Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is lovely, the staff are friendly, and we had a great experience. The only thing that really disappointed us was having to pay €25 to use the in-room safe. For a hotel of this standard, it feels unnecessary and almost a little frustrating that such a basic security feature is not included. A safe is not only for the guests' peace of mind, but it also protects the hotel's staff. If valuables were to go missing from a room, the housekeeping staff would likely be the first to come under suspicion. Providing a safe helps protect both guests and employees by reducing the risk of misunderstandings and unnecessary accusations. The breakfast buffet was also quite crowded and noisy, which made the experience less enjoyable. One thing that concerned us was seeing one of the chefs wipe sweat from his face with his hands and then continue preparing food without washing or sanitizing them. While this may have been an isolated incident, it did not inspire confidence in the hotel's hygiene standards. If the safe had been included free of charge, and a little more attention had been paid to the breakfast experience and hygiene, our stay would have been even better.

Lovely resort. Good entertainment. Nice staff. Loved adult swim area. The bigger pool is shallow and more for children. Well maintained. Food was OK. good location. We could visit lovely towns nearby in easy reach (30 to 40 mins).

The hotel is very good. They have pools, restaurant inside, playgrounds, spa. It is a huge hotel. Two points werent so good was 1.staying in a building far from the looby, so we needed to walk around 7 minutes every day to have breakfast. 2. The pool's water in spa wasn't so hot, so it wasn't so relaxing.

Overall the hotel was set in lovely grounds but first impressions were poor as the man at reception who greeted us was lacking in any communication skills. He asked us immediately if we wanted spa access, then a coffee machine then finally access to a workable safe (all at further expense) which made check in disappointing. He misdirected us and then didn't offer any assistance to get to our accommodation which was 10 mins away. The room was comfortable but tired and smelt of drains often. Please note that the hotel is situated right next to a stagnate lake so there are mosquitoes everywhere 😬

Overall we had a great time… The pools are extensive, though a little cold. We were really lucky it was very hot while we were there at the start of June. If it hadn’t been we would have been chilly from the pool. We had access to the spa, including family times where our son was allowed, but again the main spa pool was freezing cold. The hotel felt fairly quiet, never a challenge to get a lounger. Our room was very nice, but the air conditioning was totally ineffective. I’m not even sure it worked in the lounge area. The hotel is beautifully landscaped, but the ponds were almost empty… the upshot was lots of frogs, which were lovely, but it stank from the algae. Then my biggest gripe - the food. Not very exciting, not much variation even with theme nights. Not always that hot! We arrived to breakfast just after the restaurant opened one morning and the cooked breakfast items were cold already. One night was meant to be Spanish night - and we were excited for more local cuisine, but it was pretty much the same as every other night. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the entertainment crew great - we really enjoyed aquarobics. Where it is - Colònia - is very beautiful, easy to reach any of it by walking, gorgeous beaches nearby. One tip - the nearby salt marshes seemed to make the mosquito problem even worse than other parts of Mallorca - take spray! The staff hand out wipes which work for about 5 mins. We’d go back to Colonia but not this resort.
