At the start of the trip, the front desk wasn’t the friendliest and then only one elevator was working. Mid trip, the only other elevator also stopped working. Housekeeping was supposed to come to our room every other day but did not clean the entire 4 days we were there. Every time we needed anything, we unfortunately had to deal with Ethel, the not so friendly front desk staff. The area is perfect for where we needed to be, but we will find another place to stay next time.

Everything could not have been more perfect for me and my boys. We stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed ourselves. We went to six flags twice and it's definitely not too far, about a $20 Uber ride. Breakfast was good, we loved having a room with a kitchen, definitely saved us a lot of money. Everything was so clean and nice. They do housekeeping every other day so make sure your do not disturb sign isn't up. Everyone at the desk was very nice and welcoming. The sitting area our front with the fire pit as well as the pool area were very well maintained. They charge $20 a day incidentals. The have a variety of board games and cooking supplies for free checkout as well as a very nice selection in the hotel shoppette.I can't wait to stay at this location again.

The rooms are very nice and updated. The convenience of a full kitchen was such a steal for the price as it was very affordable! It’s less than a mile away from Seaworld which we visited for my daughter’s birthday and with 2 day passes it was nice to easily be able to go back to our room to rest. Completely breakfast was great and my husband and I also utilized the gym. Of course it’s limited but it’s definitely enough to get the job done! 10/10 will stay again!

We have stayed there twice when it has been hot outside and the pool is so cold,like a ice bath,that you can not enjoy the pool AT ALL!! Very disappointing. This ladt stay many of the other guest complained too. We ask the man at the front desk,he said he didnt know why it was so cold.

From check-in to checkout everyone was great. Breakfast was good plenty of options especially for a picky toddler. The shuttle service was excellent able to take us to SeaWorld and pick us up no extra charge and was extremely timely!

I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a family trip to SeaWorld! The shuttle service to and from the park made everything so convenient, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and made our stay stress-free we’ll definitely be back!

Staff were very friendly and attentive to guests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Such a convenient location for SeaWorld and the shuttle service was PLUS! Pool was nice and clean. Only downside was the breakfast eggs, texture and flavor were not the best. Other breakfast items were good. Overall, a great family-friendly hotel that we would stay at again.

This was my second stay it was not as good. The AC in the first room was not working well and instead of moving us right away we were told to wait an hour…we did…it did not cool off. So at 11p we were making allowed to move. The second room looked like it was not cleaned properly. Hairs in the shower and sink. Also the shower backed up quickly and the towel holder was falling off the wall. This was not my best time there.

The hotel was right across Sea world which was amazing because we only came for the day. The breakfast was also really good and I liked it that they were open til 10am. On the other hand, our room was filthy. I felt like only the sheets were changed. The shower had visible mold all along the floor. The floor felt slimy. We only stayed for the night therefore I didn’t tell the receptionist up front. I reserved this place given that it was a 9.4 rating but I give it at 5/10.

Our room was spacious and well lit, which is something that is very much needed and appreciated by me in a hotel room. We had plenty of towels, the room was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet which was nice as my husband is a light sleeper when we are away from home. All in all it was an extremely pleasant experience.

The rooms are very nice and updated. The convenience of a full kitchen was such a steal for the price as it was very affordable! The staff attempted to be helpful. However, there was a problem with the internet service. We didn't have TV the first night or Wi-fi for all 3 days! The Marriott Corp. tried to fix the problem remotely and never got it fixed in our room while we were there. The local staff was apologetic as their hands seemed to be tied. Still it was irksome to us as guests. Other services were good. It seemed to be more of a management problem.

The room overall was comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfy and the staff was friendly. We did notice a few issues… 1) the bathroom was not great. A ring of pink/black mold around the entire bottom was very off putting. Also, only half the shower was closed in with a piece of glass. There was no door, leaving the other half wide open. 2) the tv had a weird blue tone to the picture It was hard to watch and there was no way to change the settings. Since we only spent one night it wasn’t worth a call to the front desk. 3) It was pretty warm and humid in the room even with the AC set to 66. Overall, 6/10. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to stay again.

The air conditioner was LOUD and would rattle every time it kicked on which made sleeping difficult. Due to the high temps outside, it would turn on and off all night making the same noises each time starting up.

We requested rooms with king beds and got queens. The billing is wrong and we have been overcharged. The staff at the desk seemed more interested in getting out of sight and back in the office than being at the front desk. They also seem to need more training on their systems.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! don’t stay here staff really rude (one person in particular) after check out surprise extra charge of $100 per room , we were a big group around 20 rooms and they charge $100 per room and the explanation was for extra noise and extra garbage we called corporate and they said that they don’t suppose to charge for that , and us as parents they never told us about the noise, we have an open case already . I need to mention that is really close to Seaworld so I imagine that they expect families with children , if they do not like that just put adults only

I loved everything except breakfast on Wednesday morning. I went at 8.45am with my kids and there was no food left. 25 minutes later some turkey sausage came but was all gone fast. we got 1 piece each. They closed the breakfast at 9.30 and made no attempt to make it up. it was very disappointing. Next day we decided not to bother with Breakfast, we bought some milk and cereal so we were prepared. I went out to get coffee just after 9.30am and surprisingly they had a great selection of items available and it stayed open till after 10am.

The proximity to Sea World was great literally five minutes away. I booked this property because they had free breakfast offered and with small kids I figured this would be easier than having to go out but the breakfast was limited. They had a juice machine that was out of order which left only cartons of milks for my kids to drink and the milk was frozen solid. Also the pastry options weren't very good.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, a lot of options. The coffe was also good but ran out almost every day and took like 20 minutes to get refilled. The patio outside the front entrance was left uncleaned for a while on our first night, i saw sunflower seed shells all over the ground that remained for several days I also saw a cup of OJ that sat on a table for 2 days before i decided to throw it out. I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room under the bed was very dusty and had debris, the paint on the cabinets was all scuffed up and scrapped as well as the bathroom cabinets. There were stains on multiple surfaces (walls,door,sofa) the main issue i had was my room lost water pressure several times, twice when i was showering it completely shut off while i had shampoo in my hair! I asked the front desk about it and was told a plumbing issue was being addressed but it continued for several days.
