mehr hier übernachten.

Good location but room was a bit dated although clean. The balcony door’s rubber sealant was detached and we can hear wind sound in the room. Since we stayed in Dec 2023, the room was rather cold thankfully there’s heater. Would be better if room slippers were provided, the floor tiles in the room and bathroom were very cold.

We certainly enjoyed our three night stay with extended family at Hotel Jazz in Barcelona. Your front desk staff were very professional and provided help with recommendations and maps. We also thank you for being able to store our luggage prior to checkin time, so we could go exploring. Our room was very comfortable and kept very clean by your housekeeping staff. We enjoyed the breakfast with a great variety, hot food and fruit being avaliable. We certainly took advantage of the terrace bar, food service and the pool. Our extended family spent several hours on the terrace getting a break from the humidity and cooling off in the pool. We love the location being close to the main Plaça de Catalunya for transportation and lots of restaurants and tourism features. This was our second stay at Hotel Jazz and will certainly recommend it to others. Definitely stay again the next time we are in Barcelona.

The staff was so helpful. They made a very clear solution regarding our reservation before arrival. Things could have been really complicated if they wouldn’t have helped us. Our stay was really good, the paid attention to my note as a light sleeper and gave us a room in the upper floors in the end of the corridor. Sehr ärgerlich und nicht wie von Hotels.com bestätigt, konnte ich beim Check-in die gesamten Hotelkosten mit Euros bezahlen. Von Hotel Jazz wurde nur 1/3 mit Euros und die restlichen 2/3 mit der Kreditkarte akzeptiert! Meine gewählte und bezahlte Zahlungsoption war aber teurer und darum habe ich schon 1-mal reklamiert und eine Stellungnahme von Hotels.com gewünscht! Ich finde dies eine betrügerische Art und Weise und erwarte von Hotels.com die schriftliche Stellungnahme in 2-3 Tagen! Ansonsten werde ich leider andere Schritte vornehmen müssen. Besten Dank für Ihre Bemühungen.

Hotel Jazz is conveniently located in La Rambla where there is plenty shopping and dining options just footsteps away. The staff is very pleasant and are able to answer questions. The only issue with the hotel is the outside noise level during the early hours because of there are people who are out speaking loudly. Not an issue of the rooms at the hotel but just keep in mind that the location is very active. Also there is vibrations from the subway that you can hear inside our hotel room. While this was not an issue for us, it might be a problem for others who are sound sensitive. Overall we had a good experience at this hotel and would recommend for young visitors.

There was nothing spectacular about the property. It was in the town center and that was good. I didn’t like that the City does not participate in daily cleaning of the fallen leaves all over town. It gives the City feel dirty.

The Jazz is located centrally and near lots of connections. The scented cool air on arrival, the helpful staff, good lifts to our bright, airy, cool, large room were just the start. The very quiet efficient air con was very welcome. The rooftop pool, bar, solarium was delightful. The food and drinks were good in quality and price. The pool is only 1.1 metres but good to chill out after hot exhausting day. The breakfast was in a bright and airy space with a full range of everything you could want. Little unexpected add ones like Cava served at breakfast or melon round the pool, just added to the feeling of care and made us feel good. I hope we will return to Barcelona and, if we do, we will head for the Jazz. Thank you.

The hotel was good, nice staff , fairly easy check in. For 15 euros however, the breakfast was not nice. The hotels location is in a central location with plenty of shops around and the train centre/ tour bus. The staff were lovely and let us keep our bags at the hotel as we had a late flight.

We had a wonderful stay, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. I can definitely recommend the Sangria! The food offered there was also very good. I would advise anyone looking for a nice hotel stay in Barcelona to stay at the Jazz!
