Cuando busque un hotel sólo pedía q tuviera piscina pero lo nos encontramos fue una especie d bañera grande para refrescarse sin una triste hamaca en la q poder tomar el sol, la charca está rodeada d sillas y un par d sofás , si se les puede llamar así, q nada aportan en esa azotea, no me lo esperaba la verdad, y aunq había oído algo en los comentarios no pensé q fuera tan subrealista, una piscina requiere hamacas, espacio para poner la toalla y poder tomar el sol si se kiere no un bar d tardeo. Aparte d esto, calidad precio mala para un hotel 4 estrellas no volvería ni lo recomiendo a nadie.

Hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad, cómodo para moverse, facilidad de transporte, parking cercanos, opciones para comer, muy bien, solo falló la piscina, es la fotos se ve muy bien, pero es para niños, justo tiene un metro de profundidad, varios clientes lo comentaban, el resto muy bien.

Staff de recepção e check out simplesmente fantásticos e simpáticos. Quartbo grande e confortável, apesar de ter uma prquena janela para um pario interior. A piscina é minúscula mas o rooftop tem uma vela vista. Perto dk crntro, pode estacionar perto com tarifa especial do hotel (falar recepção) . Pena as portas não taparem o som e o barulho do corredor parecia ser dentro do quarto. E de madrugada houve muito barilho.

Upon check in, the agent totally ignored me for more than 5 minutes while she gave directions to other guests. She could have acknowledged me and said I will be with you in a moment, it was the guest who we will let you take care of her. Also, there was no parking available in the hotel and sent us to a parking lot near by and she neglected to tell us that upon leaving that parking garage we needed to pay with the attendants not on the machines which we did and got charged doubled the amount we were told it would cost. We asked the man at the desk next morning what happened and he say you should have paid the attendants and not at the machine. In any case after letting him know that we were not advised to do that, and that we would not pay the hotel for the second nights parking, reluctantly he agreed. The AC in the room did not work, we reported it, someone was supposed to have it checked, we don’t believe anything was done. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff that works in the dining room were very nice.

The room was big ans spaceous and the location was excellent. It was clean and the staff were welcoming and polite. The only “bad” thing was the parking situation. They charge you 15€ a day for parking in the premises. Other than that, we enjoyed it.

El hotel en general está bien. La habitacion era grande, y estás prácticamente en el centro. Solo ibamos al hotel a la noche para descansar ya que durante el dia haciamos turismo. Lo que más nos echó para atrás fue la limpieza de la habitacion. Nada más hacer el checkin y entrar, ya vimos bastante polvo aculumulado en ciertos ricones (pelusas y hasta un tapon de botella, lo cual no fue retirado en 3 dias de limpieza), y el primer dia al abrir la cama nos encontramos con una almohada con varias manchas de sangre (muy desagradable) y la cambiamos por una del armario.... No sé para ser un 4 estrellas le falta más limpieza. Por lo demás, todo bien. Nos dieron parking, y los chicos de recepción muy amables en todo momento, fueron lo mejor de la estancia.

La verdad una decepción total llevaba tiempo queriendo ir a este hotel y tengo que comentar que fue una decepción total la habitación estaba súper fría un montón de grietas por toda la pared tenía mo la pared de la puerta de la entrada polvo en los cuatro muebles que había en la habitación no es nada acogedora la insonorización no es nada buena ya que parecía que teníamos la calle y la gente dentro de nuestra propia habitación lo peor el desayuno cuatro cosas puestas ahí sin más no había mucha variedad no es un desayuno de quince euros persona la verdad el revuelto de tortilla tuve que llamar a la chica y preguntarle qué le pasaba a esa tortilla y la contestación fue nada que lleva hecha desde las siete de la mañana y claro se queda muy seca porque era como si fuese una esponja horrible no tengo nada más que decir no es un hotel de noventa y pico de euros ni le doy el cuatro estrellas menos mal que lo cogí por una página web y me salió un 78 con algo.

