Once we arrived for one day trip in Sitges, we were informed that the rooftop (the main point of our choice) was closed from 4pm to 8pm for a priva-te event. We went to the pool by 3pm And people were organizing everything And we were asked to be carefull With the stage. Service also terrible, I asked for towels at the pool bar And I was told to head to reception to get it, so I went All wet in the elevator to the ground floor. The spa pics are Same as it is but its paid and need to be booked, even with the other pool closed. So we got an average hotel paying fake serviços/installations as were n’t available for us. Gym is also very Basic And not worth it. Breakfast was the only good thing

Great location, lovely staff and fantastic breakfast. However, it needs to get with the 21st century. Tv has limited channels and no option of screen mirroring or access to media apps such as Netflix etc. Bedroom also had no full length mirror which was a shame. Also nowhere to hang wet towels. The rooftop pool is also very small with limited sunbathing options

If you drive and park at the hotel be aware they use a car elevator. Our small SUV Hybrid rental worked fine. Large SUVs may need to park on the street. Quiet, well located hotel with a friendly staff.

It was very good, except for an issue with the lifts breaking down ( and one not repaired 3 days later). Evidently this was due to very heavy rain, but I am unclear as to the exact cause and affect connection here.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Sitges. Staff was friendly and service was solid. We enjoyed the roof top pool though Saturday they closed it to hotel guests for a private event (little bit odd). Otherwise, all was enjoyable.

Nice hotel, room was a little dated and a few areas needing minor attention, cracked glass and mirrors. Rooftop area is very nice as were most of the staff there. Gym area was disappointing with a number of machines not working, only one running machine that was broken. Needs some attention! Reception staff excellent, kind and helpful

The property is a little older and some of the infrastructure is showing its age. For example, the 2 small elevators were working intermittently, which was very inconvenient. However, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Lovely boutique hotel a block from the sea front and main shopping, restaurant and bars of Sitges. The staff were excellent and very helpful which goes a long way to make a memorable holiday. There’s a roof top terrace with bar, seating area and great views overlooks the town. Occasional music and events are held too, which can get busy with hotel and non guest. We stayed for our anniversary and took advantage of the Spa 60 minute hydrotherapy session which was fantastic. The breakfasts are very good quality and range. The waitress (name?) was so friendly, hospitable and always smiling n happy. The room booked was a junior executive suite on 6th floor with a side sea view, very spacious and huge bed. Only disadvantage was it looked tired and there was a strip of wallpaper peeling off the external wall & the furniture was dog-eared / looking old fashioned now. I’d say the hotel is ready for a full refurbishment in the next few years, to keep contemporary and in vogue with the area and MiM hotels chain. I would go again though.

For a supposed 4* property this was lacking in the details. Significant mould smell in the hotel Room coffee supplies not replenished daily. Room bottled water not replenished. No tissues/Kleenex in the room. No face cloths No pen and paper in the room Roof top pool had no towels, one had to go to reception and sign out towels. Inconvenient. Poor service despite adequate staff on rooftop bar.

We’d been here some years back and then we were very happy about out. Sadly this was not the case this time! Best thing about the hotel is: nice location, great gym and rooftop and pleasant people working in the breakfast area. BUT about the rest: The hotel is very dated and tired and you can see that there is a lack of general maintenance. In addition - it is NOT CLEAN - both in our room (superior) and in the common areas. When we went and told them about the lack of cleaning, they took a note of it but we never got any feedback at all - and we did not experience any improvement. The were paint crakcing from the ceiling in the bathroom, the glassdoor to the bathroom was cracked, and the AC - when turned on to actually cool the room down - started dripping (we got told this was not news to them - but then someone should fix it insted of doing nothing). Even when checking out nobody asked us about our stay or followed up on our comments about the cleaning. When we booked and upgraded our room we did so to stay at a 4 star hotel with the quality one should expect to get - but this was not a 4 star experience. We will not stay here again and in the city of Sitges there are lots of hotels where you get a lot more value for money.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but considering the price we paid, I was shocked by the following: We booked a Junior Suite that was filthy, with stains all over the carpet. I was totally disgusted by what appeared to be bodily fluid stains, which is really unacceptable for nearly 300 euros per night! There is only one complimentary bottle of water in the Junior Suite, two espresso pods, and no special amenities. If you want more water or coffee during your multi-day stay, you have to pay extra. I had to call reception to get a hairdryer. If you want a towel for the pool (located on the 6th floor), you have to go down to reception and leave a 20-euro deposit. There is a spa, but even as a guest, you have to pay extra to use it. The lady at the breakfast area is very nice but extremely loud, making it uncomfortable to witness her constant shouting. It's a pity because the hotel staff is nice (we appreciated the Cava for my partner's birthday), but overall, it gives the impression that they are trying to be a high-standard hotel, yet it ultimately feels cheap.

