Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sogar Nachts wurde uns mit einer dünneren Bettdecke ausgeholfen. Das Ambiente im Empfangsraum war wunderschön mit den Lampen, Kerzen und Kunstfeuerstellen. Wir hatten sogar die Möglichkeit Billard und Dart zu spielen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, leider haben wir paar Haare und Fussel gefunden,trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war ein üppiges Buffet, da ist definitiv für jeden etwas dabei. Abendessen ist im Hotelrestaurant möglich. Wir hatten Bürger mit Pommes, was sehr gesättigt hat. Die Umgebung selbst war nicht so schön, da sie aus vielen Plattenbauten besteht. Kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vom Hotel aus gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Botanische Garten ist ebenfalls mit Auto sehr schnell und gut erreichbar und lohnt sich zu besichtigen, zu Fuß ca 30 min (Laut Personal).
