Very lovely staff, great breakfast but rooms are not rly cosy. We also had to park super far away as there was no parking included (that being said, there was a concert on the same night, maybe conditions are better when there isn't an event)

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, hatten ein kleines, aber sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher in der Garage parken. Und klar, das Hotel liegt in der Stadt, dass es dort nicht immer Muxmäuschenstill ist, muss man erwarten

The reception staff were super helpful. The lift worked. Our room was quiet. Walkable everywhere and the Saturday market is on the doorstep. We stayed 2-nights and the parking was super expensive - especially on-street parking outside the hotel - even the receptionist was stunned at the cost per hour. We were advised of a cheaper option at the station but it was still 40Euro for just over 24hours.

Es ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, aber ganz ok. Parkieren kann man im etwas engen Bahnhofparking und am Schluss mehrere Tage kummuliert bezahlen. Viele Retaurants für viele Geschmacksrichtungen und Budgets in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Am Grossen Samstagsmarkt fand ich genau die Freizeithose, die schanon lange suchte.

Déplorable. Impossible de se garer après avoir fait 3 x le tour du quartier. Nous avons du continuer notre route pour trouver un hôtel plus loin. L'hôtel n'a pas accéder à notre demande de remboursement, malgré que tout ceci était indépendant de notre volonté, puisqu'il y a avait une manifestation que l'hôtel a omis de nous signaler. .

We enjoyed our stalls at the Grand Poste Hotel - the staff were really helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was a charming building with lovely decor, the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, very easy to go out and explore Vienne, we had a great time seeing jazz around the city at night, a magical experience.

La chambre un peu petite, bien pour 1 nuit ou 2. Trace de moisi au plafond salle d'eau, pour les moins. Excellent accueil, hotel très original, j'adore ! Très pratique pour le festival de jazz, tout peut se faire à pied ou a vélo. Merci.

Hôtel miteux comme rarement vu, salle de bain microscopique avec douche absolument minuscule on se cogne partout et l’eau est ou brulante ou froide et sort en un mini jet de la douchette oubliez le lavage de cheveux. Aucune asonorisation on entend tout, ceux du dessous, du dessus, de dehors, du couloir, de partout. La chambre est d’un autre temps, sol sale, moisissures au plafond. Ça dit 3 étoiles à l’entrée de l’hôtel je ne vois pas comment même 1 pourrait être attribuée je pense que ça date de l’ouverture de l’hôtel il y a 50 ans. Son seul et unique intérêt réside dans sa situation juste à côté de la gare et proche du théâtre antique pour les concerts. Prix prohibitif de 90€ la nuit alors que ça n’en vaut pas 50€. Je déconseille très fortement cet hôtel.

It is a budget hotel, so don't expect much. It is convenient to the train station. The entry and lounge are very nice. The exterior looks inviting. The rooms are very small with tiny bathroom, but clean. The beds were not very comfortable. The walls were thin, the shower very tiny and slippery. The staff was very gracious and helpful.

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipé. Idem pour la salle de bain. Propriété impeccable. Localisation très pratique, car très proche de la gare (5 min à pied).

Ik kon niet parkeren. Kostte 12,80 euro extra op te grote afstand van het hotel (koffers) De hond kwam er extra bij, kostte 11 euro, wat belachelijk hoog is. Commentaar van de bazin: "we hebben veel problemen met honden gehad". We kregen een up-grade van de kamer. Maar het was een verslechtering (vanwege de hond) TV deed het niet. Kamer was smerig. Telefoon deed het niet. Doucheruimte was zo klein, dat je je er niet kon omkeren of bukken. Veel schimmel in de douche.

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Our room was small which was ok as that was what was explained. However the bathroom toilet needed to be repaired. The hotel was close to the station and restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our visit to Vienne. The bikes provided at the information centre were great for exploring the area.

La sdb (la douche en elle-même) n'est pas plus grande de 0,25m2, le lit dit double es certainement un lit double pour des personnes ne mesurant pas plus de 1m. Bref un ensemble qui se veut cosy, mais qui est surtout une usurpation en terme de rapport qualite prix à 80€ la nuit.

It's an older-style hotel right in the middle of town. A bit of a rabbit warren of corridors and stairs. It needs renovating but there's some nice fun decorations and the welcome is friendly. Room was quite small.

