The property was extremely dirty. The elevator had wires exposed. People were smoking weed all around me and it filled my room with the smell. No one could use the pool because the pool was filthy. Do not recommend staying here. Will never stay here again. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Very pleasant. This hotel was formerly the Comfort Inn Rancho Cordova and, still the standards of a Comfort Inn which is above par. Nice big clean pool and new spacious rooms make this a very pleasant stay.

The room service was great. I just wish the pool had been open and there was coffee in the morning to drink. Other than that I would recommend going here again.

They are not a comfort hotels property any more, quote comfort hotels. There’s no pool and the property is being rented out to the county for the homeless. Trash and dry rot everywhere and to top it off no soap and the TV didn’t work. Should refund my money since it’s free for homeless.

The photos are incredibly misleading, the pool is completely empty with dead tree branches filling it. The place looks incredibly run down and the staff were not nice when i first came to check in. When i got upset about how high the deposit the guy began to what looked like he was laughing at me finding it funny. On google maps this place has a barely 2 star review (when i originally saw it, it had a 1.7 star)

- Front desk was closed when we arrived - We called a number and a person helped out, they were courteous - advertises the property has a pool , there is a ditch with grass and weed growing in it - advertises the property has breakfast included, there were no food options on the premise - The room had no trash cans, no cups to drink water - Shower rod was almost broken This is a room to stay-in and that is about it. Surrounded with weird and dirty surroundings. I had booked 2 night and checked out immediately the next morning.

Stained sheets, tub drain clogged, room door would stick so bad you had to body slam it to get in or out, no hand towels or bathmat, no room phones, no ice machines. It was fairly quiet, bed was comfortable, staff were available in office.

Don't be fooled by the pictures.This a run down hotel with no amenities. There is NO pool (filled with rocks). There is NO breakfast. Read the reviews, there hasn't been a decent review for years. I think it mwybe used to be nice, but back in 2020. But the room was safe and clean, the feont deak was friendly, and its a good location. So if you need a super cheap hotel, just a safe place for the night, it was okay.

The first room leaked water from sink. Second room the bathtub was filthy, who knows when it was lasted cleaned. There were no towels. I shower with my flip flops on. Had to dry off with clothes. There was a black widow under the A/C. The door keys and door knobs didn’t work right. I left the hotel at 3:30am. I was careful to not shut the door while loading the car as I had a 4 year old with me. After loading everything and the child I tried to leave the key at the office. There was no one there and no phone number for an emergency. I returned to the room to leave the key inside, only the key no longer worked to open the door. Now imagine if I had closed the door while loading my things with the child asleep inside? The TV n hunting it . Ouhnyhuhhujkomb

Awful all around very careless staff and roaches all over. Rooms were not clean and people sleeping in the back parking lot in the cars and in bushes. Not the ideal place they promote. On top it off I had no toilet paper and no cable/wifi and no phone in room and never refunded me me deposit. Awful awful please do not stay

The room looked super clean but we did see a small bug as we were leaving. I read reviews about roaches but they underwent an inspection on September 25,2025, so I think they are trying to clean it up. It seems like possible new owners. Also, I think people are living there, which can be hard to clean up. No shame in needing a place to stay at that’s cheap. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom was super clean and it had towels, soaps, washcloth. Staff was really friendly and seemed helpful to people who needed things, we didn’t need anything. Free breakfast was decent, juice, toast, bagels, and eggs. I had eggs both days!! Coffee too. If I wasn’t pregnant I would have tried the all you can eat sushi next store!!!

The pictures look nothing like the property! Upon arrival the windows were boarded up people doing drugs outside. It was so dirty. The lobby was falling apart it looked nothing like the pictures. I didn't see a pool or gym either. I've ruffed it out in a few hotels but we didn't stay it was so bad. They moved us to four different rooms. The first the sheets were so dirty not changed, the second same but TV didn't work, third same but fridge didn't work the fourth cockroaches, pee on one wall blood and poop on another, sheets not washed, cigarettes on the floor, dirty floor and fire alarm hanging from ceiling, no channels. Do not stay unless you do drugs and like unsafe dirty environments!

Honestly it wasn’t bad, I’ve only seen 2 bugs in my room, not a problem for me. But one thing is that I’m 6ft and the queen bed wasn’t big enough. Me laying down in the bed my feet was hanging off the bed, so if your 6ft or taller I wouldn’t recommend the queen bed.

