the bed is super hard (like a rock) but i slept surprisingly well on it. sound also travels into your room from elsewhere but it wasn’t a huge disturbance. also, the dryer doesn’t work at all. i think i did 3-4 cycles and my clothes still came out wet. close to transportation and very safe/quiet area!

The location is close to the subway and the TBS. It is very close to everything. There is a 711 nearby. I will the washer and dryer could be more powerful. The dryer takes a lot time so wash your close more often.

This hotel provides a 5 star breakfast that makes up for areas where hotel does not meet excellent standards . Room size was small . Lightning in room could be much brighter. Adding a full length body mirror in rooms would be nice. The room and hotel seemed very clean and was located in a very nice area with lots to do and restaurants near by . I would visit again for the breakfast. Lobby offered complimentary expresso , cappuccino, water , snack in lobby 24hrs which was great . Washing machine and dryer available for guest . Checking in was seamless . Very pleasant staff .

There was a lot mold (looks like black mold) on the ceiling of the bathroom around the shower. I reported the mold issue to the front desk and asked for a new room without mold. The front desk told me every room had this mold issue and would not offer me a new room. I would recommend to others to avoid this hotel if you do not want to be exposed to mold.

シャワーブースから水漏れがひどく、足拭きのタオルマットがずぶ濡れになり大変不快でした。また、清掃が行き届いておらず、リネンのカビのにおい？ホコリ？でくしゃみや目の痒みなど、アレルギー反応が出てしまいました。もう一点、エレベーター横の部屋だったため、夜間は観光客の方が大声で歩かれていて、全く寝れませんでした。かなりお得な金額なので仕方ないのかもしれませんが…。赤坂見附の方に以前滞在したことがありいい印象だったので尚更、満足のいく滞在ではなく残念です。

Rooms are small, and the two twin sized beds are not ideal for a family with small children. There is a small elevator through the TBS buildings that leads you close to the hotel, much easier to get to instead of dragging your luggage up the hill.

Rooms are very small, beds are not standard double bed sizes, it is not fit for 2 people on 1 bed. Bathroom facilities were clean and good. We booked for 3 people in 1 room. Laundary service available but her dryer doesn't work properly. There is a lot of eateries in 10 minutes walking distance, train station is close by (10 min walk). Staff are really nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast was the best. Really good selection from creal to hot food.

親子3人で3泊お世話になりました。海外の方が比較的多いホテルでしたが、朝食はすごく美味しかったですし、フリーのコーヒーやおやつも嬉しかったです。フロントの方が日本語をはじめ英語、中国語と多言語に対応されていらっしゃるし大変親切で何の不満もなく過ごせた3日間でした。近くにコンビニもあり、地下鉄もすぐでした。あの後、帰りの飛行機がトラブルで飛ばず、急遽別のホテルを取らざるおえなくなったのですが、こちらのホテルに勝るサービスはありませんでした。また東京に行く際はぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。

Rooms were OK. One of the night staff exhibited very discriminatory actions towards us. He forced us to keep moving our luggages even though he wouldn't let us move the luggage scale to a nearby area of the lobby. How could we weight our luggages if he wanted us to keep our luggages in one place and he wouldn't allow us near the scale? He also talked behind our backs, accused us of taking luggage scale without his permission even though we already politely asked and received permission from a gentleman staff right next to him.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms where comfortable enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Breakfast was delicious and little treats where served at lobby in the evenings. Everything is at a walking distance maybe 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and Akasaka station. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is much more run down than the photos. Housekeeping only once in 3 days. Located on top of a hill. Quite a walk from the metro station especially with luggage and young kids at the end of the day. Breakfast buffet is good but a bit over priced.

My stay was very good. The room was small but functional and just fine for one. The morning breakfast was also good. The neighborhood was nice and quiet yet convenient to transport, food, etc. The only comment I might have for future guests is the hotel is located on a hill so to get anywhere requires a bit of up and down - not bad - but might be an issue for some, especially with luggage. I would definitely stay there again.

A perfectly decent hotel in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and within a 5-10 minute walk to multiple metro stops. There are also a wide variety of restaurants and a number of conbini in the neighborhood for food. I thought we might regret not staying in the middle of “the action” (i.e. closer to Shinjuku or Shibuya) but we experienced serious sensory overload in those neighborhoods and were extremely happy to return each night to this quiet pocket of the city. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is excellent close to the subway and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the quiet and relaxing atmosphere after busy days exploring Tokyo. The staff where fantastic, always helpful, smiling and welcoming, same with cleaner's,breakfast was alright, no dinner available there but alot of restaurants close by same with Akasaka station,for 2 people staying in room was good, but mattress was like sleeping on a child's mattress, other than that I'd fully recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed, thank you to all the front desk staff n cleaner's, absolutely fantastic
