Our family has an annual reunion every year and we stay at this hotel every time. We love the services provided during our stay, especially the complimentary breakfast and the indoor pool. The hotel is also located across the street from a movie theater which is walking distance to enjoy.

The agent who checked us in that night was very polite and helpful! The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. One complaint...... I wish the indoor pool was heated; it was so cold. That was one reason why we booked this hotel but other than that we would come back again!

Very disappointed. We expected better because the cost of the room was at the high end of others surrounding hotels. The room had dirty carpet with multiple dirty spots, Night table was also dirty plus the tub did not drain properly. I will never go back.

Suggestions… 1) turn lights on over the reception desk 2) remove the COVID era notices, signage, and barriers 3) Clean the lobby, elevators, and common areas 4) The outside trash can next to the entrance is always overflowing- that’s the first impression 5) clean up the trash in the parking lot. Just simply control the controls and the customer experience would drastically improve.

Had to change rooms 3 times 1. Shower door was rusted shut 2. Door was wet outside with a frog above it, upon entering a lizard slithered out from under the dresser. 3. The carpet had stains and it smelled like a public toilet. Did NOT stay. Checked out immediately after #3 demand full refund

We had a great stay here. We did have to change rooms as the AC unit in our room was not working properly. It got so HOT and humid in our room. Unbearable sleeping conditions. The front desk was kind enough to make sure we got a different room the next day.

We were given a room that the tv didnt work with a 5 year old with us. I asked about the tv and the new person at the desk said we should never have been sold this room. He changed our room. The new room was just down the hall and great location. The only issue was the door didnt want to shut correctly. It did but was very loud and you had to use extra force to open and close it. The breakfast was great the pool had no towels the exercise room had no towel but they did have wipes for you to wipe down the machines.

When we attempted to check in at 3:00, we were originally told our room would be ready in an hour. Fortunately I told her we needed to.be at a church at 5:00 and we needed to get our room. She was able to get our room within 20 min. We booked an additional room and the shower drain was backed up. Because it was late, I notified the front desk and I assumed it was fix. The breakfast in all the Hampton Inns lately has terrible breakfast food. Granted I know it is part the hotel, but Holiday Inn express has a fantastic breakfast!

We woke up to our room not having any water. When I went to the front desk and spoke with Becca I was advise the hotel was aware of the issue and that a called has been made to the water company. I ask if there was another room we could use to take a shower as we had a wedding to attend I was advise there was no other room We could be moved to as they were sold out. The front desk person had no resolution or sympathy for how this situation was going to be traumatic for us. The only answer she could provide is that we would have to wait until the water company could arrive to fix the issue. She advise she did not know what time or when the water company would arrive. Horrible customer service.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. The night manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home and like family. The breakfast was also very good. There were a lot of selections to choose from so we could eat something different every day. We will definitely stay here again.

We liked the room and everything seemed clean. The breakfast was below other Holiday Inns we have stayed at. Most things were out and some things were cold. Staff is really what brought it down. No eye contact, short answers, acted as if you were bothering them and looked unprofessional.

We had a great time at this Holiday Inn! We were met with excellent customer service and our room was ready to go! The breakfast buffet in the morning was also excellent, serving up scrambled eggs, egg white scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, chicken sausage, pork sausage, pancakes, and plenty of coffee! Our breakfast was met with a wonderful hostess that was so kind and helpful! We'll certainly stay again!

Although I had an issue with my bathroom door (wouldn’t close & I didn’t report it because it wasn’t that big of a deal to me), my stay was very nice. The hot breakfast was soooo good. Glad to see a hotel with a hot breakfast again. Thank you. I was very impressed with the pancake making machine.
