ロビーに置いてあるマンガ本がサービスとして珍しく、最高でした！本の状態もよく綺麗に管理されているし、部屋に持ち帰って読めるのもいいサービスでした。ヘアアイロンや子供用パジャマのがあるのも良いサービスでした。フロントの方々も過剰に丁寧過ぎず且つやりとりもスムーズで感じが良かったです。

가성비 좋습니다. 이케부쿠로 역에서 걸어서 10분정도에 있어요. 신주쿠나 시부야 등 도심 가기에도 좋고 호텔 근처에 세븐일레븐이나 패밀리마트 등 편의점이 많아요. 호텔에서 라운지에서 뭐 먹을 수도 있고 무료 음료도 제공해줍니다. 라운지에 전자렌지랑 뜨거운 물도 있어서 편의점에서 뭐 사와서 먹기도 좋구요. 방은 여느 도쿄 호텔들처럼 약간은 좁지만 둘이 있기엔 딱이었어요. 직원들도 친절하구요, 호텔 체크인 할 때 fee 200엔 있습니다. 호텔 주변 안전하고 좋아요.

Staff are very efficient and courteous. The lounge area is nice with complimentary drinks. Room is small which is a normal norm, I found a disposable sleeper under the bed though, so i don’t know how their cleaning staff miss that when they cleaned our room before we check in. Otherwise I am happy to stay again.

ハリーポッタースタジオツアーとムーミンバレーパークに行く際に利用しました。とても綺麗なホテルで壁のデザインが可愛らしくお気に入りです。アクセスも良くどちらも1時間以内で到着しました。東京駅にも行きやすいです。ホテルにはボードゲームや漫画の貸し出しドリンクバーなどもありたくさん使わせていただきました！また東京に行く機会があれば宿泊したいです。

It has a first floor lounge area with food vending machines and free coffee/soft drink that was very useful and comfortable. They have a washing machine and dryer and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Lots of umbrellas to borrow and the staff were very kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a larger room too, which I appreciated!

Positives: - Bed and pillows were very comfy and the double bed was worth it. - Drink bar was convenient and had good options. - 5 minute walk to Sunshine City Mall which also serves as an airport bus stop. Negatives: - It’s advertised as a 10 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station but is inaccurate. The station is very large and getting in and out of it can be confusing, adding 5-10 minutes of extra travel time. Can be tiring after a long day out. - Room had visible stains on walls and floor, and was very dusty in certain spots, such as behind the TV and behind the bed. - Odd sewage smell that came from the sink. - Size was above average for a room in Tokyo, but could really use at least another table or chair to place things on. - AC is only available in summer and heater is only available in winter. I came in April, and there were a couple of warmer nights where being able to use the AC would’ve been nice.

Very clean and quiet. We especially loved the sitting area on the first floor with free pop and coffee. It gave us another place to be when we got home from a full day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the washroom was also lovely. I’d stay again.

Trevligt hotell och serviceinriktad personal. Gångavstånd till Ikebukuro station med utmärkt kommunikation till resten av staden. Många butiker, restauranger och caféer i området att välja mellan. Rummen är små och kompakta men det får man förvänta sig i Tokyo och i denna prisklass.

A great place to stay if you’re a fan of manga and anime! The room was small but clean. However, I was a bit disappointed as I expected a small desk in the room, based on the booking photos, but it only had a nightstand instead.

It is amazing, need to walk 15 mins from JR station, service is good. Front line staffs were nice and help. They would like to kept our luggage at the hotel until next day when we come back to have another booking.