The pictures are not updated. Our room was a king bed suite. There was just a king bed and one night stand. The phone didn’t even have a Jack to plug into the wall. I didn’t see a smoke alarm. The hotel room smelled like cleaning stuff with a mix of old Kim chee. 2 small towels for a shower. For 2 people mind you and a small hand towel. No floor mat, no coffee maker, no blow dryer, no iron. Flies were buzzing around so I killed those. Slept with lights on cause I feared roaches from the reviews. Left that room spotless and still haven’t seen my deposit. There was no noise thank God. Didn’t even bother with the pool. Hotel sign is all covered up. Will not stay here again. Hopefully they revamp the place… I was totally disappointed. I am thankful however for the clean fridge and the nice tv. You guys need to get it together.

Room was a great value. I always take off a star if I don’t feel the room door lock is sufficient. This door just had a quick deadbolt on the regular handle & no secondary locking mechanism. It opened from the inside by simply opening the door. I didn’t sleep well I kept thinking I heard people coming in the room as I didn’t feel secure enough with that one lock. I didn’t have breakfast but the eggs looked really nice! Not boxed scrambled eggs but singular eggs with yolks individually cooked.they also had sausage, baked goods, juices, & fruit.

There are many families stating at this hotel because it is cheap. Unfortunately the walls in this place are the thinnest I have ever experienced and there are doors from neighboring rooms that lead into your room. The neighbors where a family of two adults and six children of various ages. as they spoke it was as if they were speaking in my room. The kids kept trying the door knob to my room from their room all night and they were playing basketball against the walls while screaming at their kids and watching Southpark at full volume. I really felt I got to share the whole experience with them since the walls are so thin. They didn't quite down until after 1:30AM. The police were called but apparently couldn't do anything to move them out, and the Hotel would't move my room. It was worse than my sleeping in my car. The staff was non-existent until the morning, and i never got my free breakfast becasue I felt I didn't sleep the whole night, worried the nieghbors were going to burst into my room at any moment. The hallways smell strongly of drug smoke. lots of people living here long term. I will never book here again and regret everything about the place.

This was seriously the weirdest hotel stay I have experienced. Check in was bizarre. I was in line behind two other people. When I got to the front and said this experience was weird I was not heard at all. It was so weird. I don't even know how to quantify the weirdness! Also, the breakfast made no sense. There was no coffee. I gotta stop here because I don't have to time to continue with this. I will not be going back. I hope they figure it out. I'm doubtful.

I like this place, it’s quiet and convenient. The staff is very hospitable and professional and are down right good people. They make you feel like you’re at home with family and friends. They run this like home, it’s safe and relaxing and accommodating. My enjoyable experience here will keep me coming back.

The hotel had very sketching people harassing a guest who was trying to check in in the parking lot. The front door was locked when I arrived just after midnight and it took multiple calls to get someone to open the door. There was another guest who came up while I was attempting to check in and said her room was flooding and they needed his help to turn off the water. I asked the night manager if this was a "homeless Hotel" and he said yes and that it would probably be better for me to cancel the reservation and that I would have to do it through Hotels.com, he could not do it. I contacted Hotels.com from my car to cancel it but they said they would have to contact the hotel which they attempted several times, leaving me in a dangerous position in the parking lot, and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I am now being charged for 2 nights I never stayed at the hotel and was advised by the night manager to go to a safer hotel.

Terrible... Stolen Bag with Personal Items, Toiletries and Cel phone with cable. Upon checked in, personal items were set inside rooms and locked. Upon returning, personal bag was missing. Report it to front desk clerk (Mr. Sourav) who indicated that had no way to help or assist and had no access to on-site cameras. Told me to wait for manager until following day. This place is awful and took my $100 deposit and has not refunded it. It has been a week! I called the day that I checked out because it came out of my bank account and they told me they refunded it. I just had to file a dispute with my bank. Someone else said on here that they took their $100 deposit as well. What is going on here? Besides that, the place is a dump.

Despite advertising included buffet breakfast there was none. Everything other than the room was unpainted and sketchy seeming. My room was quiet and clean and totally fine & inexpensive. Hopefully the new owners will update the incorrect pictures and claims on Expedia asap and fix it up — great location for Sacramento State Aquatic Center and the price is right.

