Beautiful Property, Incredible Food, and Top-Notch Service StoneHaven Manoir was absolutely worth the few extra kilometers off the bike trail. The setting is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was outstanding—clearly prepared by a top chef—and every meal felt special. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We used all the amenities: the pool, hot tub, sauna, well-equipped gym, and the Hamman (steam room)—all clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Quebec.

This is a remarkable property, if like me you love antiques you will be amazed ! The few flaws: no makeup mirrors and no mirrors to look at our outfits before leaving our room. No hooks for the bathroom towels or to hang our bathing suits to dry. In itself the sink is in a very small area so this was impractical. No information on how to reach the reception using their room telephone. In case of emergency this becomes a liability, and a nonsense when we simply want to reach the reception. There are only two chargers for electric cars, so we need to move the car for others to use. We were in the new building. Yet the food, property and staff are excellent. And it truly is a beautiful property, inside out.

Wonderful hotel with interesting history and a unique charm. Service was exceptional. Food (dinner and breakfast) was great. Massages amazing. Room was lovely. Wish I had known that staying in the annex would make it a little trickier to se the spa services however. We skipped as we would have had to walk over in our winter gear, get a locker to change, etc as opposed to just walking down in our robe.

Services impeccables tant à l'arrivée que lors du séjour. Notre chambre était très propre, le lit très confortable et salle de bain spacieuse. Les repas sont excellents et le vin proposé de bon goût. Seul bémol: le bain à remous extérieur avait besoin d'un peu d'amour mais nous étions en basse saison.

Hébergement exceptionnel dans un décor enchanteur. Le Manoir est un exemple de la richesse historique du Québec. Nous sommes arrivés à vélo avec transport de bagages et le service de la part du personnel était exceptionnel ! Ils s’occupent de tout. La piscine, le spa et le sauna sont bien aménagés, entourés de fleurs, de jardins, de chaises longues pour relaxer, et très propres. Et la vue est à couper le souffle, tout spécialement en automne avec les belles couleurs dans les arbres et la vue sur le lac.

Loved the look and feel of the buildings and the grounds. The decor was beautiful. Needed some general maintenance, though. There were hoses laying around in the hot tub area, tree limbs that had fallen weren't cleaned up.

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful area. The staff is very welcoming and happy to assist in any way they can. The downsides exist though. The property should advise when a wedding is being held so you can adjust your plans accordingly. The gardens are inacessible, the bar and outdoor patio were closed to hotel guests aside from the wedding guests and we could not access the restaurant for breakfast the day after the wedding. It was fully booked. This hotel is set in a nature area yet there are almost zero areas to sit outside unless at the pool. There are simply no chairs out. It was such a bizarre finding for such a large property. If you are in the annex building as we were, there is a small wooden rocking seat to share amongst the entire building. Such small gestures could entirely shift the feel of this beautiful location. Lastly, the one day we could access the bar, there was no cocktail menu. Just a mocktail menu. We found this odd for such a high priced location especially is a pre-holiday time of year. There is just a slight miss with this destination. It’s not fully thought out. We would still recommend but small adjustments as noted above could make a significant lasting impression.

Friendly and impeccable service. The grounds are beautiful and the interior opulent. Our room had a comfortable king sized bed, an outdoor patio overlooking a lovely courtyard and a washroom with a large walk-in shower. The Nespresso coffee in-room was appreciated. The ‘pièce de résistance’ for us was enjoying the heated whirlpool as snowflakes fell around us. We also appreciated the Hammam steam bath.

Upon arrival, we got stuck turning into the property. The snow was not cleared and my husband fought with the car. The shower knob broke off. Neither knobs worked and no maintenance on site.2 employees were trying to fix it and 1 got soaked and used one of our towels l to dry. They then explained HOW to use a shower! It shouldn't be that difficult. It took a while to.figure out, it was either scalding hot or i had no water. Theres no shower door so the bath mat was SOAKED Hubby wanted coffee at 3am but there's no pot of fresh coffee in the lobby and he was questioned why he doesnt sleep. He left to go find coffee and on the way back, he got stuck in the driveway again. It snowed all night, this is Qc and in the mountilains, it snows a lot. He had to leave the car stuck in the entrance and walk back to the hotel.. The staff are friendly but we are displeased with the lack of service for the price he paid for our stay and of the bathroom. I heard an employee tell another that they already had problems in that room (111) The hot tub had no hint of chlorine in it, i dont know how clean it was. They gave us free breakfast for all that. The breakfast was good but not worth the $400 for the one night we stayed.

