Excellent location when staying in Shibuya. Amazing views from the rooms. The lobby, coffee shop, access to Miyashita park were wonderful. The rooftop is nice to get a view but the service and staff at the restaurant/bar on the roof could be imrpoved. They were a little lost and clueless when it came to interacting with guests.

Location location location :) if you want shopping , convenient access to shibuya station, and a block long park at your door, this place is great. Room size is ridiculously small, but restroom and shower are well appointed. Plan on sliding your luggage under the bed. We had a blast using the hotel as our base for shopping and restaurants. soak nightclub/ restaurant is on the top floor with great food, music, and views. 5th floor had a lovely restaurant albeit absurdly high priced , coffee shop on lobby level was good as well. Street access is via a subtly hidden elevator at the corner, so when your taxi drops you off in front of balenciaga or kith, fret not :). Just walk to the corner and look for the sequence hotel sign and elevators :)

We really liked our stay at Sequence Miyashita Park — the location couldn’t be better, the staff were lovely, and while the rooms are small, the views were great. The café lounge and the British pub upstairs were a nice bonus too.

Room was small but quite comfy. Pillows were flat but the bed itself was comfortable. Loved our view from the 16th floor! We had some laundry and was able to do that on the 7th floor but be aware you may need to extend the drying time. We did so like an additional 3 hours total to get our stuff to dry and it was mainly undergarments. We were able to go out and come back to check on it throughout the day. Staff was helpful when we needed to extend our checkout time because we had a late flight. Our cards stopped working and the staff was able to get us new ones working quick. The area was close to a lot of shopping and food options. It was very convenient. Loved the cafe in the lounge! The matcha latte was a must for me every morning. The rooftop park was nice but the weather wasn’t that great during our stay unfortunately so we didn’t get to enjoy much time up there. I would stay here again as it’s so close to the train station and in the same building has so many food options! Also a close walk to the hachiko statue which has been on my bucket list for the longest time. Definitely recommend!

Right on top of the MIYASHITA PARK, you've got a lot of dining and shopping options right at your door. The hotel lobby has a good cafe, there is breezy Starbucks in front of the hotel, and one floor down from the hotel was a dozen restaurants, all with nice patios. You can easily walk to all major shopping destinations in the Shibuya area. The rooms are fun & stylish. I especially like the windows facing the park, as it has a little "Hi Tokyo" sticker on it, producing great photos. Be aware though that in the suite there are no desks (but the lobby has large shared workspaces), and there are no bathtubs (showers only). Please be aware that this hotel is about 10 min of busy street walking from any train stations, so it's a hassle if you need to drag large suitcases. Google Maps will lead you to the park-facing entry which is on 4th floor, but there is an elevator at the ground level to the NORTH of the park. Also be aware that this hotel does self-check-in using tablets, which is a bit hard to operate (there is a lot to type on the screen). If you have free time ahead of arrival, you can get an app to complete the data entry section ahead of time, just check the hotel's website.

Rooms are extremely small. The toilet is basically next to the bed and it has a glass wall. Not great if you're not solo traveling. Carpet was dirty and AC leaking on the floor. Close to transit stations.

Hotel was located walking distance to Shibuya station as well as the popular Omotesando. A lot of shopping and eating! However, my room did have a lot of carpet stains. The bathroom was a wet one, and the toilet and shower could be separated by a curtain. The curtain did have a little mold on it. Other than that the room was small, but comfy! Would consider the hotel again based on location

It was walking distance to lots of shops and the station. Lots of places to eat and and so many shops to buy whatever you want. You are spoilt for choice. It would have been nice if the room could have been cleaned every day rather than every other day. Rooms felt slightly cramped but served its purpose. The floors seems a little bit dirty but sandals were given which really helped and the pyjamas provided were so comfortable.

We had a park view corner room on the 13th floor. Amazing views, spotless room, cleaned every other day. New slippers, pajamas, towels, and waters provided each time which was great to see after exploring Shibuya all day. The breakfast and hours (0700-1200) were also very good.

Our king room was a great size and the duvet was comfy. Location was super convenient and staff were friendly. During the day when you can open the curtains and have natural daylight, it’s not bad but at night, the room was way too dim. The bathroom wasn’t clean when we checked in as there were little bits of garbage on the floor and the shower walls needed a scrub

Not a big fan of the clear shower/toilet combo (although it has a curtain), since water gets all over the toilet and toilet paper no matter how much you try to avoid it. Other than that no issues with the hotel. Top floor bar was very nice and the coffee shop is open to the park. Easy walking distance to the Shibuya Scramble in one direction and to the Omotesando in the other. A great location with lots of food and shopping in the same mall the park is on top of.