忘れ物を2つしましたが、すぐ電話したのにどちらもないと言われました。4万越えの美顔器と化粧水です。化粧水は新品で重いので、もういらないと洗面所に置いて行ったのですが、そちらも無いとの事でした。例えば、「この化粧水はあったけど美顔器はない」との答えであれば、私が美顔器は勘違いとも思えますが、見事に二つともないとは。今まで泊まったホテルでは必ず忘れ物は出てきましたから驚きました。フロントスタッフの対応は良かったけど残念でした。 場所は池袋駅から15分くらい歩きます。値段は安かった。1階にフリードリンクのラウンジは良かった。でも2度と行きません

チェックイン時間の前に荷物だけ無料で預けられるサービスがあるため、11時前にたちよりロビーで少し休んでいると、「部屋の清掃が終わったのでお部屋に入られますか？」と声をかけていただき部屋で休憩することができました。親切です！ツインのお部屋は狭い感じもありますが寝るだけなので気になりませんし、このお値段ならお得。宿泊者専用にフリードリンクコーナーもありありがたい。ただ、部屋のクーラーの風量調節が強か弱か…微調整ができず音が大きく、風も直接ベットにあたるのが難点。部屋によって違うかもですがツインの部屋は予約した二部屋とも同じ様子でした。

Super trevligt och rent hotell! Hotellet ligger 5 min från Sunshine city och ikebukuro tågstationen ligger en 15 mim därifrån. Dock när man ska checka in ska man gå ner för en lång brant trappa vilket inte är smidigt när man har stort bagage med sig.

Trevligt hotell och serviceinriktad personal. Gångavstånd till Ikebukuro station med utmärkt kommunikation till resten av staden. Många butiker, restauranger och caféer i området att välja mellan. Rummen är små och kompakta men det får man förvänta sig i Tokyo och i denna prisklass.

가성비 좋습니다. 이케부쿠로 역에서 걸어서 10분정도에 있어요. 신주쿠나 시부야 등 도심 가기에도 좋고 호텔 근처에 세븐일레븐이나 패밀리마트 등 편의점이 많아요. 호텔에서 라운지에서 뭐 먹을 수도 있고 무료 음료도 제공해줍니다. 라운지에 전자렌지랑 뜨거운 물도 있어서 편의점에서 뭐 사와서 먹기도 좋구요. 방은 여느 도쿄 호텔들처럼 약간은 좁지만 둘이 있기엔 딱이었어요. 직원들도 친절하구요, 호텔 체크인 할 때 fee 200엔 있습니다. 호텔 주변 안전하고 좋아요.

Might be hard to find at first but as long as you follow Google Maps, it will be fine. Once you get to a little pedestrian tunnel (as another reviewer mentioned) you’re almost there. It is reasonable walking distance to the JR station where there is a shopping centre, with Don quijote and pharmacies nearby. In terms of food, you can find a bunch near the JR station, or there are a couple McDonald’s in between the hotel and the station. Also 2 7-11s nearby. If you don’t want to venture out, the hotel has vending machines with food in it (don’t know if it’s good though).

Positives: - Bed and pillows were very comfy and the double bed was worth it. - Drink bar was convenient and had good options. - 5 minute walk to Sunshine City Mall which also serves as an airport bus stop. Negatives: - It’s advertised as a 10 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station but is inaccurate. The station is very large and getting in and out of it can be confusing, adding 5-10 minutes of extra travel time. Can be tiring after a long day out. - Room had visible stains on walls and floor, and was very dusty in certain spots, such as behind the TV and behind the bed. - Odd sewage smell that came from the sink. - Size was above average for a room in Tokyo, but could really use at least another table or chair to place things on. - AC is only available in summer and heater is only available in winter. I came in April, and there were a couple of warmer nights where being able to use the AC would’ve been nice.

Clean and affordable, but quite modest hotel with small rooms situated exellently in the heart of Ikekuburo just 10 min walk from the Ikebukuro Station. Lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities just around the corner. Hotel breakfast was quite poor, but overall good value for money. Recommended if you just want a place to stay the nights.

Staff are very efficient and courteous. The lounge area is nice with complimentary drinks. Room is small which is a normal norm, I found a disposable sleeper under the bed though, so i don’t know how their cleaning staff miss that when they cleaned our room before we check in. Otherwise I am happy to stay again.

It has a first floor lounge area with food vending machines and free coffee/soft drink that was very useful and comfortable. They have a washing machine and dryer and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Lots of umbrellas to borrow and the staff were very kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a larger room too, which I appreciated!
