Property was ok, beds and pillows were confortable. Parking was minimal and not sufficient to accommodate extended stay, contrary to website. But parking close by which worked but was more costly than the hotel we usually stay at.

We use this property frequently for “night before flights” from YEG. We find it ideally located for this. The confused roadways/signage in the area is its biggest drawback. The traffic basically across the front of the business to a Tim Hortons makes access/leaving the premises a “dodge the traffic” game.

Lobby and hallways are dingy and a little dirty could use a good.scrub down, but the rooms and bathrooms clean and the bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!

The room was clean and everything was fine until I pulled the bedding back, and both beds had hair all over the sheets, and you could clearly see that someone had been laying in the beds as the sheets were not smooth, they were all wrinkly. I called the front desk and they offered to switch us rooms. However we were ready for bed at that point so instead we got two sets of new bedding and had to remake both beds….. not exactly what you wanna do right when you’re going to bed out of the shower. I think the cleaning staff needs to wear hair nuts as we found hair in the clean bedding as well.

We checked in for 3 nights. There was a child’s sock on the floor, there were hot wheels cars in a drawer and there was a used facecloth in the bathtub. When you sat or laid down on the mattress you sank into a definite hole. The pillows were also very lumpy. The breakfast was very limited. Whole hotel needs a refurbish. Looking tired. Staff was very friendly.

Nothing we checked in and room was not clean bedsheet was dirty had hair on it we went to fromt desk desk nd they dont have any room available and we will refund you (expedia) we didnt stayed their and even didnt get refund from expedia we will be glad if we get that cause it was hotels call to give refund not ours

Well the ac didnt work properly in the room. It was very loud and we got told to open a window haha. Breakfast here is bland. also no bagels or bread was out but when we came back later there was a couple bagels Also the smell in the room was over powering like a food smell.so that was a positive. Location is good. Now we have stayed at worst places and the morning staff was friendly.Probably would not stay here again.

Didn’t get much sleep, even with earplugs. You can hear the neighbors tv, water running, air system… I expected traffic noise but the walls and windows block nothing. If you’re an average to light sleep I wouldn’t stay here. Breakfast area was small and food was prepackaged. We went to Tim’s. The hotel itself is showing its age. I didn’t use the “exercise room” but heads up if you intend to… an oversized closet with no door the opens to the lobby and breakfast area . Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable.

I arrived from Ontario late at night. The girl at the front desk asked if i was hungry. I said well yes.. she immediately grabbed me some yogurt, muffin and an orange. Very thoughtful

Most of the front desk staff were not remotely interested in providing customer service to anyone. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived, when I asked about breakfast there was a general hand wave in the direction of the dining room, and an overall lack of positivity about the hotel and my arrival. I booked a pet friendly room for my stay and in all my walks past the front desk to take my dogs outside, there was no acknowledgement that I was a guest at the hotel, not a smile or cordial hello at any time. I will not stay here again and have shared my experience with family and friends as well.

Tim Hortons in the same parking lot the outlet mall is literally across the street. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was minimal but for what you paid you can’t complain.

Room was super clean and staff were very friendly. They were helpful with all queries, printing boarding passes, late check out and airport shuttle. Breakfast was plenty sufficient. Not much in surrounding area if you don't have a car. Quite a varied mix of hotel customers. Bit noisy at night time. Corridors had a strange aged smell. Overall, was a positive stayand great for our needs. Would stay again.

Continental breakfast was good with eggs, yogurt, bagels, pancakes and available at 5 am. Coffee in the lobby 24 hours. Clean room with comfortable bed, fridge and microwave. Older hotel but clean and is being renovated. Staff there were spectacular. It’s always nice to come into an establishment and everyone is smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was also great (the pancake making machine is a nice touch and delicious)

Although the rooms and facilities are dated, the stay was quiet and comfortable. The provided breakfast was very limited and the coffee was very poor. The front desk staff was very friendly! For the price point I would stay again.
