The resort first of all is quite overpriced. The ski ticket machine at the hotel didn’t work and caused us a lot time to get a refund. The hotel allows non guest skiers to access the ski slope through the hotel lobby. At times the lobby was filled with hundred of people. It’s a complete chaos. The concierge, hotel staff and the guest elevators were occupied non guest skiiers. It’s a complete nightmare for hotel guests. I’m utterly disappointed!!

Room was very clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Onsen facility was very good. Dining options were limited. The cafe, food court, bakery were closed after 4pm, so dinner choices were limited to the expensive restaurants, unless you have transport and willing to travel to Myoko town.

Beautiful resort, incredibly friendly staff, great restaurant options and incredible skiing 2 minutes away. We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed every single minute of it. The only restaurant I couldn’t recommend is the shabu-shabu restaurant as the portions were small and not much flavour for the money. Well kept rooms, ski/ board storage was great and the onsen was one of the best I’ve visited in Japan.

Staff were all fantastic and understanding. The on site onsen is one of the best way to unwind after a full day on the mountain.
