Booked this hotel based upon reviews and I was overall pretty disappointed. Anyone can visit the rooftop area which pretty much ruined the experience.

Outstanding location within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. The hotel was immaculate in all aspects. Self parking is about a 10 minute walk and €24/day. Fantastic place. Breakfast was great too.

Ridiculously lovely hotel, made the holiday feel like an actual holiday. Proper 24 hour desk coverage, we came in late a couple of nights post Agua de Valencia and the lovely desk staff still sorted tickets / swapped our water bottles. Staff are phenomenal, with many languages spoken too so we were totally covered. Room refreshed / spotless daily, unless you use the door notification. Worth getting the hotel transfers, there was no faff. Proper delight of a hotel. We're booking the next trip soon as. No negative things to say, maybe that the roof terrace is smaller than it appears / is advertised - however we were thrilled with that because it was a little oasis with comfy loungers / chairs

Das Hotel ist gut mit der Metro vom Flughafen aus erreichbar. Ein kurzer Weg zu Fuss auch mit Gepäck ist absolut machbar. Die Zimmer sind neu, es fehlt soweit nichts. Jedoch war das Superior Zimmer nicht gross, den Koffer haben wir auf dem super grossen Balkon mit Sitzecke und Liegen platziert. Auch fehlt in unseren Augen ein Hocker oder Stuhl um gelegentlich ein paar Sachen zu platzieren, jedoch fehlt dazu absolut der Platz im Zimmer. Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel und auch nach dieser Zeit ist das Frühstück nicht eintönig geworden, es hat immer eine grosse Auswahl an leckerem Schinken, Salami und Käse. Toast mit verschiedenen Eierspeisen etc. können jederzeit bestellt werden. Geschätzt haben wir unseren Nachmittagsbreak im Hotel, es gab sogar ab 16 Uhr gratis leckeren Kaffee an der Bar. Die LemonPie - ein Gedicht! Wir würden das Hotel für einen Besuch von Valencia absolut empfehlen.

The perfect small hotel where you felt welcome. Easy to find in great location. Lovely airy, light room with lots of little extras and great bed. Complimentary welcome bubbles on the rooftop patio & a great little restaurant/bar. Friendly staff with good local knowledge. This is our new favourite in beautiful Valencia. Back soon hopefully.

This is a lovely property. Everything is quite new and well laid out, the staff are excellent, and it is literally right in the middle of old town so pretty much all the shopping and restaurants are a few feet away. We found the breakfast also to be quite excellent with eggs to order and more pastries and cheeses and local meats than one human being could possibly eat at a sitting. The room itself is just large enough to accommodate a king size, bed, and dresser, plus a nice bathroom with walk in shower. Everything is new and spotlessly clean – and the staff are very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Valencia.

The property was perfectly located, in the heart of the city, within walking distance from everything. The room was spotless, had everything we needed and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and very big. Loved that. Also the staff was lovely, it was great and would definitely come back.

We stayed in room 502 on the second floor from the top. Quite a small room. But it is very cozy and with a large bathroom and a truly amazing bed. The jewel of the room is the large terrace (awning installed for summer heat) with loungers and chairs. The view is of the city and the roof tops, facing a small street. Mostly great staff and good choice of breakfast items (they do seem to run out of juice all the time, though).

Das Hotel liegt fantastisch, direkt an der Markthalle, viele Restaurants, Cafés in der Nähe. Cooler Einrichtungs-Style, wir hatten ein schönes (kleines) Superior Zimmer, nettes Personal, kleine Dachterrasse, alles toll.

Welcome - excellent Cleanliness - excellent Location - perfect All staff - welcoming Noise in room - disappointing Assume work in neighbouring property under renovation along with shower noise from neighbouring room meant the room was a little noisy . However street noise well blocked by double glazing. A little disappointment but overall a nice stay in good location.

Great location and the Room was clean, modern, and inviting. the bed and linens were comfortable and of good quality. My only critique would be a lack of a mini-fridge. If I would have had more time I would have used the rooftop gym. Also, there is a great Pizza place across the street, and plenty of great restaurants/bars all around.

Phenomenal. No negatives, so so many positives. Its my second time returning to Cosmo - and it was even better than the last. Quality coffee pods, spotless rooms, incredibly kind, passionate and efficient staff. Instant whatsapp responses. Incredible. Particular kudos to Jessica, Laura & Minerva - who absolutely made my week.

Arrived during the electric power cut across Spain and the receptionist was so helpful checking me in and taking me to my room in the dark. All staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. Very comfortable, great breakfast and in a central location.

They had construction during my stay noice was unbearable and staff did nothing instead they pretty much said, are you still sleeping at 11 AM ? I said this is a hotel and people come here to rest not to be woken up by loud hammering and drilling. Very disrespectful from the hotel management.

Lara at front desk was excellent! On the ball — her suggestions for a Flamenco evening followed by an above board tapas experience were right on point. The other staff were quite helpful and professional too

My stay at the hotel was a lovely experience. The fantastic location made it very easy to get around with several landmarks just meters away and others within a 10-15 mins walk away. A very comfortable bed and excellent facilities were greatly appreciated after a long day of exploring around. Many thanks especially to Sophie and Tonis for being so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again the next time I visit Valencia and I will be sure to recommend the hotel to friends and family. Thank you for a great stay!

One of the warmest welcomes we’ve ever had We spent a weekend in Valencia and chose Hotel Cosmo mainly for its perfect central location—but it turned out to be so much more than that. We arrived early to explore the city, and the welcome at the front desk was just amazing. The staff (especially Celia!) were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. They arranged a tuk-tuk tour, booked a great restaurant, and gave us all the insider tips—all while we enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee. We’ve stayed in many hotels, even high-end ones, but we’ve honestly never experienced service like this. Our room was spotless and stylish, and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to chill in the shade and take in the city views. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Fantastisk beliggenhed helt centralt i Valencia. Vi tilbragte 3 nætter og fik den bedste behandling og service jeg længe har oplevet. Værelserne er meget moderne/nyrenoveret og mangler intet - fin plads og vi havde udsigt lige ud til hovedgaden. På trods af at hotellet ligger helt centralt og der er en bar på modsatte side, oplevede vi ingen problemer med larm. Jeg har +50 hotelovernatninger om året og dette hotel er klart af dem jeg har haft størst lyst til at skrive en positiv anmeldelse.

The location is ideally located near shops and restaurants quiet but I was always able to get rest after returning from exploring the city. The staff always greeted me with a smile and were attentive to my needs. The breakfast spread had a tapas section with some cheeses, sliced meats and savory cocas as well as croissants and other pastries. After getting the food from the tapas section, you’ll be asked if you’d like some coffee and how’d you’d like your eggs and what you’d like with them from the available selection.

Outstanding location within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or nicer. The hotel was immaculate in all aspects. Self parking is about a 10 minute walk and €24/day. Fantastic place. Breakfast was great too.

Veldig fint opphold i Valencia. Vi hadde bare en overnatting på hotellet men betjeningen var veldig hjelpsomme og servicen var veldig bra. Rommet vårt var fresht og virket nylig oppgradert. Veldig god frokostbuffet og man kan bestille omelett etc fra kjøkkenet.