Overall facility is old, disgusting and worn out enough that Comfort Inn covered up their signs on the building. Inside of some rooms renovated and clean but most are in process of renovation. Room had bare minimum essentials. No refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker or hairdryes available in room or at hotel. Had to ask for washcloths and TV remote also. Only had coffee in lobby in a.m. No breakfast, although advertised. Looks like some rooms have full time residents. Not sure how safe the area is either. IMHO - it is overpriced for what you get. Will not return.

If you're just looking for a bed for the night, this place is adequate. But the property is dirty, and it took 4 times for me to be able to open our room door because they didn't tell us you had to turn the handle up after the green light turned on after inserting the key. Ridiculous how many times I had to go back and forth to the front desk. Also, I'm not sure who designed this place but the faucets turn on by pushing them backwards. Crazy. Not to mention there weren't enough towels, and there was a homeless man fixing a stolen bike in the parking lot. The only good thing about this place was the sushi place across the parking lot. I probably won't stay here anymore.

Please update your website pictures. The property was a little hard to figure out where it was die to no sogn on street side. Otherwise nice staff, needs a lobby renovation but clean and safe. Close to Gold Line train.

Told that all rooms were suites with an adjoining door, which I could easily hear into the other room. Smelled like someone smoked weed inside my room, which didn't diminish with time. Sketchy surroundings.

Don't be fooled by the pictures.This a run down hotel with no amenities. There is NO pool (filled with rocks). There is NO breakfast. Read the reviews, there hasn't been a decent review for years. I think it mwybe used to be nice, but back in 2020. But the room was safe and clean, the feont deak was friendly, and its a good location. So if you need a super cheap hotel, just a safe place for the night, it was okay.

The room looked super clean but we did see a small bug as we were leaving. I read reviews about roaches but they underwent an inspection on September 25,2025, so I think they are trying to clean it up. It seems like possible new owners. Also, I think people are living there, which can be hard to clean up. No shame in needing a place to stay at that’s cheap. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom was super clean and it had towels, soaps, washcloth. Staff was really friendly and seemed helpful to people who needed things, we didn’t need anything. Free breakfast was decent, juice, toast, bagels, and eggs. I had eggs both days!! Coffee too. If I wasn’t pregnant I would have tried the all you can eat sushi next store!!!

No butter for toast, no salt or pepper, sausages, no cream cheese for bagels. No elevator 1st day, very difficult walking due to sciatica pain. Staff didn't even know closest hospital- should have that info avaliable. I guess you get what you pay for, will never stay there again.

The breakfast bar was terrible because it opened up at seven, but by the time we got there around 8:25 almost all of the food in the breakfast bar was gone. Room was a great value. I always take off a star if I don’t feel the room door lock is sufficient. This door just had a quick deadbolt on the regular handle & no secondary locking mechanism. It opened from the inside by simply opening the door. I didn’t sleep well I kept thinking I heard people coming in the room as I didn’t feel secure enough with that one lock. I didn’t have breakfast but the eggs looked really nice! Not boxed scrambled eggs but singular eggs with yolks individually cooked.they also had sausage, baked goods, juices, & fruit.

You get what you pay for. There was a serious leak under the sink, which I told them about 3 different times, and it never got fixed. I figured if they didn't care, why should I. The internet was poor and not working most of the time. The breakfast was prison like food and house keeping didn't stop by once during my 5 day stay. I had to buy my own TP, Kleenex and washcloth. The room only had 2 bath towels.

Walkways are in poor condition. Concrete falling off the steps to upper floors. Elevator worked but looked as if it needed a lot of repair. Exterior has many needs of repair and also painting. Room was clean and ordinary but no headboard or wall decoration. Room had been freshly painted but had a musty mold like smell.Was sold a room with morning breakfast, yet there is no breakfast. Only coffee. Would never book this place again.

The rooms we’re discussing, Holes in walls , holes in doors Broken stuff , dirty floors, dirty blankets, No towels provided until we asked for some I let the front personnel about the situation and they switched us rooms but it was still dirty and with broken towel rack and holes on walls and blankets. There was also some guys outside breaking into guest cars empty the cars it was past midnight so 2 of had to sleep in the car just so they wouldn’t still our stuff 😬😢
