The staff was great, very friendly! Housekeeping was on point, they greeted us in the hallways and did a fantastic job cleaning our room - and i'm picky! The lower floor had rooms with sliding doors, we enjoyed that, especially when it came time to check out. We were able to load everything into our car very easily. Great stay, we will definitely stay here again. It has recently been renovated too!

Very busy. Check in was very slow service. Construction workers blocked in my vehicle with their large oversize trucks that don’t fit in the property parking so they just double park on the side blocking about 6 cars in

Check in was fast and easy. They charge $20 for a pet stay. The room was nice and newly renovated. No carpet which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Linens were soft and clean. Bathroom and shower was nice. Parking is right outside the room (we were on the ground floor). The area is pretty quiet but you can still hear the noise from people talking outside and stomping above. The property was renovated recently so it is very nice.

Comfort Inn Magnetic Hill is currently updating their property. We stayed in a renovated room on the first floor which was cozy but clean. Very convenient parking right outside our unit and easy access for walking our dog outside. Magnetic Hill attractions a few minutes north and restaurants a few minutes south.

Great for family. Very clean and comfortable. No elevator so 2nd floor if you have a room you will need to carry up the suit cases which is not too bad. Has paid laundry machine which is great. Breakfast also very good timing can be bit extended as stayed in week day it is till 9am. Over all great hotel and good in price as well. Thanks Sethi Family

The room smelled very strongly of lemon cleaner which is intolerable on its own but there was a smell of vomit also. We opened the window until we went to bed but the room still smelled The breakfast was good as was the lady Bea who was taking care of it. Won’t stay here again especially for the amount we paid

My stay was better than expected. The room was very clean, and quiet with comfortable like-new furnishings. The hot and cold breakfast had variety and all you wanted for a good start to your day travelling.

Had requested and pre-paid for a non-smoking room and was issued a room that had obviously been occupied for some time by smokers. It was disgusting and should never have been offered as a non-smoking room, EVER.

Once I found the lobby check in was slow. The lobby area was very sparse and did not look welcoming at all. The check-in attendant was very nice and moved us through quickly once we were seen. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. When we went for breakfast there were no muffins or bagels left. The one waitress was run off her feet trying to help people and restock things. It was such a long wait that we left without eating anything. This was brought to the attention of the front desk who offered to assist but we needed to be on the road.

Difficult to find the front entrance, no sign so we ended up circling the property multiple times. Staff member working the breakfast area was rude. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out after the first night

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.. Very close to the Magnetic Hill and 45 mins drive to Hopewell rocks. we were able to cover both in one day. Very clean and Renovated place, easy access to the parking lot makes it very easy to move the luggage.

A great stay overall! The only small issue was that the parking entrance was a bit hard to find from the road. But once we were in, everything else was excellent — clean rooms, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

The room smelled a lot like cleaning chemicals so much that we needed to spray our own scents and leave the door open to feel comfortable sleeping there. The coffee in the room smelled and tasted horrible. Otherwise we loved that it was close to the highway, but tucked behind a hill so you didn't hear highway traffic. Staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was amazing, the person making the food definately knew what she was doing.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast two mornings however the lady working was not very pleasant, the first morning after she was rude to our son about his choice of juice glasses I explained that people gave bad days…. The next morning she was worse than the first with her actions and comments Not very good service