Sehr nettes Personal und ein Sternewürdiges Frühstück, z.B. mit der besten Konfitüre Frankreichs etc. sehr cooler Vintagestyle, die Zimmer sind einfach und klein, aber mehr als Schlafen braucht man ja nicht. Ein kleiner Innenhof mit Lounge zum Entspannen. Ein etwas anderes Hotel für die, die nicht auf globalisierte Massenware stehen.

Chaque membre du personnel est serviable, souriant et très attentif ; on se sent tout de suite bien accueilli. La chambre que j’ai occupée était confortable, propre, calme, avec tout le nécessaire ce qui rend le repos parfait. Le petit-déjeuner mérite un coup de chapeau : très copieux, varié, mettant en avant des produits locaux, parfaitement préparé. En résumé : excellent rapport qualité/prix, ambiance conviviale, et tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour réussi. Je recommande vivement ! Un grand merci à Emilie qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement elle a été parfaite du début à la fin de notre séjour !

It's a three star hotel not a five star. It's old and creaky, but the staff are wonderful, good food, superb location and clean, neat and very attentive/helpful staff. If you want luxury triple your investment and travel 15 miles from the city center. But for me, it was quite quaint. I will go there from now on.

The reception staff were super helpful. The lift worked. Our room was quiet. Walkable everywhere and the Saturday market is on the doorstep. We stayed 2-nights and the parking was super expensive - especially on-street parking outside the hotel - even the receptionist was stunned at the cost per hour. We were advised of a cheaper option at the station but it was still 40Euro for just over 24hours.

It's a three star hotel not a five star. It's old and creaky, but the staff are wonderful, good food, superb location and clean, neat and very attentive/helpful staff. If you want luxury triple your investment and travel 15 miles from the city center. But for me, it was quite quaint. I will go there from now on.

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipé. Idem pour la salle de bain. Propriété impeccable. Localisation très pratique, car très proche de la gare (5 min à pied).

This is a charming little hotel in the middle of Vienne. It is perfectly located next to the train station and in the middle of town. The building is old but well-kept and the owners are really nice! Since it is an old building, many renovations were performed to improve comfort and accessibility. It is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Vienne.

Very lovely staff, great breakfast but rooms are not rly cosy. We also had to park super far away as there was no parking included (that being said, there was a concert on the same night, maybe conditions are better when there isn't an event)

Sehr nettes Personal und ein Sternewürdiges Frühstück, z.B. mit der besten Konfitüre Frankreichs etc. sehr cooler Vintagestyle, die Zimmer sind einfach und klein, aber mehr als Schlafen braucht man ja nicht. Ein kleiner Innenhof mit Lounge zum Entspannen. Ein etwas anderes Hotel für die, die nicht auf globalisierte Massenware stehen.

Mon séjour au Grand Hôtel de la Poste a été un vrai plaisir du début à la fin. L’emplacement est idéal Le bâtiment, est décoré avec goût, mêlant élégance et atmosphère chaleureuse. Chaque membre du personnel est serviable, souriant et très attentif ; on se sent tout de suite bien accueilli. La chambre que j’ai occupée était confortable, propre, calme, avec tout le nécessaire ce qui rend le repos parfait. Le petit-déjeuner mérite un coup de chapeau : très copieux, varié, mettant en avant des produits locaux, parfaitement préparé. En résumé : excellent rapport qualité/prix, ambiance conviviale, et tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour réussi. Je recommande vivement ! Un grand merci à Emilie qui nous a accueillis très chaleureusement elle a été parfaite du début à la fin de notre séjour !

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man kann von dort aus zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Das Gebäude selbst ist alt und ist auch von der Ausstattung her in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings sauber! Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und von den Produkten her qualitativ wertig, allerdings gab es um 9 Uhr kein Baguette mehr und es wurde auch keins beschafft. Und das in Frankreich!!??? Man muss dazu sagen, dass es keine Alternative dazu gab, sondern ausschließlich süße Sachen wie Früchtebrot, Kuchen etc.! Das fand ich nicht sehr kundenfreundlich! Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich.

Excellent location, staff delightful - no problem to keep our bags and even invited us to picnic on the terrace after checkout. Handy for station and walkable to everywhere even for oldies. Lovely breakfast, sweet terrace, nice reading room. Bedroom a touch cramped and very dark, but therefore cool. Bathroom fully functional, modern and clean. If you like traditional and 'faded glory' vibe, you'll love this.