Location of this hotel can't be beat for anyone who wants to come and do some shopping in the Harajuku / Omotesando / Shibuya area. Its position makes it easy to get to by foot, taxi drop off / pick up is a little precarious and you have to call them yourself as the hotel doesn't provide a service. Some rooms are more spacious than others so you just have to pick and pay accordingly. Check in/check out is super easy and staff has been helpful receiving packages for me / sending lost items. In-room amenities are basic but fine. Cleaning is once every 2 days which I get but I wish they would at least stop by to take trash as the provided bins are small.

Location is excellent for shopping, eating and public transportation. However our room was above train tracks. I used ear plugs to avoid the noise. The room size was decent but the bathroom was very small. I’m a small person and felt claustrophobic using it. There’s only 2 laundry machines in the building. Takes 2 hours to wash and dry. Had to add another 1.5 for the dryer and my clothes were still wet. My loads were small.

During my two week visit to Japan I can easily say this was my favorite hotel that I stayed at. The location is perfect if you want to be right in the heart of shibuya and for the price you cannot beat it. My room was very clean upon arrival and they made sure to keep up with it every 2 days during my stay. The room is small but has a very modern feel. The size of the room did not bother me considering I was traveling alone and it had everything I needed while staying there. There’s a nice rooftop bar with a great view and the restaurant on the 5th floor offers a good free breakfast for hotel guests. Then upon checking out the staff noticed it was my birthday during my stay there and gifted me a luxury hand towel which I thought was very thoughtful of them. When I visit shibuya again I will definitely be staying at sequence!

The hotel doesnt have basic amenities for high profile Shibuya. Had to go shopping for an iron. Basic bathroom amenities like lotion, shaving things, shower cap, cotton application need to be grabbed in lobby out of trays similar to candy buckets. We asked about staying an extra night and the young staff seemed confused by the request. After waiting over 5 min we chose to not stay. Though nice, it seemed too difficult a request. This hotel felt more like an upgraded hostel.

체크인 과정에서 셀프체크인에 문제가 있었지만 계속 기다려달라고만 하고 직원에게 체크인까니 처리부탁하니까 안된다며 결국에 다시 셀프체크인에서 웨이팅까지해가며 체크인 시간 맞춰 와서 40분은 지연되었지만 사과한마디 받지못해서 서비스에서 4개의 별을 체크했습니다. 체크인 대응을 제외한 모든 부분에서는 만족스러웠습니다. 도쿄에 거주도 해봤고 여행도 몇십번해본 경험자로써 위치와 주변 인프라가 너무 좋기때문에 추천드립니다.

Great Location, But Disappointing Service The hotel’s location was excellent, but that’s about where the positives ended. Our room was on the 7th floor, and the noise from the train tracks was very noticeable—especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. If you're staying in Shibuya, this hotel is the perfect choice: very close to everything (including the station), but set apart by its unique location at the end of Miyashita Park. Especially when you're on one of the upper floors, you get amazing views and feel removed from the hustle and bustle, but you're in it in no time.

The hotel is at the far end (away from Shibuya station) of the upscale Miyashita Park mall. It's at a corner that passes through to the Shibuya Scramble side of the tracks. Lobby/reception is on the second floor. The accessible room was a good size for Tokyo. Bathroom was large with a low ceiling. Mattress on a platform. Complimentary toiletries available in the lobby. Comfortable and convenient with a modern Japanese feel.

Excellent hotel close to shopping and dining. Views from our room was also amazing with city views of Miyashita Park, and Shibuya Sky. Breakfast was also included with our reservation and it was delicious, especially the soufflé pancakes. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Everything very clean. Lovely breakfast on 5th floor. Super roof too bar for pre bed drink. Bit disappointed coffee shop was closed due to event for part of our stay. Think we should have been made aware of that before booking but aside from that it’s a well priced hotel in a very convenient location.

Very nice hotel with a great location! Nearby all the shopping in Shibuya and Harajuku and nearby metro stations. Parkside windows have amazing view and we loved it! Beds are comfortable. There is noise from the train track next to the hotel, but it didn’t bother us. The downside was an overpriced and boring breakfast. So we ate this once and then found breakfast at a cafe instead. Would I book this hotel again? Definitely!
