Conveniently located walking distance to shops and the beach, this well-serviced and thoughtfully appointed Tourist Park will suit couples and families. An impressive pool and waterslide, as well as Games Room with pinball machines. Great holiday park. Nice cabin with limited cooking facilities although there is a private bbq on the verandah. Very walkable to town. Air Conditioner wasn’t working which was a bit of an issue on a couple of really cold mornings. Plenty of facilities, especially for kids.

Haven’t stayed at this park in approximately 9 years & it has certainly been revamped amazingly. The new ocean breeze cabin we stayed in was lovely & clean, the park as a whole was well maintained & the new kids splash play area was a hit with our babies. We will definitely return again for some summer fun!

Cabin floor was quite dirty (we had black feet within 30mins after check in from walking on the cabin floor). We also found rubbish under the bed so unsure when they last moved the bed to clean under it. Facilities are great but as we were there during peak summer period there were a significant number of teenagers in the space doing flips on the pillow (regardless of signage) and taking over the space which made it less child friendly for my young girls. Would not suggest taking young children there during peak summer holidays. Some supervision from the team during peak period is probably a good idea for guest safety.

The caravan park is within a 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Victor Harbour. Lunch at The Anchorage was divine- the best roast with vegetables ever. Enjoyed live music there as well as at the Crown Hotel. The cabin itself was clean (except maybe could have had a more thorough vacuum) and very comfortable. Staff helped sort out mixups with parking spaces. An Australian wide caravan “muster” was booked in for the whole of my stay with meeting and meals held close to my cabin so not as quiet as I would have liked! The muster were well behaved overall but did park in allocated cabin parking bays a couple of times which was inconvenient but easily sorted by staff.

We stayed here for four nights. It was central, very roomy for a caravan park unit, good lighting and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable. The towels could have been a bit thicker and larger. Overall it was a good place to stay.

The room had a terrible smell, which was very hard to sleep in. Also, on the website it says there's wifi, and I'm dependant upon wifi for work and there was zero reception. So I was forced to leave a day early because of this, and didn't recieve a refund from the property. I would like to file an official compaint.

Property was clean and tidy. Room was small. Not much room for bags. King size bed was comfy, but way too big for the room with not much room to get around on one side. Not great if you have to get up during the night. Bathroom was clean but had a strong smell of sea water. Would not stay in this style of accommodation again.

Power outage from 10pm - 6am on our first night ( only booked for 2 nights) it was a planned maintenance by SA power so I don’t think the park should have accepted guests on that night .We rarely get away so that was disappointing. Staff were very friendly. View was lovely.

The unit at Victor Harbour was excellent! It was an easy walk from beach shops, hotels and entertainment. It was great to be able to leave car at park and walk around Victor Harbour. I would highly recommend.
