Awesome staff, great value buffet continental breakfast. Quiet room with good aircon but smaller than it looked omn the pictures. Would stay again, great value compared to others around it. 5 min walk to train stations and old town.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, en pleno centro de Valencia. Tiene recepción 24 horas y te permiten dejar las maletas en consigna gratis durante el día por si quieres hacer turismo antes de irte. También tiene una pequeña máquina con bebidas y algo de picar. El lugar del desayuno es bastante pequeño pero creo que tiene lo básico y necesario para que una persona pueda tomar algo por la mañana antes de irse a conocer Valencia. Es básico pero aceptable. El personal del hotel fue agradable en todo momento. Ahora vamos con la parte negativa del hotel: las propias habitaciones y el ruido. El hotel está ubicado en un edificio estrecho y antiguo, por lo que tiene un ascensor que tendrá lo menos 50 años. Cada vez que alguien lo usa retumba en todas las habitaciones. Lo mismo pasa cada vez que alguien decide abrir el agua para, por ejemplo, ducharse o tirar de una cisterna. Todo se oye en las habitaciones de al lado. También se oyen las conversaciones. Las propias habitaciones en sí son muy básicas, simples, casi sin enchufes, sin tele, almohadas extras o cualquier tipo de comodidad que puedas imaginarte: una cama, una mesa y tu baño. Los baños son bastante viejos y cuesta tirar de la cisterna. Ojo al hacer aguas mayores. La realidad se parece muy poco a lo que se ve en las fotos. En resumen, es un hotel muy básico, para pasar una única noche si consigues sacarlo a buen precio. Si vas a estar dos o más días en Valencia yo intentaría encontrar otro sitio donde alojarme.

I hate this hotel. It’s overpriced, the amenities are terrible, wifi barely works, the rooms are small, the bathroom is even smaller - I cut myself drying after a shower on the edge of a sharp toilet roll holder - and most of all the staff are very rude and dismissive. Especially the guy at the front desk with the beard called Matteo. I wouldn’t stay here again if the rooms were free or if you paid me to. I would rate this 0/10 if I could - avoid at all costs.

De kamer was een veredelde kledingkast zo klein, toilet in de hoek straks tegen de wastafel. Het was er veel te warm geen AC maar een ventilator.

Our first night was fine, On the second night, we return to around 8:30 PM, find out the AC was not working. It'd been 34-36 (95F), but the room felt much hotter. I went down to report the issue 5 times. The girl at the front desk, could not make it work, and told me her co-worker, arriving at 11 PM might know how to solve the problem. At 11:15, I went down again to report the issue. The guy at the front desk told me he was busy, and he'd be checking the issue. Finally, around 11:30, he showed up, and could not fix the issue. I was provided with a small fam. It was an uncomfortable night to say the least.

24 hour front desk!

This property is not the one shown in the pictures. It is more of a private room hostel than a hotel. The rooms are small but clean and adequate. The price is excessive for the condition of the property. Arrived at the time of check in 2 pm and the room was not ready. There are no do not disturb signs for the door so the cleaning staff cleans every room. The WiFi works but is not great.

The staff was friendly but every day you had to give your room key to reception before leaving. Then you had to retrieve it when you returned in the evening.The elevator barely fit 2 small women. The ac wasn’t great in that it would be too cold so then it needed to be turned off to get the room warm which wasn’t hard since it was 35c daily. Room was very small not as in the advertised picture. It was clean though and quiet. After long days of walking it was disappointing that you couldn’t soak in the tub because it was about 2 feet in length and 1.5 wide. It didn’t have much of a ledge so you couldn’t sit safely to just put your feet in to soak in cold water. The positive was it was close to the main plaza, city hall, restaurants, buses, and metro. It was also about 10-15 minutes to the train station. The receptionist was very helpful at holding and returning water shoes to my tour guide since they were forgotten in my backpack after a hiking tour. This was very appreciated.

The rooms are compact and very basic, big enough just for a double bed, small table and chair. Unfortunately no amenities like a kettle. The most annoying part is that there’s no shower head hook on wall, handheld only with flimsy shower curtain. Continental breakfast is terrible, nothing seemed fresh or edible so only drank machine made coffee, not worth the €5 charged. Also, you have to leave the hotel key at the front desk, which is 24 hrs. Elevator is quite cold, not always reliable and can be slow.

El hotel es centrico, hay tiendas y dos supermercados cerca. La habitacion estaba limpia y el aire acondicionado iba genial. El personal hs sido muy amable y atento siempre. Lo unico malo es que la persisna de la habitacion no bajaba bien y que el ascensor era lento y pequeñño

Für eine Stadtbesichtigung ist das Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Einzelzimmer war sehr klein aber ein sehr gutes Bett. Im Badezimmer auf engstem Raum-Dusche, WC, Waschbecken, Fön, Spiegel und Kosmetik vorhanden. Sehr sauber bei täglicher Reinigung. Telefon und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet war für den Preis angemessen.

La habitación tenia un fuerte olor a cigarro a pesar que tenía un cartel en la puerta de prohibido fumar, el de recepción nos informó que todo el Hotel es de no fumadores.La cortina de la tina del baño no estaba del todo limpia, igualmente la tina tenia óxido.Poca ventilación. La sábana tenía pelos de cabello.Algo bueno que rescatar es que el cable y el internet estaban bien.

