Property is near the transcanada highway which makes it easy to get on the road. No room service to order food or drinks except through the Zipo restaurant attached to it but the property has direct access through the hotel to the mall. Only take about the room is the sink is outside the bathroom.

There is no non-slip mat in the shower, the floor in the shower is so slippery that my daughter has fallen in the shower more than three times. Call customer service to deliver the non-slip mat.

For a family trip this is not the hotel. There is no microwave or ice machine. The rooms are loud from the outside and the air/heat system is not good, had many issues trying to get a proper temp. The bathroom’s ventilation is bad and everyone can hear you of what’s going on.

The hotel was good…however our room was just too close to the pool and gym. The noise from someone dropping weights at 8.00am was disturbing…we were placed on the 3rd floor as it was their pet-friendly floor, however this room was just too close… Housekeeping need to make sure quality and condition of towels provided are presentable… Front desk staff excellent! Food at restaurant was good. Room was spacious.

Tout était parfait sauf 2 choses: Le plancher de la douche devient dangereusement glissant après une première douche. Ai suggéré l'application d'un produit anti-dérapant tel qu'il en existe dans le marché, du type ''anti-skid spray''. Le matelas est confortable mais peu importe le mouvement fait par l'autre personne durant la nuit, ce mouvement est transmis à l'autre au point de nuire au sommeil durant toute la nuit. Il y a pourtant longtemps que ce désagrément a été résolu par les fabricants de matelas. Ce défaut est donc inacceptable pour un hôtel de cette qualité.

Great stay! Staff (check-in and check-out) was very welcoming, smiling, made sure ww had wverythibg we needed. The hotel is very recent so everything is nice and clean. The underground free parking was appreciated considering the weather. The pool is small but very clean and we had a lot of fun swimming in it as a family. We didn't try the restaurant (Zibo) but it is quite practical to have a restaurant on site. We really don't have any negative points to mention. We would definitely stay here again and refer it to friends and family.

This hotel is awful, and the service sucks. The staff was super rude. I wouldn't go there. When I checked in, they told me some stuff about the hotel (there is no free breakfast, and there is a fitness room and a pool on the 3rd floor). I made a 3-minute local call from their phone, and they charged me 50$! When I called the front desk to ask why and why no one told me about the phone charges, the lady said they don't tell guests that. I was really disappointed, I paid almost 300$ for 1 night and I got the worse service ever. It's better to stay in a bestwestern/ holiday inn instead. I regret staying in this Sheraton. I do not recommand. Also they told me that I was in the VIP room but they were no pain on the pillar in the room. I book alot on expedia, but this was the worse.

What a disappointing experience. We paid over $300 per night to stay at this Sheraton in the outskirts of Montréal from December 24–25, and it was far below the Sheraton standard we expected. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel restaurant would be closed on both December 24 and 25, and that only a continental breakfast would be offered. Unfortunately, calling it “continental” is generous. It consisted only of toast and cold cereals. At a Sheraton, we reasonably expect options such as viennoiseries, fresh fruit, or a proper buffet. To make matters worse, despite having booked a room for four people, the room was clearly prepared for only two: only 2 hangers, 3 bath towels, and just 2 coffee cups. We had to contact reception several times to obtain basic items, which should never be necessary at this price point or for a hotel of this brand. Next time I visit St-Hyacinthe, I will choose the Holiday Inn, where the breakfast buffet is far superior and the attention to guests is noticeably better.
