Excellent stay. Staff were fab. Room lovely, quiet compact and clean. Great spacious gym, which I used every morning . Spa, indoor pool area looked gorgeous.we didn’t this facility, limited numbers can use, so you do need to reserve your slot. Nice roof top pool area, bar, dining area. Does get crowded when hotel at capacity. So much to do in Palma. Such a fab city. Would revisit the hotel. We only had a basic room I booked last minute and was last room available. You don’t get coffee facilities in this type of room - you do get a free mini bar . However you can upgrade and get a nespresso machine. Just in case you love your morning coffee. You can get a complimentary coffee at reception too. Would recommend to others

Ideal property for location. Not ideal property if you value a great night sleep- our room was so loud, the walls were very thin you could hear everything next door and in the corridor which is disappointing. We did ask to move rooms but were not able to do so. Indoor pool and spa nice, however rooms could do with some modernising.

This is an ok property. Stayed as a family of four and the room is very tight (probably better for 2 people). The location is nice though- easily walkable to the waterfront in 25 minutes and to the main square in about 15. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants scattered close by and it felt quiet and safe. Tip if you plan to do the yoga ask well in advance- we inquired day before and were told it was booked. The pool is small but nice on a hot day. The indoor pool costs extra. All in all was ok but would stay elsewhere next time for our family.

My family of 4 stayed here 1 night before our flight back to Barcelona. Checkin and checkout was easy. Our room wasn’t ready when we got to the hotel so they stored our luggage and we just relaxed in the lounge area. It wasn’t too long of a wait and our room was ready around 2pm but we were charged 10 euros for an early check in, as the regular time was 3pm. They have a rooftop pool and longe area which was nice but hot during the day. We ended up going to the indoor pool/spa which includes lockers, towels, a dry and wet sauna. Again we had to pay 10 euros per person to use the indoor pool/spa. The room was nice and clean. It was a little tight for 4 people. The mini fridge in the room came stocked with drinks and was free to consume. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed was ok too. Overall it was a nice short stay for my family.

Fräscht hotell, med god frukost. Dock hade hotellrummet ingen balkong (endast 6 rum har), vilket gjorde det svårt att torka handdukar och badkläder efter en dag på stranden. Det blev fuktigt i rummet och alla kläder drog till sig en fuktig lukt. Under frukosten verkade personalen oorganiserad, de verkade inte ha koll när viss ingrediens saknades och man fick påminna flera gånger. Överlag trevlig personal! Hotellet låg nära city. Det tog ca 10 min promenad dit. Bra hotell, nära till allt, bussar som tog en till stränderna mm. Kostade endast 2 €/person en sträcka. Poolen verkar stor på bilderna men det är den inte. Det är en liten (barn) pool. Förvänta dig inga längder där! Dock helt ok att ligga och sola på takterrassen när man varit på stranden en heldag.

Check in experience terrible - took almost half an hour as the staff were just clueless. Room smelt damp. Shower flooded bathroom when used - staff not interested and didn’t even bring spare towels as “housekeeping had gone home”. Aside from these issues (!) stay was ok.

Just back today from a 3 night stay. Great hotel, 7 mins from Plaza dEspana and all the shops. The rooftop bar and pool,sunbathing area was fab. Staff super friendly. Room basic but clean/funtional. Would defo recommend. Only thing we missed was only mirror in bathroom. One in hallway too far away from the plugs so a mirror on the desk would be ideal.

Not ideal property if you value a great night sleep- our room was so loud, the walls were very thin you could hear everything next door and in the corridor which is disappointing. Jättefint hotell jag gärna återvänder till. Rummen var stora och bekväma. Kanonbra städning, fri minbar som fylldes på varje dag. När vi var där i mars så hade man tillgång till takterassen, även om inte poolen och baren var öppen. Men trevligt att kunna sitta där ändå. Måste vara kanonbra att vara där på sommaren då det fanns många solstolar och en trevlig men liten pool. Läget var bra, det tog ca 15 minuter att gå till Gamla Stan. 5 minuter att gå till de trevliga kvarteren runt Placa Major. Ett bageri utanför hotellet. Enda nackdelen var att rummet var ganska lyhört. Vi hörde både trafik och när personer som pratade i korridoren ganska väl. Men i det stora hela - ett hotell jag gärna besökt igen!

Stay was good. Central hotel near old town, restaurants and bars etc. Great central location hotel. However lots of noise in the morning, thin walls as sounded like people moving furniture which was annoying. Shower needed updating in room. There's a, step so it's not advisable for anyone travelling with the elderly as it's very tricky and slippy. Got 2 single beds put together rather than double.... No kettle in room also. Pool and bar area is great for central hotel escape and spa however

This review could have been higher but I’m really disappointed with how the hotel have handled my complaint. I booked this hotel for a special 40th birthday celebration for my friends and I - it was NOT cheap - but we were enticed by the rooftop pool and bar and most importantly: indoor pool and spa! On arrival at the hotel we were not informed of any issues with the spa other than the sauna wasn’t working. However on the Saturday when we actually wanted to use the spa and pool, we were told it was all closed. We mentioned we’d only been told about the sauna, to which we were told “no the whole thing is shut for maintenance”. We received zero communication about this prior to arriving and when we asked the person if they had any suggestions for alternatives she simply suggested going to a bar!!! She was super rude about it and not apologetic in the slightest. Good customer service would have apologised and maybe offered a free cocktail by way of making up for it! We’ve been told subsequently that the spa and indoor pool aren’t part of the room price therefore they won’t offer even a small refund- however I would argue that if you advertise something as an amenity - it absolutely is taken into considerationSo that’s the reason for the poor review. The rooms were nice enough but honestly for the price we paid not special enough. The breakfast was divine - really generous & delicious. The rooftop bar was fab. The pool wasn’t really a pool - you certainly won’t be swimming in it!

Excelente experiencia, el hotel es muy cómodo y agradable. El personal es atento y muy servicial. El segundo día tuve problema con la caja fuerte y el cerrojo de la ventana, de inmediato llegaron a arreglarlos, y como no funcionó, me hicieron upgrade a una mejor habitación y hasta una cita gratuita del spa como compensación. Hotellet ligger superbra till för att vistas i Palma, men nära förbindelser så att man enkelt kan dra till stranden som man vill. Även nära till flygbussarna. Snygg ren och ljus inredning - lite åt "boutiqehållet". Kanonfrukost och mycket trevlig personal. Ligger inte mitt i turiststråket (men absolut nära nog att promenera dit på 10 min) utan mer i ett område där lokalbefolkningen bor, vilket gjorde att vi hittade en riktigt supermysig restaurantgata 200 m från hotellet men underbar mat och inte turistpriser. Vi rekommenderar varmt.

We were very happy with the hotel, good location with easy walking distance to the old town and train station. Only 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We booked the spa for Euro 8 per person for 90 minutes which was nice. We also enjoyed the massage that we had booked. The breakfast has everything one could hope for and staff where always helpful providing glutenfree bread. The room was airy and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel and go back for a visit in the future.
