Staff was great and very informative. BUT I made the reservation here because it had a pool and was a better price than the holiday inn only to find out when we got here that the pool is down for repairs and sounds like it could be for some time. Things like this should be updated. They know which sites they advertise on or are a part of. As a mother of 2 young children this was the biggest disappointment.

Place is quite run down. The bathroom when having a shower would have a yellow substance running out of the wall paper on to the floor. Also when having a shower if you open the door and the smoke detector will go off. Bed was really soft and the room smelled like old smoke. They had a Denny’s off the lobby which was nice Location was fairly convenient to walking into town.

We booked 2 rooms - lots of hair left in the bathroom of mine from previous occupants and our room smelled like smoke because it was close to the exit door. There was no housekeeping to request a cleaning for the bathroom, so ended up using our Lysol wipes to do the toilet and sink. The bed was really comfortable and the linens seemed clean, it was actually a great sleep. Our 2nd room still had poop stains in the toilet of the previous occupants and was clearly not cleaned in the bathroom - bedroom seemed to have been cleaned - the staff was accommodating though and found a new room. Overall a run down and dirty experience we had - but super comfortable beds and pillows, and great front desk staff.

Air conditioner was super loud but suffered through as it was hot in the room. If you like soft pillows bring your own (which I normally do but forgot so bad on me). Bed was comfortable. Other than that the hotel side was older but clean and quiet the Denny’s Restaurant wasn’t very clean but could be we came in after a rush so they were a bit busy to attend to things. Overall not bad for the price.

Reception just STANK, she gave us the worst service after making us wait 5 mins while she counted papers. Then said there was no room to store our baggage when they advertise baggage storage on their site. She said it was full, but there was a large empty room behind her obviously not full. Awful, we left without checking in and chose a better hotel.

The hotel Is located in a very convenient place, close to take away places and the Terrace shopping center. By the way, there is also a Denny's attached right to the hotel premises. The room was spacious and clean, though the facility shows some signs of age, especially in the furniture and decorative style. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and did their best to make our stay pleasant. Parking isn't an issue. I recommend this hotel particularly to people looking for a good price for value short term stay in the area.

This was a very basic and small single bed room. The parking lot was a bit sketcy with lots of walking traffic going back and forth. We had a room unfortunately located near the outside doors amd we heard people going in and out all night. There is a dennys attached to the hotel which is great since there is no free breakfast with the room. Service was okay when the front desk receptionist was there but they were often stepped outside or watching tv when we came in.for the price it was clean but I woukd probably try out somewhere else next time.

Location is great minutes walk to downtown. I like this location. Definitely needs an update in decor honestly ( need to have safe and non sharp cabinet handles). But other than that service was great! Pool was clean. Depending on who your neighbours are its relatively quiet.

The good, the bed was comfy along with the bedding. The are/heat worked well. The water temp was good. But the actual building walls are peeling, looks like water damage possibly everywhere - wall paper missing in the halls etc. Really needs some work. No elevator, so if you are on the second floor like me be prepared to carry your 50 pound suitcase up a flight of stairs, and like me had to daily bring heavy items in and out. I did not see the pool etc. The Dennys attached isn't open 24hrs like most, so because leaving before 6am every morning for work could not take advantage. The parking was so busy on the weekend I had to take in front of Dennys. The staff was nice, I might stay again if I had to for a few nights but the inside is really delapetated which makes me think of mold

The room and pool could be cleaner , the restaurant had flies everywhere and there was a leak in the ceiling, they were out of chocolate milk ,ice cream, sausage , the room we stayed in had a smell of smoke and my nose was stuffed up when in there!
