Very good hotel. Went to pool yesterday with my 6 yr old who loved it.. perfect for his size.. staff were nice and polite. Had drink in bar and got spot in car park for my car. Great location .

The hotel overall was very good and food at tan yard restaurant was excellent. Only issue was undergroubd parking. Sadly the hotel footprint is long and thin, and thus the ug garage is highly constricted. When i was there it was full with no spots and p barely a place to turn around and exit. One way traffic only and crazy if you had anything other than a tiny car. Pay the fee and park in the public lot above ground nearby. I cannot express adequately how scary it was to be in that garage.

Lage des hotels top, restaurant the tan yard top. Das hotel ist sehr in die jahre gekommen, das bett hatte räder und war wacklig, die aussicht aus dem fenster an eine hausmauer. Parking war limitiert und sehr eng, fitness okay, wellness sehr klein, pool kalt, whirlpool extrem chlorig, keine liegemöglichkeiten und ungepflegt. Fazit: war okay für 2 nächte, wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

I enjoyed my stay as I went for the Killarney Christmas parade which was outstanding. Rooms were spotless,pool was very clean but cold . Car parking was a nightmare but I k ow there was lots going on in the town but it adds abit of stress when you can’t find a space and you have children with you. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great hotel with a lovely pool and spa area. Nice bars and restaurants borh in the hotel and close by. It’s a great location in the heart of the town and beside Killarney House which is part of the National Park. Lovely for runs or walks.

Room was huge. Staff are super friendly. We had dinner in The Tan Yard which excellent. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were also very good and had a spa feel with the low lighting. So relaxing. I had a spa treatment with Johanna which was fabulous. I didn’t have time to Make use of the spa hydro pool but it looked lovely. Overall we had a beautiful one night stay and will definitely be back soon.

Would absolutely stay here again. So convenient to all the action in town but still very serene. Parking garage seemed not quite sufficient, but the public lots were easy and just as convenient. Loved the pool area. Our favorite stay in Ireland!

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was responsive and courteous. The breakfast buffet had a good range of food to for most guests needs. We recommend to park in the outside car park behind the hotel to avoid the super-tight parking spaces and turns in the underground garage.

Really enjoyed the Killarney Hotel & Plaza! Room was clean and comfortable. The lobby has an upscale feel of years gone by with beautiful marble and woodwork. The parking wasn't the easiest to find but it was convenient once we found our way. There are shops, pubs, and restaurants in easy walking distance. The hotel has a nice vibe.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Plaza Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccably clean everything was. Every space, from the lobby to our room, was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel instantly comfortable. The staff truly made our visit special. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. I stay away 25-30 nights per year for business and seen most 4 stars. This is one of the best around. It would have been perfect but morning I was leaving realised the shower was a piddler shower and cold too. Shame as apart from that top marks.

Well we upgraded to superior room. And we had a nice view of the St Mary's church. There are 3 windows in the room. The heating was very noisy and the room didn't heat up very well even with it on at full . There was a weird corridor in the room with a door that led to the bathroom. And the bathroom had no heating whatsoever. The decor was very dated. We would not stay there again we felt very ripped off. Overpriced for what you get. Friendly staff.

I loved the Killarney Plaza, and we had a lovely King Suite with a view of the Killarney National Park gardens out our window. However, renovation was going on in the next room, which began at 8:00am, and finished at 5:00 pm (1700) each day. I do not think that guests should be placed in this area. It made for a very restless stay. The hotel is gorgeous and the suite pristine and beautiful furnishings.

One night stay. Very friendly staff. Superb location. Underground car park. If it’s full you must use the public carpark. Room was very comfortable. Corridors are dated and show wear and tear…breakfast served til 11 am on a Sunday.

The only criticism is the aircon in the bedrooms is too loud. We were moved to another room but had the same issue. We were told that other bedrooms have an older system which is even louder.

What stood out most was the heating in the room. Never experienced anything like it. The noise level emitted from it was outrageous. Our room was opposite the elevator. I suppose it helps to drown out any noise from it. Booked a king deluxe room. Toilet was ridiculously small.

I rang a few days before I went and paid extra to get chocolates and petals in the room as it’s my girlfriend’s birthday and when I got there at 3pm my room wasn’t ready and they forgot to put her birthday surprise there , joke really

Very nice hotel in excellent location. Killarney is a beautiful town and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days there. We enjoyed a nice couples massage at the spa. The service was excellent. Very good restaurants and bar in the hotel. The only issue we had was that the heat did not work in our room. The night manager gave us another room but it was a downgrade from king to queen bed, he insisted it was a king bed so we had to firmly request another move. Finally he got us into the King size that we booked with a heat and A/C system that worked, but the whole process took an hour and it was late at night so it was quite frustrating. Other than that everything was lovely.

Perfectly located in Killarney’s vibrant downtown. Food, shopping, sights all within an easy walk. While there is no parking on site, inexpensive parking is within a five minute walk. The hotel has a great staff and two wonderful restaurants. I’ll be back!

Perfect location near the hop on bus, the Paddywagon pick up, tourist center, and most restaurants and shops. Maybe a 5 minute walk to train/bus station. We love the beautiful indoor pool and spa. Service was first class.

The hotel was great! It’s in an excellent location, making everything very walkable. Our room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, as was the cafe du parc. We also really liked the spa. It’s pretty, tranquil and the service is excellent.

Beautiful hotel on an amazing location. Gave it a 4 out of five as the Nesspresso machine had a crack in the carafe and leaked in my wife’s purse saturating it. The hotel’s response was underwhelming. Breakfast was very underwhelming. Somehow the scrambled eggs tasted and looked like gelatin. No place in the bathrooms to hang towels. Sliding glass doors to hang coats almost broke as the open safe got caught in the mirrored doors

Absolutely loved this hotel. Les had fantastic suggestions on where to visit-he was so helpful and friendly! Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Dinner on the terrace at Cafe du Parc was wonderful. Most certainly will be back.

This hotel was great. (2nd time staying here, last time was 2 years ago). The lobby was beautiful…parking was easy. The restaurants on property were great. We had dinner and drinks as well as breakfast and everything was outstanding. Staff was very friendly as well.