This should be a great hotel but was so badly let down by lack of attention to detail. The rooms are a dreadful and really frustrating design. There isn’t anywhere to hang any wet swimming gear for example. The pool was grubby and over crowded and the breakfast frequently ran out of food. There are much better in Sitges than this.

La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. La habitación es grande pero las tomas de luz no tienen mucho sentido. Tiene balcón pero es inaccesible ya que son ilegales. Las habitaciones las venden como que son casi independientes y resulta que a mi me tocó una que tenía un rellano privado con la habitación de al lado... en fin, para mi gusto muy caro para lo que es, supongo que tendrá 4 estrellas por quién es el dueño, porque por lo demás es como un 3 estrellas recién subido de categoría.

Marketed as 4 star boutique hotel but sadly let down by condition of bedroom. Chipped furniture and peeling wallpaper did not reflect the rest of hotel. When issues including photos sent to hotel no offer of compensation just thanks for raising issue. Would not stay with this hotel group again based on this experience

I love the MiM and this was my fourth stay here. However, I was placed in Room 208 and I would avoid this if you can. The most bizarre thing is that the bathroom/toilet doesn't have a door. The staff at reception told me that it was removed to make the room more accessible – I'm not sure I buy that as having stayed here previously, these are usually sliding doors. I had booked my room as a twin and I don't think there's anything particularly good about sharing a room without a toilet door! Another slight gripe was that it's the only room that has a palm tree right outside it. When I stayed there it was quite windy, so the leaves were banging against the window all night. I appreciate that's nature, but with the bizarre no toilet door scenario, it made this stay less fun.

The front desk staff and cleaning services at the hotel couldn’t have been better. Front desk were lovely and very helpful and our room and common areas were always beautifully cleaned. Some of the room features could use updating, no USB charging, must use adaptor plugs for every device. We booked a King Size bed, this turned out to be 2 beds pushed together with a mattress topper that didn’t fully cover both beds which was not the best. The bedside tables were scratched and needed replacing. Generally still the best hotel in Sitges but definitely needs an update

We had high hopes for this hotel having heard from other people but overall found it a little disappointing. Initial impressions are really good - the lobby is bright and impressive, and the room looked good. But after a day or so the cracks started to appear. The hotel was obviously really plush when it opened but it seems that there are areas that haven’t been updated. Wallpaper in the rooms is peeling, the corridors are scuffed, one of the sinks in our room was cracked and the tap leaked, the shower door did not close properly and soaked the bathroom every time it was used (we were in 404). Toiletries are decent but no tissues in the bathroom. The WiFi is absolutely hopeless, it drops out every 30 seconds or so. The view from our window was also pretty grim - it looked like there may have been a planted area outside but now it’s just gravelly dirt. The rooftop pool is tiny and you can’t really sunbathe up there - it’s more for drinks and eating and is definitely good for that. We didn’t use the gym, spa or restaurant. Staff were friendly enough. Location though is great with easy walking to the beach, loads of bars and restaurants. I’m not sure we’d stay again - would need to know that some of the other rooms are a bit better appointed.

Nice clean room(508) however there was a packet of tablets behind the bedside cabinet on right hand side and dusty, the decor is showing it's age along with damages to wallpaper and scuffs on walls, there was once a door covering the mini fridge that was missing, the air conditioning, we diddnt use, however we tried to warm the room up bit couldn't manage to get it to work/ non responsive. There is obvious signs there used to be voil curtains aswell as normal curtains but these seem to be missing. The toilet made a strange gurgling noise after being flushed. charging to use a tea bag or coffee capsule I have not seen for a long time when in all other hotels I have stayed in tea coffee and water is complementary in a room. There is a broken vase on the spiral staircase on the 4th floor. An intermittent high pitched noise coming the sound system in the foyer bar area, the roof top bar is very nice but the furniture looks a bit tired, all staff were very polite and friendly, upon check in another member of staff would have helped to reduce the time to check in (almost 45 minutes) apart from all that, sorry for the negativity it was a very pleasant stay for one night.

Junior suite has an open design so the bathroom is always in full view of the rest of the room, noise and lights in the middle of the night. And a silly unusable bathtub just waiting for someone to break a few bones as no bars to get out. Rug in room needs changing as it’s many years old. No grab bars I shower.

The hotel is lovely but needs to clear up a few service issues . Our first morning at breakfast was totally chaotic . There was one lady working trying to do everything which resulted in nobody around to help when needed . Our table not cleared of dirty plates & having to chase her around to give our breakfast order . She ended up dropping a pile of plates as she was so over stretched . Not a good experience for us either . We worked out the system by ourselves . The second problem we had regarding service was on the rooftop bar . There was 6 of us staying in the hotel & decided on our first night after arriving in the evening to go up to eat . The gentleman started off very friendly . We received all our food & he said the bar was closing at a certain time . He said don’t worry you can order before closing & stay as long as you get your order in before closing which we did . He then proceeded to rush us out & get very rude after a short while . I can assure you we weren’t a loud drunken group just wanted to finish our drinks . 🍷. !! We are in our 60’s & one 75 year old so he hardly had to worry we were going to keep him up late !!!! This is unfortunate for the rest of the staff certainly reception who were very friendly & helpful .