The hotel is in a great location in regards to transport, attractions and restaurants. While very basic the staff were very helpfull and all the facilities were very clean.

La posizione è ottima, peccato che c’erano le cimici del letto che pungono e sono terribilmente fastidiose. Inoltre il filtro del condizionatore era terribilmente sporco e l’aria che emanava era sgradevole.

Locatie is perfect, medewerkers zijn vriendelijk, kamer is klein, donder, erg verouderd en je ruikt rioollucht in de kamer . Ik had ook geen schone handdoeken.

Wat je op de foto ziet komt niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. kamer en badkamer super klein, niet echt heel schoon, de kamer die ik had 201 heeft geen airco, alleen een kleine ventilator. terwijl buiten 32c is.

This hotel is in a great location but is very tired otherwise. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Walls are paper thin, can hear people talking. Shower hose couldn’t lift and lower on the shower rail so couldn’t even put head under to wash hair. Need to give key in to reception when you leave each day which is not a good process. Stated for security but it would just be wise to de-identify so guests could have their own key. Was a horrible musty smell in the room. Would choose somewhere else to stay next time.

El personal es súper amable y el hotel en una ubicación inmejorable. No le doy 5 estrellas porque las camas son muy incómodas (sin apoyo lumbar) y no he podido dormir bien ningún día y las paredes son de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo

Die Lage der Unterkunft war super, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war super super nett. Aber das Zimmer war sehr klein, der Wasserdruck bei warmem Wasser sehr niedrig, eine sehr harte Matratze und die Einrichtung war sehr alt.

This hotel is in a perfect location for walking around Valencia. I booked a single room and the room size was fine. The room and bathroom were clean. The shower had great water pressure. I felt safe there, traveling alone. Staff were helpful. My only complaint is the bed, which was as hard as a rock, so I could not sleep comfortably. My back suffered all 3 nights there.

Weirdly had to leave your key with staff every time you leave the hotel, wasn’t comfortable with this but had no issues as staff were there 24/7, inconvenience more than anything.

Two excellent nights in this quirky central hotel. Can walk everywhere in beautiful Valencia & less than 10 mins on foot to train station and metro (direct from airport) so incredibly convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for? Ticked all my boxes and will definitely return.

Good staff

This place is worst I would not stay even for free. We had three rooms booked, all had some or the other way water leaking in washroom making noise whole night. If some one uses washroom in any room you listen noise of water. Staff is rude and doesn't help in anyway. Once you have paid you are in a fix.. Never ever book this hotel.

It would be nice if the staff were to actually look up and greet you when you are checking in, and not make you feel like you are interrupting their important work. I had just walked in the heat with my large bags, it was 6pm and I had to knock on the door to get them to open it, and then she wouldn’t even look up from her paperwork and acknowledge me. Not a good welcome at all.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao Centro Histórico de Valencia, Mercat Central, estação Nord e a uma quadra da prefeitura (Ayuntamiento). Possui elevador. Quarto e banheiros limpos. Camas confortaveis.

Kleines Zimmer, kleines Bad aber sehr sauber. Tolle Lage in der Nähe zum Zentrum und hervorragende Anbindung an den Öffentlichen Verkehr. Tipp: Frühstücken in den nahe gelegenen Markthallen.

Perfekte Lage. Günstiges Hotel, das alles hat, was man braucht. Nicht das Neueste, aber zweckmäßig. Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Valencias Stadtzentrum.

Great position - few minutes from the station and just short walk to Cathedral, shops, bars... and great price!

+ Läget är jättebra! Mysigt med badkar. Städning fungerade ok men en dag fick jag inga handdukar och en annan inget nytt toapapper. - Frukosten mycket enkel och dålig. Väldigt lyhört. Enkelrummen är enkla och mycket små. Finns hiss för typ en person. Receptionen varken trevlig eller otrevlig.

Hotel muy bien situado y limpio. Sin embargo las instalaciones y el equipamiento podrían renovarse y mejorarse (al menos en el caso de la habitación individual). También se podría mejorar la insonorización. El desayuno estaba bien por el precio.

It definitely budget. The room was fine. Staff not overly friendly and breakfast awful. The breakfast is not worth what you pay for it. You can get something fresh for half the price nearby.

Location was absolutely perfect. Right beside city hall and a busy town square with lots of restaurants nearby. Max 15 min walk to all the big train stations and tourist attractions. Hotel was basic but very clean and quiet. 24 hour front desk and luggage storage room was great. Breakfast included some prepackaged pastries, toast, yogurt, and drinks (coffee, juice, milk). For what we needed, it was simple but a great stay.

Ik had een zeer kleine en donkere kamer zonder stopcontact. Voor €73,= per nacht zonder ontbijt vind ik dat te duur. Het ontbijt van €5,= is karig.

The hotel was in a great location but it was super basic and older in style. The room also smelt quite bad with very poor air circulation. The hotel is basic af. Don’t expect anything special. If it wasn’t for this location, I wouldn’t Stay here again. The breakfast was super basic. Toast, yogurt, fruit, cereal. Nothing more. Underwhelming.
