Charming little traditionally styled hotel close to the airport in Rome. Great place to stay when you have a long layover. They provided easy to understand directions on how to get there and there is even a airport shuttle bus available for a small fee. The room and bathroom were clean.

Exceptional overnight stay during our last night in Italy! Classy, comfortable, and affordable with very welcoming host. Breakfast included meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and homemade cakes. Balcony and garden-filled patio were serene and relaxing. A convenient stay, near FCO Airport, either before or after long flights. I would return and spend at least two nights to explore local beaches (within walking distance) and reasonably-priced local seafood restaurants on our next visit to Rome! Highly recommended by tired travelers!

The Hotel is only 7-9 min from Fiumicino Airport, they provide a shuttle service for only 8 euros. The hotel is clean, quiet and the room was basic but had everything you need for stopover before your flight. Rooms have a/c. Breakfast is available from 8.30 am which was too late for me, but they were very kind and gave me a fresh pastry and cappuccino before I left at no charge. Nearby there are many restaurants that offer Aperitivo deals and delicious food.

A simple and good spot to stay for your trip to the airport. Simple check in, convenient shuttle ride to the airport for a reasonable price. The Cotral bus from the airport was convenient, give yourself a little extra time to find where to get a ticket (at the outside cafe). Very affordable transit and hotel is a reasonable price, as well. Clean, hot water and simple.

The property was very clean! Owner friendly. Guests friendly and helpful to us. Only negative was check in time 4 pm. We would have liked 1-2 pm. Also, no elevator. We managed though.

Five minute walk to restaurants and 15 minutes walk to a public beach. Enjoyed time on the shaded terrace, that we walked out from our room. Short ride to the airport. Unfortunately our flight was leaving early so we did not get to enjoy breakfast.

For a one night stay, it was ok Longer than that would be problematic as I had basically a room with a bed and no shelves to put items on, neither in the bedroom nor, bizarrely, in the bathroom The "welcome drink" was a bottle of water so as cheap as it gets It is close to the airport - a 90 minute walk or the shuttle bus at €10 It is called a hotel but it has no facilities other than the room to sleep in and beware, the "reception" is only available from 16h to 20h. Outside of those hours, it is not possible to check-in so if your plane happens to be delayed... Breakfast is from 8h30 (but was actually available earlier) and was very good The shuttle to go back to the airport is good value but runs only at certain times - reception advised on this There are plenty of places to eat in Fiumicino itself

The front desk manager Oscar was extremely helpful. The location was good whether you want to be near the beach or the airport. On the negative side, the bathroom in our room left a lot to be desired. It was extremely small and honestly smelled a little moldy.

Only 3 outlets in our room, 2 of which didn’t work, layout of the room was horrible, my mother slept on her twin bed with her head on a cubby hole. The room smelt musty, the towels weren’t clean, and the shower head was leaking and sprayed outward but hardly down at you. Check in available within such a narrow window made for a stressful day of travel because we were worried that a delay of a train or ferry would cause us to miss our stay. Wouldn’t stay again.

We really loved how nice the staff were. The rooms were also clean. The area was great because it was by the beach, some shopping and some great restaurants. This was authentic and they actually had three separate beds, one for each of us.

The staff person was very nice and helpful. Though simple, the room was comfortable, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower is very small, and I'm only 5-ft tall. Water was perfect temperature. Several very good restaurants within walking distance; they're located by a pier, so that was very nice.

Room needed some maintenance. Molding was missing, water in the faucet didn’t come out correctly. Nobody available at the front desk all the time. Enjoyed the town and the breakfast. Shower was too small. Nice quiet location snd room was clean. Worked for our last night in Italy before flying home and we found an amazing restaurant and gelato shop close by.

We only stayed here for one night before flying back home. The staff was friendly, the room was pretty basic but clean. The shower stall is very small - good luck applying body wash to your legs if you're not a trained yoga practitioner. The sink faucet was missing an aerator.

Staff were fantastic. Our train was running behind so we sent the information to the Hotel La Villetta. Within minutes the persons there sent us a message. We were able to resolve the issues and the staff provided us the necessary information to access the hotel after the check in time. The location is great with several restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The Rome airport is easy to get to and is within 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and comfortable. we will definately return to the Hotel La Villetta when we are traveling through and even if visiting Rome for several days. We appreciate that the Hotel La Villetta has helped us and surely will help others because that's what they do best. Thank you.

