Wir hatten einen sehrschönen Aufenthalt und kommen wieder. Beim Check-In würden wir humorvoll und herzlich vom Chef Andreas begrüßt und eingecheckt. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit viel Platz, extra Sofa und vielen Schränken. Balkon und Zugspitzblick. Das Bad ist sehr groß und schön renoviert. Gleich nach der Ankunft sind wir mit Bademantel und Handtückern in den Wellnessbereich. Der renovierte, großzügige Innen-Pool, Dampfbad, Saunen, Infrarotkabine, Kältekammer, alles da. Toll ist, dass man den Pool bis 22 Uhr nutzen kann. Das Frühstück am Morgen ist sehr umfangreich. Die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück - wie auch alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder.

Super Hotel! Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis richtig gut. Zudem kann man tagsüber bis spät Abends kostenlos Kaffee und Getränke im Erdgeschoss holen. Der Pool- und Saunabereich ist toll, kostenlos nutzbar und bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Die Umgebubg ist natürlich auch super. Zugspitze, Eibsee, Partnacht- und Höllentalklamm sind nicht weit entfernt.

Very relaxing and nice. Stayed in the rooms across the street that have an apartment style layout - living room, closet kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Breakfast buffet with lots of options to choose from. There's a sauna, pool, and gym that are free to use. You can even book a massage during your stay here. Parking is tight here, but there's a bus stop right outside and they provide a complimentary bus pass if you want it.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Das Zimmer war groß. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und große Auswahl, mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft. Nach den langen Wanderungen waren das Schwimmbad und die Saunen der richtige Abschluss am Tag. Sehr gut fanden wir die Kaffee- Tee- Saft Station , die wir den ganzen Tag nutzen konnten. Die Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel ist auch sehr praktisch! Leider fährt der Bus nur 1x pro Stunde. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Das Personal war absolut freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für die Wanderungen gegeben.

We booked the Jumbo room but it was in a different building opposite to the Hotel. The Spa, pool was nice but we had to walk in Cold and there was no mention of this during the booking. The Hotel staff were really kind and nice. The big room had a squeaky spiring bed and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in the living room. Expected much better as the price was expensive as well.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien. J’avais une chambre avec le soleil en fin d’après midi, il faisait donc très chaud et j’étais obligé de dormir la porte fenêtre complètement ouverte pour que cela soit supportable. Une climatisation aurait été bienvenue ou de gros volets pour garder la fraîcheur en journée. Le frigo de la chambre est vraiment minuscule, pas assez pour garder un pique-nique. L’hôtel est sur une route avec beaucoup de passage.

Tough to rate this property….. Bad - This hotel has the worst pillows possibly in the whole world. I knew I was going to wake up with a bad neck and boy did I ever. We had to borrow a fan because our room was hot and stuffy and would only cool off at night. The fan also masked the noisy traffic being on a Main Street. Limited parking and having to jaywalk every time going to breakfast or pool. The bathroom was terrible with the toilet and shower separated by only a curtain. The shower flooded under the toilet and where you stand for all 3 days. Unreal. Good - The breakfast buffet was good. The pool was decent. The spa area was nice with 3-4 saunas a cold room and relaxation room. I enjoyed using the sauna and showers. Not the best location. We almost cut our losses and left after the first night being so uncomfortable but we decided to tough it out.

We enjoyed our stay and chose this property because it had a pool and was close to the Zugspitze. The breakfast was excellent- best we had during our 9 day trip. We stayed here for 4 days and stayed at 4 places total. The pool was so fun and although we didn’t use the sauna options there were several kinds of spa type choices. I stayed with my daughter in a corner room with awesome views and the hotel accommodated my dad’s request to have an ‘adjoining’ room (via balcony) which was so great. No complaints about this hotel at all! English if needed was easy to switch to from German. Easy walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants, away from the bustle of the downtown area although on the Main Street. Perfect stay! Downsides: very tight parking lot but to be expected in Europe:) no air conditioning (we arrived during an unexpected hot spell), so we slept with the balcony door open at night (also to be expected- not many places have air conditioning in the mountains). No dark shades but that didn’t bother us. Definitely would stay again! Thanks for a super stay.

We enjoyed our two night stay here - particularly the indoor pool was very refreshing in the heatwave. However there was no aircon in our room so we did struggle a bit during the heat last week. Our maxi suite was actually the other side of the road from the main hotel which meant we had to cross the busy road to get to the hotel for breakfast, pool or to the car park. This was a nightmare with all our luggage in tow! The car park also got full quickly and one night we had to park on a nearby road. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre, which is lovely and beautiful with the mountains as backdrop.

Very friendly people The owners are actually on property and they make the experience exceptional I was very happy to stay at this hotel I flew in from the United States tired and about 9:00 a.m. . I called and asked if I could come early and they were like no problem I thank them later and they said that as long as the room was clean they had no problem letting me have it early which is something you just don't find really anywhere but they were warm and welcoming the breakfast buffet was incredible and the beds were very comfortable the linen and blankets were perfect. I love the view from the breakfast buffet in the morning surrounded by the mountains so beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone it was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The sauna, pool and gym was a nice touch! We really appreciated that after a long trip in. Included breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful! Our only cons were the front desk staff member when we arrived didn’t speak much English and we walked around the block trying to find our room and had to ask for our bus pass. We ended up on the wrong bus and had to get clarification the next day from another staff member. It’s central with realistic walks to everything you need and bus station.

The hotel and staff are outstanding. From the moment we walked in to check out, we were well and truly spoilt. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything you needed and didnt know you needed were supplied. The breakfast was delicious, the spa and pool were an added bonus after busy days exploring. The hotel was a great place to stay - it filled our needs and was a good value , clean and had a great staff . It is family run and a great find . Great location , beautiful scenery and friendly staff . Do not sleep on the breakfast - we have done a lot of travel and spent time at very expensive hotels - this breakfast is awesome . Andreas (I believe he is part of ownership) at reception was unbelievable. He was friendly, warm, accommodating and took time to make suggestions for sites to visit. Gave instructions on beating Munich traffic and was just All around an informative and helpful person. I’d recommend this hotel based on our experience with him and the other members of the staff.

The room was quiet and spacious, and the view of the mountains from our balcony was fantastic. The hotel could use more staff at reception. Spacious Room and Excellent Wellness Center Our room was big, spacious, and met expectations. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety. The wellness center—with saunas and an indoor pool (!) —was excellent and definitely a highlight of the stay. The only downside was that the hotel is located on the main street, so our room was a bit noisy during the day. Still, overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Gorgous view of the mountains, helpful staff, and spacious rooms. You can buy tickets for the Zugspitze at the front desk and pay for the tickets at check out. The location isn't ideal for walking with luggage from the train station. Its about a 30 minute walk. However they will give you a city card for the bus network. Very happy with our experience and would happily stay again.

The selection and variety of breakfast! A combination of traditional Germans and American foods. Everything was delicious. Staff was great and when we asked one housekeeper how she was she said “almost perfect” and that summed up our stay. We enjoyed massages, the pool and my wife liked the saunas. Things one should be aware of and ask about. Some rooms are adjacent or across the street like the suit we rented. While the restaurant is closed you can still bring your food to a nice area where the coffee and juice is. Local delivery is good and there are grocery, butcher and a couple bakeries with in walking distance. We tried them and all are excellent.