We always love staying here. The property and rooms are always so well maintained and the staff are wonderful. Our room was gorgeous - immaculate, and finishings are done with true craftsmanship. The bed and pillows were amazing. We can’t wait to come back. Merci pour tout!

This manor was a complete and welcome surprise. The grounds, staff, cleanliness, value and overall beauty of the hotel was superb. It Truly like we were in a 5 star resort without the price tag. A true gem. We will be back.!

This is a luxurious and beautifully located hotel. Service and food were very good, although there are a number of small issues that could easily be corrected that get in the way of a 5 star review. In the bedroom, lights on both sides of the bed, please! In the bathroom, more towel rails or hooks - one towel rail in the shower area is totally insufficient. And at least one mirror in the bedroom, please! And re. the shower, who designed it so the taps/heat controls are at opposite ends of a large quasi wet room? And please more lighting and comfortable seating in the bar area - I know most people read from phones or tablets, but we were having to use the iPhone torch to read books and even the bar menu! Otherwise, we had a great stay! 😎

Superbe établissement magnifiquement rénové et décoré, une perle pleine d'histoire dans les Laurentides. Une belle surprise pour notre fin de semaine en amoureux. Un charme particulier avec la neige en hiver. Avons aimé l'accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. On sent que ce dernier a vraiment du plaisir à travailler au Manoir, de la femme de chambre au Sommelier en passant par le Chef. La nourriture y est exceptionnelle tout comme le service. Avons également beaucoup aimé la visite guidée du Manoir et en apprendre sur son histoire. Notre chambre classique était un peu petite et il y faisait chaud mais cela était atténué par une magnifique salle de bain et tout ce que l'hôtel avait à offrir.

The historical building and grounds are very nice. Expected more from a Relais Chateaux. Could have better service re help with luggage at arrival.No one greeting customers at the door most of the time. dining menu is very expensive for what you get. No sand on parking lot which was covered with ice at the time. All in all not up to the Relais Chateau we are used to.

Incredible stay. From the moment we were greeted at the front door to the moment we left, we were treated excellently by all the staff. The food was delicious. Stonehaven is a lovely place - comfort, peace, great setting. Staff is helpful and friendly, and they have a first-rate restaurant. It's a short drive to Ste. Agathe as well as Val David, Ste. Adele, and San Saveur for those who like to look around. There are lots of trails at Stonehaven as well. This was our second stay here.

As a couple with a dog we had a wonderful stay in the Hotel, last weekend! In a good position if you have a car, far from the crowd but close enough to Mont Tremblant to enjoy activities in town and in the national park. The spa and the garden are really enjoyable and the staff is the best ever.

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and the grounds were beautiful. The bed was super comfortable and the shower luxurious. The spa was fantastic - hot tub, dry sauna, steam sauna. The grounds are connected to a larger trail system - we went snowshoeing and everything was well marked. Highly recommend in winter and considering returning in the warmer months

Nous sommes arrivés à vélo avec transport de bagages et le service de la part du personnel était exceptionnel ! Ils s’occupent de tout. La piscine, le spa et le sauna sont bien aménagés, entourés de fleurs, de jardins, de chaises longues pour relaxer, et très propres. Et la vue est à couper le souffle, tout spécialement en automne avec les belles couleurs dans les arbres et la vue sur le lac.

Best welcome I’ve ever had. Beautiful grounds and rooms rustic but with a modern touch ( heated floor in the bathroom were a true surprise) : very comfortable bed with the best bedding and comforter ( local purchase on top of it) I’ve ever used. Close to city but far enough to feel secluded. Will go again!

This is a beautiful property in a beautiful area. The staff is very welcoming and happy to assist in any way they can. The downsides exist though. The property should advise when a wedding is being held so you can adjust your plans accordingly. The gardens are inacessible, the bar and outdoor patio were closed to hotel guests aside from the wedding guests and we could not access the restaurant for breakfast the day after the wedding. It was fully booked. This hotel is set in a nature area yet there are almost zero areas to sit outside unless at the pool. There are simply no chairs out. It was such a bizarre finding for such a large property. If you are in the annex building as we were, there is a small wooden rocking seat to share amongst the entire building. Such small gestures could entirely shift the feel of this beautiful location. Lastly, the one day we could access the bar, there was no cocktail menu. Just a mocktail menu. We found this odd for such a high priced location especially is a pre-holiday time of year. There is just a slight miss with this destination. It’s not fully thought out. We would still recommend but small adjustments as noted above could make a significant lasting impression.