The owner was very helpful, arranging taxi service for us and calling to check on the taxi's whereabouts when it was delayed. He also told us where to go to get a good dinner. The room was overall quite nice but there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom at times. The proximity to the airport was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Overall, the hotel is ok. The front desk booked a taxi for next morning to the airport. However, the taxi did not show up. I had to arrange an alternative transportation. Disappointed!

We stayed here on the first and last day of our 10 day trip to Italy to be close to the airport and have a clean place to stay until we could check in at our Airbnb in Rome. The rooms were clean and comfortable with air and toiletries. The service was outstanding! Oscar, one of the hosts met us at the hotel at 1am due to late arrival from the US through Turkey. He responded from while we were on our layover and woke up to drive over and get us. The next morning he freshly squeezed our orange juice and gave us homemade cake, and other breakfast items. He also called us a cab and brought all our luggage up for us. What a way to start a long trip. And coming home Mario was just as wonderful with checkin (this time at normal hours) and helpfulness. The only downside is this really isn’t an airport hotel. You will need to get a local cab (don’t stand in long line for a cab to Rome. We stayed here on the first and last day of our 10 day trip to Italy to be close to the airport and have a clean place to stay until we could check in at our Airbnb in Rome. The rooms were clean and comfortable with air and toiletries. The service was outstanding! Oscar, one of the hosts met us at the hotel at 1am due to late arrival from the US through Turkey. He responded from while we were on our layover and woke up to drive over and get us. The next morning he freshly squeezed our orange juice and gave us homemade cake, and other breakfast items. He also called us a cab and brought all our luggage up for us. What a way to start a long trip. And coming home Mario was just as wonderful with checkin (this time at normal hours) and helpfulness. The only downside is this really isn’t an airport hotel. You will need to get a local cab (don’t stand in long line for a cab to Rome. The front desk manager Oscar was extremely helpful. The location was good whether you want to be near the beach or the airport. On the negative side, the bathroom in our room left a lot to be desired. It was extremely small and honestly smelled a little moldy.

The accomodation is in a Fiumicino residential neighborhood. Parking is "as available" on the street. The room is spartan, but functional. The price is high for the quality of accommmodation, but better than other chain hotels in this area near the airport. We would caution others about the neighborhood, as we stopped around the corner for lunch while waiting for check-in (opens at 4pm). Our car, parked on the street in front of the cafe, 50 feet away from us (while we sat outside during midday), was broken into and all our luggage was taken from the trunk (we had our backpacks with us). We were left with only our passports and wallets on our last day before returning. We reported to carabinieri, with little chance of recovery.

This was such a cute little town to stay in the night before our flight home. It is super close to the airport which is very convenient. The hotel is only a block or two away from a cute little strip of restaurants along the water. After we ate dinner, we strolled by the water and stopped for gelato before heading back to the room. This was just what we needed for one night for a family of four. When we checked in, we were handed bottles of water which we appreciated because it was so hot! The little details like that mean the most.

Exceptional overnight stay during our last night in Italy! Classy, comfortable, and affordable with very welcoming host. Breakfast included meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, and homemade cakes. Balcony and garden-filled patio were serene and relaxing. A convenient stay, near FCO Airport, either before or after long flights. I would return and spend at least two nights to explore local beaches (within walking distance) and reasonably-priced local seafood restaurants on our next visit to Rome! Highly recommended by tired travelers!

The Hotel is only 7-9 min from Fiumicino Airport, they provide a shuttle service for only 8 euros. The hotel is clean, quiet and the room was basic but had everything you need for stopover before your flight. Rooms have a/c. Breakfast is available from 8.30 am which was too late for me, but they were very kind and gave me a fresh pastry and cappuccino before I left at no charge. Nearby there are many restaurants that offer Aperitivo deals and delicious food.

Pretty cool little place. Awesome location. Super easy and inexpensive to get back to and from - to close by Rome Airport (FCO). Whether by bus or taxi. Hosts are Excellent. Super clean. A simple and good spot to stay for your trip to the airport. Simple check in, convenient shuttle ride to the airport for a reasonable price. The Cotral bus from the airport was convenient, give yourself a little extra time to find where to get a ticket (at the outside cafe). Very affordable transit and hotel is a reasonable price, as well. Clean, hot water and simple.

For a one night stay, it was ok Longer than that would be problematic as I had basically a room with a bed and no shelves to put items on, neither in the bedroom nor, bizarrely, in the bathroom The "welcome drink" was a bottle of water so as cheap as it gets It is close to the airport - a 90 minute walk or the shuttle bus at €10 It is called a hotel but it has no facilities other than the room to sleep in and beware, the "reception" is only available from 16h to 20h. Outside of those hours, it is not possible to check-in so if your plane happens to be delayed...