Pros - good location, has parking, clean, helpful staff Cons - AC in room did not work, WiFi did not work, bathroom didn’t have a full door so no real privacy, no iron, we requested 2 twin beds but only queen bed available so had to sleep on a roll away bed which was not ideal for the price paid.

O quarto estava muito quente e, por ser inverno, não era possível ligar o ar condicionado frio. A solução dada pelo hotel foi abrir a janela, mas ela abria apenas um pedaço pequeno. Tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta e foi uma noite muito desagradável por causa do barulho e calor. O quarto tinha um cheiro ruim que melhorou após abrirmos a janela. A localização do hotel é boa, mas infelizmente nossa estadia não foi boa por causa da temperatura do quarto.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, nemt at gå til alle attraktioner. Alt på hotellet fungerer, rengøring, personale, parkering og en uovertruffen morgenmad. Det er bare superærgerligt at WiFi kun virker på tagterrassen og på fællesarealerne i stueetagen.

Muy amable el personal y el señor de la recepción que estaba el dia que llegamos. Llegamos temprano en la mañana y muy amable el señor y nos permitió antes de la hora ingresar en las habitaciones. Este gestó nos hizo el día, ya que estábamos super cansados. Muchísimas gracias

Didn't get off to a great start,stood at reception,whilst 2 members of staff ignored us for approx 15 mins.We were confirmed through a chat to get a sea view,which we did not get,and asked for an iron which they could not give us as only maid service can hand this over in the mornings,and as this was the weekend was not possible.Room was lovely,clean and there was a terrace.Hotel most certainly is not a 4 star,we received better service in 2 star accommodation.

On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff that works in the dining room were very nice.

Very good hotel right in the centre of the city. Walking distance from everywhere and except the train station (specially if you have a bag, it’s not a good idea because of the uphill walk). Staff was excellent, room absolutely perfect for a couple of nights stay. Cafeteria is also quite reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend

Fantastisk beliggenhed, nemt at gå til alle attraktioner. Alt på hotellet fungerer, rengøring, personale, parkering og en uovertruffen morgenmad. Det er bare superærgerligt at WiFi kun virker på tagterrassen og på fællesarealerne i stueetagen.

We booked a terrace room for our stay. We were told at check in there was none. Our room smelled of damp and was dark and dingy and the carpet was rank. There was refurbishing happening in the room beside us and there was a barrier just outside our door. The ‘gentleman’ that checked us in couldn’t have cared less and didn’t even pretend he did. The location was perfect, just steps away from the centre and the staff in the hotel cafe were lovely as was the food.

La verdad una decepción total llevaba tiempo queriendo ir a este hotel y tengo que comentar que fue una decepción total la habitación estaba súper fría un montón de grietas por toda la pared tenía mo la pared de la puerta de la entrada polvo en los cuatro muebles que había en la habitación no es nada acogedora la insonorización no es nada buena ya que parecía que teníamos la calle y la gente dentro de nuestra propia habitación lo peor el desayuno cuatro cosas puestas ahí sin más no había mucha variedad no es un desayuno de quince euros persona la verdad el revuelto de tortilla tuve que llamar a la chica y preguntarle qué le pasaba a esa tortilla y la contestación fue nada que lleva hecha desde las siete de la mañana y claro se queda muy seca porque era como si fuese una esponja horrible no tengo nada más que decir no es un hotel de noventa y pico de euros ni le doy el cuatro estrellas menos mal que lo cogí por una página web y me salió un 78 con algo.

Everything was ok but i didn’t like that our room which was in the first floor had the window towards an área called “el patio”. It didn’t feel private. Then the swimming pool is small and not deep. On the positive side the personnel was friendly, it was nice to get a cold bottle of water and the views from the top are outstanding. I expected more for a four stars and for what we paid for the room.

There is a rooftop bar and pool which provides great views of the city. Do not however work on the assumption that this was anything more than a large plunge pool. The next door gym, to which the hotel has free access is excellent.
