Staff was so friendly and took care of all my needs. Property had lots of amenities like vending machines and laundromat! Staff in main lobby was always helpful even for things like utensils for take out that I had forgotten. The staff was always cheerful and always greeted everyone in the lobby. Even after checkout they secured my group’s luggage and took care of it until it was time to head to the airport which was hours after check out. There were so many places to go to (restaurants and shops) all within walking distances and two main subway stations that we always used was super close! Amazing place to stay, would recommend to anyone!

Comfortable stay in a quiet area. Easy 10 minute walk from Hamamatsucho station (very convenient if taking monorail from Haneda airport). Easy check in/out via machine. Bonus points for big tv with Netflix & self serve amenities.

清潔感もあり新しいと思われるホテル。朝食も美味しく、満足であった。客室内の広さに関係あるが、テーブルと椅子のスペースに課題あり。一方の椅子は利用可能であるが、もう一方の椅子には歩いてたどり着けない。狭すぎて足が通らない。ベッドに乗って移動するしかない。場所は少し細い道を入った所に位置するが、不便ではない。浜松町の駅や大門にも近く便利である。宿泊料金は、最近の変動で高くなっているが、近隣よりリーズナブルか。

Second time staying at a Sotetsu property and enjoyed our stay as much as the first. Property is clean, comfortable and sound proof rooms. There's is coin laundry available and channel to check availability which is handy. We enjoyed this area of Tokyo, quiet but with all the conveniences nearby. It's is close to two stations which makes it really easy to get to major spots in Tokyo without needing to transfer. We included breakfast with our stay which was a nice start to the day, mainly serving Japanese style food. Property is within walking distance to the Tokyo tower, recommend venturing in the evening to see it lit up.

We stayed 3 different places in 1 week stay in Tokyo and this facility became #2 as far as the cleanliness and amenities wise. most of the front office staff were very friendly and accommodating except for a few not friendly at all....lol. Although the beds are very comfortable the wall of the room had some stains and the bathroom was not the cleanest either. It's located in a block from Subway "Daimon" Station*although A3 the nearest exit do not have any elevetor nor escalator so you have to exit from A1...So, it's walk distance to Tokyo Tower, Zojoji Temples and all the great eatery places.

When I opened the curtain, it smelled tobacco very badly and the tobacco smell came into the room. It was non smoking room but I think previous guest smoke. There was a dirty men’s sock beside the bed.

Positives: - quite large room for Tokyo standards - hotel is quite nice and new - self cloak check is useful (others might prefer human touch) - location is a short walk to Hamamatsucho / Daimon Station Opportunities to improve: - mould / dirty smell in the entryway to the room (though room itself was fine) - breakfast was quite limited and quality quite average (we regret including breakfast)

2 person room was huge! So much space to open luggage and the beds were twin beds. Bathroom was good and it’s in a quieter part of Hamamatsucho which was nice. I’d 1000% stay here again.

Only 3-5min walk from train station, good restaurants around area and good variety. Great to have 2 rooms joined as an option for a family of 4 with 2 kids - they had their own bathroom. Friendly staff great service and nice touch with help yourself to toiletries in lobby to reduce waste.

We travelled as a family with two small kids in a connecting room. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Very short walk from hammatsucho, and so much for dining around the area. Easy travel to anywhere you need. Perfect spot for family. Connecting room very well priced for a a family

Booked this hotel last minute (on a Public Holiday in Japan) and was pleasantly surprised we got assigned am accessible room so it was very spacious. The staff were helpful through the checking in and out process, as well as helping us get a taxi. Would also recommend as this hotel is near two train lines, one of them being the major Yamanote Line.

Great overnight stay. Probably the most comfortable beds weve slept on since being in japan the last 5 weeks. It was clean as well. Really convenient to go to different places in tokyo to explore as there is a subway station just around the corner. Staff were great except for the lady who served us during the morning of check in. She kept cutting me off mid question and kept telling me check in was at 3pm even though that wasnt my question, her english was good too so it wasnt like there was any excuse to be rude. Didnt even smilem Wasnt the best first impression.

We stayed here for one night as a layover from Haneda on the way back to the U.K. from Oz. Perfect location - 20 mins from Haneda on the monorail and 5 mins from the train station. Rooms were perfect for a layover. Only issue was the receptionists had no English, but we muddled through.

The self check-in is not practical since there is always a staff member standing next to you anyway. When the aircon started there was a smell of urine in the room. I asked the staff if I could leave my bags upon checkout and was grudgingly pointed in the direction of a self service luggage system which would not work for either me or the Japanese speaking guests who tried to use it. We were ignored by the staff and I eventually left with my bags to find a deposit locker elsewhere. The hotel is overpriced for the low standard it provides

Stayed here as a quick overnight before heading back to the UK. Good modern hotel with reasonable sized room and good bathroom. The main selling point for us was that it is close to Hamamatsucho station - where you get the monorail for Haneda. So would recommend if you need a base for an early departure (like us!) Otherwise not a huge amount to do in the local area.

We had a great stay here! If you are looking for something practical and affordable, this is a great option. The breakfast was delicious and had western options available as well - though we tried the Japanese style breakfast and loved it! Amenities in the hotel room and lobby are very nice too. The hotel is very clean and peaceful, in a quiet area too.
