Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were great and the room was always kept clean with fresh linens and towels provided daily. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was available but the options were quite limited. Mainly Thai dishes like congee, green curry, tom yum soup with rice, salad, corn and broccoli. The small continental section had scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, bread, brioche buns with whipped butter and blueberry/strawberry jams, plus yoghurt with frozen strawberries and blueberries. Great location one block from subway station and lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Great staff and coin laundry available! Free pjs, water refill and tea/coffee station in the lobby were a nice touch!

Pros: This hotel is very close to the subway which is a plus. I also noticed that many families with small children stay here. The front staff is very welcoming and sweet. They offer free coffee during the day. Pajamas, razor, and toothbrushes are offered in the lobby. They will take care of your luggages so you can enjoy the city. They assisted me with sending my luggage to the airport, but the wrong form was used. I was able to solve the issue by calling Yamato Transport. Cons: The room smells due to lack of air circulation. You are not allowed to open the window. When I got there I made sure to keep my door open, turn on the AC, and start the humidifier. I also used the fabric freshener that they provide to remove the smell. The next day, I didn’t notice the smell anymore. There is only 1 washer and dryer. The dryer did not fully dry my clothes after 1 hour and 30 mins. I purchased the breakfast for my week stay, which I do not recommend. The breakfast is provided by a Thailand Food restaurant that is in the 1st floor. The food is great for a one day breakfast option, because they never change the limited food options. In my opinion, it is not worth the 1500 yen they now charge. If you have a picky eater child, the restaurant will also not be a good option. Once again the front staff was extremely sweet and helpful. They will try their best to help you. They are the best part of this hotel. But due to the cons, I would not stay here again.

I've been to Tokyo several times and I know the culture of hotel rooms are expected to be much smaller than american ones. For teh same grade of hotel in America would be average to below par. This was clean and nice and I was pleasantly surprised with the size. Hotel located in a posh subway stop area of Tokyo and I always pick my hotels close to subways. Its Asia, you expected shops and restaurants around the corner in which it was. And of course very polite hotel staff as with the service in general in Japan. Great experience.

Rooms smelled like mold walls are dirty and have water stains. Was only in hotel for less then 1 hour didn’t want to give refund after letting them know one of my child’s is allergic to mold and another room wasn’t going to fix the issue because it was a hotel issue. Worse experience of my trip.

No fan in the bathroom so it gets smelly and mouldy. The building is smelly. There is only one set of washing machine and dryer. The washing machine was very dirty so we couldn’t use it. The lobby area is very small and many guests were waiting there. Overall it felt like a hostel rather than a hotel.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was spacious and had all of the basic supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. One issue was that the room we stayed in smelled mouldy and indeed there was mould showing on the wall where the wall paper was peeling back. However, this may be a room specific issue and not a building wide issue. The price was reasonable, so I would try this hotel again in the future.

Good in general, but don't expect a lot of "comfort". You can hear the noise from outside. Rooms are small. It's very close to a train station, few minutes from lot's of interesting places. Checkout is at 10 am don't forget that or you will pay extra. If you're visiting with kids, try to find another place

It was really nice to have a big room with a queen bed. The desk and bed could have been better arranged, I'd have liked to have had the chair a bit further back but it ran into the bed. The windows do not open, and probably need to be replaced. There looked to be some mold on the edges and they had condensation on the inside almost all of the time regardless of whether the in-room humidifier was used. I ended up having it on all the time I was in the room though and that helped a lot getting rid of the stuffy feeling that opening a window would have also reduced. Only one washer dryer on-premise for the whole building, but they were available when I needed them. The dryer can be skipped as it doesn't really dry very well, as usual for Japan outside of the laundromats. There's a dry cleaning service available that did a really good job with my coat. The Roppongi area is a bit seedy especially at night, lots of clubs and bars for those who enjoy them. More likely to have people on the street solicit you. But it's safe and the subway is right there to get anywhere else.

On check in, we have some issues and staff didn’t speak English. But the worst thing was the breakfast. I purchased in advance for all 4 days. It was not informed previously that the breakfast should be served in a Thai restaurant. Really frustrating once we went to Japan to live Japan’s experience and culture and not Thai. Kids were disappointed and I spent money once had to take breakfast outside hotel. Amenities they gave were 3 small sachet of moisture/ cleansing and 2 cotton swab and those to be used for 5 days. Not enough.
On check in, we have some issues and staff didn’t speak English. But the worst thing was the breakfast. I purchased in advance for all 4 days. It was not informed previously that the breakfast should be served in a Thai restaurant. Really frustrating once we went to Japan to live Japan’s experience and culture and not Thai. Kids were disappointed and I spent money once had to take breakfast outside hotel. Amenities they gave were 3 small sachet of moisture/ cleansing and 2 cotton swab and those to be used for 5 days. Not enough.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy and automated but staff were friendly and ready to help if needed. They helped us with the luggage transfer document when we wanted to ship our large suitcase to our next stay in Osaka. Would stay here again.

I traveled to Japan in February 2023. Hence, it’s winter in the country. My initial room had a problem with the A/C - it did not blow hot air. The room was also very small. Upon notifying the staff about the A/C issue, they came to the room and determined that there was an issue with the A/C and quickly made accommodations to move me to a room with a working A/C, and it happened to be a bigger room too. I commend the staff for their help and their overall willingness to make sure I was taken care off throughout my stay. I would come back, even if I did reserve the smaller room because the staff were phenomenal. Thank you. I appreciate you.

Location was good for where we were interested in going. Hotel was clean and in good condition. Guest services understood English well when we checked in which was wonderful but they were not as helpful in checking out to get us a taxi.

Very convenient location, subways right outside the entrance or near by. Tokyo midtown, lots of museums, parks, nice restaurants. The hotel is small but efficient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back

Roppongi Station is only steps outside the hotel and convenient to reach Shibuya and Shinjuku. Roppongi also has plenty of restaurants and nightlife options. The hotel is a decent size relative to other Japanese hotels and the staff are quite helpful and friendly.

Accessible area to subway and bus. Room was much larger than we expected for Tokyo. However, it is loud at night from the street as there are many bars/clubs in the area. Hotel held lugguge after check out till our later flight time which was appreciated

從六本木車站5號出口出來非常近，而且走一下子就能看到東京鐵塔，然後附近有很多餐廳和百貨商場，位置與方便程度真的非常好！我訂的房間真的很寬敞～很舒適！ 早餐也很特別，竟然是美式 泰式的！還有泰奶～～～味道都不錯，如果菜色能再多一點就更好了😆

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were great and the room was always kept clean with fresh linens and towels provided daily. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was available but the options were quite limited. Mainly Thai dishes like congee, green curry, tom yum soup with rice, salad, corn and broccoli. The small continental section had scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, bread, brioche buns with whipped butter and blueberry/strawberry jams, plus yoghurt with frozen strawberries and blueberries. Drinks included apple juice, Thai milk tea and filter coffee. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small but overall it was a good stay and great value.

Nice place, on par with most other Japanese hotels in terms of helpfulness, friendliness and cleanliness, but woudnt bother with the breakfast (unless you are into Thai food!!). Lack of window opening meant we had aircon on all the time, which made us cough badly each morning.
