Kurobe Sunvalley Hotel

This hotel is wonderfully situated between the foothills of the mountains and a river. However, it needs a serious upgrade. Stained chairs and carpets make guests feel uncomfortable

The staff were very helpful, beyond the expectations even with the language barrier they try to help out. Clean hotel and quiet. I would recommend to stay in this hotel

Hotel location is great and staff are trying to be nice. Hotel did not have ski locker as advertised (problem as we went with ski gear which had to freeze in the car overnight). Outside Onsen was closed (so forget that nice picture). Room was not cleaned every two days as supposed to be and towels were not refreshed. Restaurant was fine but only 2 meals available, if you stay more than 2 days you will eat the same thing over and over. Not a bad hotel, just a few improvement things that management needs to address.

スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。ロビーにはフリードリンクがある。インバウンドが少なくおちつける。
