The highlight of this hotel is the location. You can't get better. 5 mins from metro on airport line. Right in the centre of shopping and restaurants. The rooftop bar is OK. Poor selection of drinks and mixers. No Rosé wine, pre mix cocktails. A rum and mojito was €29.

Had a four night stay at the hotel in July 24 and we enjoyed our stay and would certainly stop again. In a good location in the Old Town and everything we wanted to see was within a walkable distance. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and always happy to help if you had a question to ask also offering a bottle of water as required. The roof top bar was very nice to relax at the end of the day and again staff very helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

Sehr zentral gelegen, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Zimmer, einzig die Dusche ist ein wenig tricky, läuft schnell über. Eine kleine Rooftop Bar gibt es auch, war leider, wahrscheinlich mangels Nachfrage im Januar/Februar, geschlossen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen

Beautiful hotel within 10min walk of station and easy walking to the old town. Lovely, well equipped room with large (king at least) comfortable bed. Good continental buffet breakfast with addition of omelettes, eggs done different ways and eggs benedict. Excellent roof top bar as well as piano bar. Staff were very helpful throughout and noon check out and luggage storage a big plus.

Really beautiful hotel. The restaurant/ piano bar as well as the rooftop seck were extra special things I was not expecting. Front desk was great. Ordered room service and the food was good! Location is also very good, though on a busy street. Easy to walk everywhere.

It was perfect for us, very comfortable bed cleanliness of the room was excellent. Great walk in shower room cleaned every day. Breakfast was great menu for hot service and freshly cooked in minutes. very central location and easy to walk to tourist sites and restaurants probable need a taxi to beach & marina. Overall the security and quietness of the hotel was second to none.

First the good: Valencia is a beautiful city with plenty to do. Hotel is excellently located. The Lobby, Piano Bar and Rooftop Bar are beautiful. Staff in the Bars are really friendly and polite. The OK: We got an email from the hotel two days before we were due to arrive, to check-in online. It only let one of us check-in. Thought we might have got a map or some info on the City when we checked in. Because we are VIP Expedia we should have got a bottle of wine (we got a half bottle) and a possible room upgrade (non was offered). There was a single stool in the room, so we couldn't sit and chat to each other. We got a free bottle of water the first day and one other day. There was only one beer glass and one wine glass. There were two different sized tea cups. There was no book in the room to tell you about the hotel facilities and services. The not good: Bathroom needs an upgrade (see photos). Used the slide bar/ handheld shower head one morning. This flooded the bathroom floor. It clearly wasn't he first time this had happened. the door jamb was rotten from previous water damage. The water wet the carpet outside the bathroom (clearly not the first time). The maid turned the AC onto the highest temperature possible to dry it out. Our room felt like a furnace when we returned in the afternoon.

Schönes kleines Hotel, Zimmer leider recht dunkel. Eine Lampe funktionierte im Eingang des Zimmers auch nicht. Klimaanlage tropft an der wan runter. Fugen im Bad könnten neu gemacht werden. Aber dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal auch auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Luktar mycket starkt av parfym/rökelse i Lobbyn. Luktar unket på rummet, mögelfläckar i taket i duschen, hårda sängar, vatten från duschen läcker ut på hela badrumsgolvet. Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell.

The staff were super helpful with lots of sightseeing tips and advice. The location is great - right in the middle of a main shopping street and very conveniently close to all the main monuments. Lovely decor in the hotel and the room was beautiful. Very pleased with our stay there and would recommend!

I absolutely LOVED my room! It was spacious, clean, charming, and quiet. I looked forward to going back to my room after being out all day. The hotel staff is attentive, friendly and genuinely eager to assist! I lost my air pods my second night there and they were able to retrieve them for me! I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe and it was in the middle of everything from the city centre to cute cafes, shopping and numerous great restaurants!

Great location right next to Colon metro station and where all the things happen in Valencia. Hotel looks very nice and you can see there was put a lot of effort into it. Staff is friendly and breakfast was decent. Rooms are little small, though and a little dark due to the small inner space (can’t really be called a yard they look to) and some slippers would be more than welcome.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff were very accommodating to our needs. We requested a twin bedded room and although there wasn’t one available on arrival, they moved us the next day. First room was small, dark and very warm so we appreciated the upgrade of a bigger, brighter room. Breakfast was lovely with great service.

Just a heads up - the standard rooms are very small. Luckily i was able to upgrade to a premium room that was much better. The front desk staff were amazing and prepared a breakfast picnic for takeaway with my early 6am flight. Would stay again!

Staff could not do enough for us. The experience was personalised and made very special as staff were aware our trip was for a milestone birthday. Rooms were spotless and had everything we needed and more. Food was lovely, as are the cocktails! Location is fab, central to all tourist spots but not in an overcrowded area.

All in all a great stay for 4 nights. Superb location, quiet and nice rooms, however we could not figure out the aircon. Amazing bar and great breakfast with nice staff. Some of the staff in the reception would need some training, as to look up and say "hello" or "good morning". Amazing beds. Might even stay here next time.

We loved our stay at NH Collection Valencia Colon! The location was so convenient and walkable to all the historical sites and restaurants. And there was plenty of shopping nearby too. The staff were amazing and treated us like royalty. We received sweet treats, wine and even room diffusers when we commented on how lovely the hotel's signature scent was. I would 100% recommend and am looking forward to coming back. (Tip: Request a room that's not overlooking the central courtyard)

Very nice stay, very comfortable room and great location. Service very good, would have been 5 stars however first morning breakfast was not great, had to ask for service, hot food was served quite cold and also asked for poached eggs as per menu and they were fried, so not major issues but obviously not a good start. Other than that no complaints and everything else was very nice.

It was nice and clean. I don't like big hotels so this was perfectly small. Staff were attentive but I struggled with vegetation options in the restaurant which was disappointing. Overall decent hotel but not much to do around the location