Lovely hotel. room very nice, quite spacious. Shower excellent, didn't use the bath but looked impressive! Bed was huge and good support. Staff at reception and breakfast were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - cereal choice was limited but plenty of other options available. The hotel is in an ideal location - just set back 100m or so from the sea front. I doubt any room could have a sea view as another hotel in front, but it wasn't overlooked or cramped. It was a short walk into town, plenty of restaurants/bars within a couple of minutes walk. Only disappointment was the Sky Bar/roof top terrace. The actual place was fine and you had excellent views of the city and limited views of the sea, but service was terrible. One guy was very good but unfortunately he was behind the bar most of the time. There was a young lady obviously very new and learning the job - she was really nice and doing her best but the guy who was 'mentoring' her was terrible. Forgot drinks orders, got orders wrong, extremely slow in serving and generally had a 'I couldn't give a ****' attitude. Real shame, we never went back after the 1st night. But we WOULD go back to this hotel and Sitges itself is amazing, we will be returning

Great location near beach, shops and restaurants. Spa was great! Rooftop bar is nice as well. Service could be better. Buffet was very mediocre (cold eggs, slow). Tough to get service on the rooftop bar, and housekeeping was a bit underwhelming. One day with virtually no toilet paper, out of soap, no towels one day. Overall - nice hotel in a great location that could benefit from a bit of an improvement in service.

MIM is an amazing hotel. Great rooms, great staff, great service, honestly could not fault it at all. Only thing to note is that the pool is much smaller and shallower than you expect. However just go to the beach, it’s only a minute away! Will certainly be back.

We stayed 26-28 Feb, 26. Lovely location by the water. Had to ask twice for more hangers. One of the two lifts is broken. Towels are very thin. Building noise from 7am every day next door. Food is very nice. Roof top bar is cool. No fresh bottled water left by the maid.

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Sitges. De catégorie supérieure, j’ai bénéficié d’une chambre junior vue sur ville d’une grande surface et au design soigné. Elle était d’autant plus confortable que la litterie était à mon goût. La force de cet hôtel surprenant joue un bel avantage avec son bar restaurant et piscine sur le toit ouvert à tous. Je vous invite à prendre le temps justement d’y passer du temps ! Les plats sont soignés et la vue est très belle. Cet hôtel a du succès ! Mais victime de son succès il faut s’y prendre à l’avance pour réserver la chambre voulue. D’ailleurs, ici et là, quelques marques d’usures des mobiliers ou autres sont à noter mais absolument rien grave ! Là aussi, je prendrai une nouvelle réservation avec plaisir !

Lovely hotel. room very nice, quite spacious. Shower excellent, didn't use the bath but looked impressive! Bed was huge and good support. Staff at reception and breakfast were lovely, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - cereal choice was limited but plenty of other options available. The hotel is in an ideal location - just set back 100m or so from the sea front. I doubt any room could have a sea view as another hotel in front, but it wasn't overlooked or cramped. It was a short walk into town, plenty of restaurants/bars within a couple of minutes walk. Only disappointment was the Sky Bar/roof top terrace. The actual place was fine and you had excellent views of the city and limited views of the sea, but service was terrible. One guy was very good but unfortunately he was behind the bar most of the time. There was a young lady obviously very new and learning the job - she was really nice and doing her best but the guy who was 'mentoring' her was terrible. Forgot drinks orders, got orders wrong, extremely slow in serving and generally had a 'I couldn't give a ****' attitude. Real shame, we never went back after the 1st night. But we WOULD go back to this hotel and Sitges itself is amazing, we will be returning

Lovely welcome from the staff, even though we were several hours early. The staff took care of our luggage for free and offered to call when the room was available (this didn’t happen as it wasn’t available before the designated check in time - which is fine). The room was spacious and clean, air con worked well. Good nights sleep! The breakfast was good - minimal for gluten free and consequently a bit pricey paying $20 for a bowl of fruit. My partner enjoyed the non GF options though. Location - tremendous! Terrace pool looked awesome, a little showy with the sunbeds so never used and went to the beach. Good (again limited for GF) but tasty, wine was excellent. Service was great. Gym was a nice added bonus, just a bit warm. Overall, lovely hotel, will stay again - for anybody gluten free there is a lovely restaurant/bar directly opposite called Federal - best meal of the week and so tasty!!

Great location near beach, shops and restaurants. Spa was great! Rooftop bar is nice as well. Service could be better. Buffet was very mediocre (cold eggs, slow). Tough to get service on the rooftop bar, and housekeeping was a bit underwhelming. One day with virtually no toilet paper, out of soap, no towels one day. Overall - nice hotel in a great location that could benefit from a bit of an improvement in service.
