The room was too expensive for what was offered. The cleanliness was disappointing, and despite booking a river-view room, the view was not as good as expected. For this price, breakfast and spa access should have been included. I’ve stayed at much better hotels in Quebec for less, with breakfast included.

The television didn’t work from the first day that I got there. I put a request in to have it fixed and for the entire five days that I was there they did not fix it.

The check-in took 20 minutes because the only person on duty was tied up in a phone conversation. At 10 PM we discovered the toilet was plugged. We were offered a plunger, not a different room. And the television didn't work. We were compensated but in my view inadequately.

I’d give it overall a very average review. Rooms are incredibly basic and you’d think that they could include a couple of water bottles. I think at Costco they cost less than 10 cents. I couldn’t even purchase a bottle of water because the vending machine was sold out. It wouldn’t take much to go from average to good.
