Bon accueil, parking gratuit à proximité de l hôtel si on ne veut pas payer le parking de l hôtel, commerce plage et vue sur le port très apprécié mais la qualité des chambres est moyenne. Spacieuse mais bruyante il n’y a pas d isolation phonique extérieur et intérieur, le système d arrivée d eau (douche wc) fait un bruit monstre donc niveau discrétion la nuit c est loupé. Le frigo qui fait du bruit la nuit également. C est dommage car il y a du beau potentiel

Staff were responsive, replacing a broken kettle quickly and providing a second key when asked. Fresh towels and sheets were provided after a week. However, the property needs better maintenance. The bathroom tap was loose, some plug sockets were uncovered, and the balcony door didn’t lock. The pools were a major letdown—bird droppings around the upstairs pool and thick green grime in the downstairs one, which stained swimwear. Extra charges for a balcony (£65) and parking (£12/day) added up. Also, boat residents using the facilities made it feel less exclusive. With some improvements, this could be a fantastic stay.

Et super fantastisk område, ikke langt fra strand, spisesteder, indkøbsmuligheder og andet. Lejligheden var meget lækker med stue, soveværelse, køkken og badeværelse. Udsigt lige ned til kanalerne. Servicen i receptionen var superb. Der var 2 pool områder et i stueplan og en på taget, med liggestole og skøn udsigt. Det eneste der godt kunne være bedre, var at der blev fjernet fugleklatter dagligt på pool kanten, samt at der blev skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder mindst 1 gang på et 2 ugers ophold. Kan klart anbefales

Caution when booking: property location is not very convenient (distance to beach and city centre), the 1 bedroom apartment unit on Expedia is misrepresented and does NOT have a balcony whereas the pictures associated to this lodging unit depict many instances of a spacious balcony. You have to pay a 10EUR/night fee for the balcony and there are few units with balcony available. The aircon & dishwasher in our lodging unit were out of order and not fixed during a 2 week stay, the amenities and property are generally in poor condition, wear and tare combined with low maintenance are taking their toll. The pools are relatively small and pretty shallow, no pool umbrellas available and no shade to seek refuge from the summer sun. I would not recommend long stays with a family in this property due to location and lacking facilities/amenities.

De nombreux problèmes : appartement avec des casses, besoin de faire venir un technicien en plein séjour nous bloquant une partie de la matinée. Coupure d'eau et d'électricité aucun geste de la part de l'établissement. Caution pas encore rendu, aucun état des lieux mais attend que ce soit les femmes de ménages qui fassent l'état des lieux sans nous. Nous espérons avoir aucun problème avec la caution.

Séjour convenable. De l’attente au check-in mais l’hôtesse nous a loué une place de parking et a été très sympathique ! La vue depuis l’appartement est incroyable ! Les wc n’étaient pas propres… des traces ne laissaient aucun doute… L’hôtel est proche de toutes les commodités.

Bel appartement bien équipé. Tranquille et que dire de la vue ! WoW ! Attention la porte claque et se barre pas de poignée extérieure. Réception ferme à 20h mais très rapide pour trouver quelqu’un pour nous ouvrir ! Merci ! Beau séjour! Belle équipe!

Et super fantastisk område, ikke langt fra strand, spisesteder, indkøbsmuligheder og andet. Lejligheden var meget lækker med stue, soveværelse, køkken og badeværelse. Udsigt lige ned til kanalerne. Servicen i receptionen var superb. Der var 2 pool områder et i stueplan og en på taget, med liggestole og skøn udsigt. Det eneste der godt kunne være bedre, var at der blev fjernet fugleklatter dagligt på pool kanten, samt at der blev skiftet sengetøj og håndklæder mindst 1 gang på et 2 ugers ophold. Kan klart anbefales

Bel appartement bien équipé. Tranquille et que dire de la vue ! WoW ! Attention la porte claque et se barre pas de poignée extérieure. Réception ferme à 20h mais très rapide pour trouver quelqu’un pour nous ouvrir ! Merci ! Beau séjour! Belle équipe!

Caution when booking: property location is not very convenient (distance to beach and city centre), the 1 bedroom apartment unit on Expedia is misrepresented and does NOT have a balcony whereas the pictures associated to this lodging unit depict many instances of a spacious balcony. You have to pay a 10EUR/night fee for the balcony and there are few units with balcony available. The aircon & dishwasher in our lodging unit were out of order and not fixed during a 2 week stay, the amenities and property are generally in poor condition, wear and tare combined with low maintenance are taking their toll. The pools are relatively small and pretty shallow, no pool umbrellas available and no shade to seek refuge from the summer sun. I would not recommend long stays with a family in this property due to location and lacking facilities/amenities.

Reception area really overwhelming with such a bad smell. The staff member was so grumpy and offered no help not advice. Didn’t advise about opening hours etc not checking out. No hair dryer in the apartment so had to return to her and she was clearly in a rush handed the dryer and said to return it to reception when leaving. No where to leave it at 7am. Not at all helpful

Great Location & Views, But Pools Need Attention We loved the marina views from the balcony—such a peaceful spot with boats passing by. The apartment is in a prime location, just a short walk to the beach and main street full of restaurants and bars. Staff were responsive, replacing a broken kettle quickly and providing a second key when asked. Fresh towels and sheets were provided after a week. However, the property needs better maintenance. The bathroom tap was loose, some plug sockets were uncovered, and the balcony door didn’t lock. The pools were a major letdown—bird droppings around the upstairs pool and thick green grime in the downstairs one, which stained swimwear. Extra charges for a balcony (£65) and parking (£12/day) added up. Also, boat residents using the facilities made it feel less exclusive. With some improvements, this could be a fantastic stay.
